USTechSupport LiveTech

I have not asked for nor do I want LiveTech 24/7 support but for the second time in as many years I have unknowingly been signed up for this product when renewing System Mechanic My email address to which they sent the notice of subscription renewal is jn.[protected]@btinternet.com. I would add that RealDefense seems to be impossible to contact either by chat, telephone or email.

Claimed loss: None as yet

Desired outcome: Cancel renewal subscription.

USTechSupport Disappointing Experience with USTechSupport: Lack of Communication and Slow Response Time

I tried reaching out to USTechSupport (ustechsupport.com) for some technical assistance, but I must say, my experience was not the best. I was promised a call back within 30 minutes, but it's been hours and I'm still waiting. This has been going on all night and I'm feeling very unhappy about it.

I understand that technical issues can be complicated and take time to resolve, but it would be nice to receive some updates or at least a confirmation that my request is being looked into. As a customer, I expect some level of communication and transparency, especially when I'm paying for a service.

I hope USTechSupport can improve their customer service and response time in the future. It's frustrating to be left in the dark and not know what's going on. I'm still hopeful that they can resolve my issue, but for now, I'm not a happy camper.

USTechSupport USTechSupport Review: Disappointing Service and Refund Policy

I ain't gonna lie, I was pretty excited when I found USTechSupport. I mean, who wouldn't want a little extra help with their tech problems, right? So I went ahead and bought their service for $518. Seemed like a good deal, especially since they said they had a 30 day refund guarantee.

But then things started to go downhill. I didn't end up using the service at all, and when I tried to cancel after just 7 days, they straight up refused. And to make matters worse, they were super rude about it. Like, come on guys, I'm just trying to get my money back here.

Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with USTechSupport. I thought they were gonna be the answer to all my tech problems, but instead they just ended up causing more. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, unless you're cool with throwing away $518 for nothing.

USTechSupport Fraudulent Billing and Poor Customer Service - My Experience with USTechSupport

So, I had a bit of a run-in with USTechSupport. I made it clear that I only wanted a one-time purchase and didn't want any ongoing subscriptions. But, lo and behold, they went ahead and billed me for a renewal. I was pretty ticked off, let me tell you. I called them up and demanded a refund, but they just didn't seem to get it. It was like talking to a brick wall. And to top it all off, their billing was totally fraudulent. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

USTechSupport USTechSupport Review: Disappointing Customer Service Experience for System Mechanic Download Link

I recently faced a tech issue with my computer, as I had to revert from Windows 11 to Windows 10. In the process, I found myself in need of an updated version of System Mechanic. As I searched the web to find a solution, I stumbled upon USTechSupport- a company that claimed to own System Mechanic.

I was keen on exploring their offerings, and so I contacted their customer service team. The first representative I spoke to on the phone recommended a $200 package that included multiple services. Naturally, I wasn't interested in shelling out so much money, especially since I already had 6 months left on my computer's warranty.

When I mentioned this to the rep, they shared a link to purchase System Mechanic for only $31- which was a much more reasonable price. Unfortunately, I wasn't satisfied- I just wanted a download link for the software. When I tried to explain this to the representative, they seemed to be in a hurry and didn't listen to me properly.

I ended up calling customer service again, hoping to speak with someone who could better understand my needs. This time, I got a call back from a technician working at USTechSupport. Though they seemed knowledgeable, they were overly enthusiastic about taking over control of my computer. I was a little apprehensive about giving someone remote access to my device, so I declined their offer.

Despite my reluctance, I was still hopeful that they could provide the help I needed. When I asked for a download link, the technician did provide it- but only after pushing me to try the remote access option again.

To be honest, this experience with USTechSupport wasn't great. I've had to deal with their customer service team on several occasions and it's often been a frustrating experience. But in the end, at least I got the System Mechanic download link I was looking for.

USTechSupport Disappointing Service and Pushy Sales Tactics: My Experience with Advanced Tech Support (ATS)

I used to be a customer of Advanced Tech Support (ATS) but now I'm with US Tech. I gotta say, the service has gone downhill. It used to be that I could get immediate and thorough help, but now it's just barely adequate and a real pain to access. I tried calling them for a whole week after renewing my payment, but I couldn't get my computer tuned up. So I decided to close my account. But when I asked for a refund, they only gave me a little bit of my payment back. And they were really pushy about keeping my account open. I don't like the way they do business, and I wouldn't recommend their services or software to anyone.

USTechSupport Disappointing Customer Service and Shady Website: My Experience with USTechSupport

service. The website looks shady with no clear indication of what they are selling. Stick with companies you know and trust.

I had an issue with my new license number and decided to reach out to USTechSupport through their chat feature. Sadly, I wasn't helped - not once, not twice, but three times. None of the representatives were able or willing to assist me. It was pretty frustrating.

When I checked out their website, I was disappointed as there was no clear explanation of what services they provided. It made me feel a bit skeptical about the legitimacy of the company. I'd advise sticking with a brand that you're familiar with and can trust.

It's a shame that my experience was so negative. Hopefully, USTechSupport can improve their customer service and layout so that they're more appealing to people in the future.
