I currently have some 3k on travel credit. This was from when I first booked in 2018 for a 2020 China package. When I tried to get money back, they are giving me a lot of excuse. Even when I told them about a friend who got their money back, they refuse to give me the same courtesy, saying different package different policy excuse.
I know the pandemic is not their fault, and I even tried to work with them for a 2022 Barcelona and 2023 China. But in both case, the trip was cancelled. And each time I call, I am given the same message. Policy is Policy crap, and everything is non-refundable.
They even tried to get me refer friends. How can I referr any friends knowing this is how they treat me.
Desired outcome: I would like my money back....
