Did what was asked in attempting to activate my new card, something that's never been a problem before was told to send a driver's license but the "ID DirectExpress.com email was told invalid email then when trying the www.USDirectExpress.com also invalid email then when calling again after being disrespected was told to Fax a social security card n birth certificate
I'm disabled n home bound with no one to help so unable to go to a library
I will be can canceling this card it's ridiculous
