I have a direct express card last month I didn't have problem using it online this month since wed the 3rd I did I needed to pay a few bills only thing I asm able to do is use the atm or grocery shopping I don't have transportation I don't no any one in my town to take to certain places. I m disability I walk with a walker I can't go to far from home are taxis services are unreliable most times. I try to get another card to fix the problem but they keep telling everything is good on they end if it was good I would not be having theses problems n I also have money on my card n my address never changed.
