This Vantagepoint AI, LLC is a big fat liar. They trick you with their false ads and it's a total scam. The price is way too high and not worth it. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I got a lot of software upgrades from Vantage Point
I got a lot of software upgrades from Vantage Point. It's had its good and bad moments, but that's just how it goes for all traders. Nobody wins all the time, so don't believe anyone who says they do. But in the end, this software does the job. You might need to get more than the basic package though. Overall, I'm happy with it. A++++
I spent $1497 on the software and $350 for the data service (1 year)
I spent $1497 on the software and $350 for the data service (1 year). The coach didn't put in much effort to help me with my initial training. After two weeks, they stopped my service and now I can't access my license. I can't log into the software even though I paid for the license for the whole year. I'm really angry about it. Luckily, I paid with AMEX and they'll protect me.

This company is the worst when it comes to working with its customers. They pushed their product and software on me, and when I wanted to reject the license and product after I understood it, which I did in a timely manner, they refused to return my purchase money. They said I had "buyers remorse" and refused to cancel the sale with my credit card company. Stay away from dealing with them as they are heartless.

They only left me one message outta all the times they called. I never even heard of 'em before and I don't know how they got my number. I sent 'em an email to see if they could fix it, but it's been a whole week and I ain't heard nothin' back.

I don't really like Vantagepoint AI, LLC. It says it's AI, but it's mostly nonsense. Then they trick you into only buying their 'sectors' and you have to be really careful about what you choose. It's just mostly nonsense in my opinion. I heard that the dad started this scam and now the son is continuing it so he can get rich off of people like me who are too trusting. It's all just sales talk and lies and tricks. Any regular chart can do the same thing or even better for free.
Vantagepoint AI, LLC is a great company
Vantagepoint AI, LLC is a great company. They have a Vision and Mission statement that guides them and their associates fully embrace it. They make sure every customer feels important and communication is key to their great customer service. The leadership is strong and everyone understands how their role applies to the Vision and Mission statements. They take care of their associates and make them feel like they are part of the company. The customers pay the bills and their perception of the company is important. Lane and his team deserve their awards. Best wishes to them.
Don't subscribe to Vantagepoint AI, LLC - that's my honest opinion
Don't subscribe to Vantagepoint AI, LLC - that's my honest opinion. They sell you the product by market and give you 4-6 weeks of access to the complete software. But the real problem starts after that trial period. They make you buy other add-ons, without which your initial purchase is useless. I bought a 1-year subscription for 1 market, but after 6 weeks, they disabled all other features. They don't even provide their search capability, which they call Intelliscan. Initially, they won't tell you what you're getting for the 1-year subscription. Eventually, they ask you to pay another $500 to $700 to get that search capability, and of course, you need to pay another $1900 for each sector. They don't have any terms and conditions on what they will include in their 1-year subscription. I was expecting to get 1 sector + the capability to search or filter. You can't sell the product in bits and pieces. Also, during that 6-week trial period, I didn't find their software useful. It's a complete fraud and misinformation.

This software ain't good! They say you can "Know 72 Hours in Advance Which Stocks to Pick", but by then the stock has already gone up 8-10%. Their sell signal is always too late. You can get the same info from regular charts. I haven't made any money with this software. I paid $8K for US Stocks & 1 ETF, and my coach pressured me to spend another $15K for Futures & more ETFs. She would have weekly coaching sessions, but they were just trying to get me to buy more stuff. I don't care about what happened in the past, I care about the future. After my 2nd purchase, my coach told me to read the courses and review their recordings. I haven't heard from her since, until they sent me an email asking for my birthday so they can send me more stuff. It's just more solicitation for their bad software.

I bought some U.S. stocks using VantagePoint software in October. The website and sales person were right about what I could access after the 3-week trial period. I made sure I knew what I was buying before investing. My package has Intelliscan and I think it's important for success. I've made many trades using the software and I'm getting a 37.88% return on stocks.
The training was a bit basic for me, but it's good for people who aren't as comfortable with software or technical indicators. My coach was helpful and followed through on commitments.
My only issue is that the historical predicted ranges are shown as line charts, which can be confusing. It takes daily effort to get value from the software. Entry points are easy to find, but exit points take more work. I recommend sticking to a technical-indicator-driven approach. The upfront and ongoing costs are high, but I believe in the software and the company.

They keep telling me about their fancy software that's supposed to predict the stock market. Honestly, I don't even know what they're talking about half the time. But I do know that I don't want to be bothered anymore. It's getting really annoying. I wish they would just leave me alone.
These guys keep calling me every day, it's so annoying
These guys keep calling me every day, it's so annoying. They use some kind of robot caller named Harold who leaves the same message every time. Harold talks for so long that my voicemail box gets filled up and I can't even get important messages from real people. The number they call from is XXX-XXX-XXXX and it's from some place called Vantage Point Software in Land O Lakes, FL. Can they please stop calling me?

I tried texting them to take me off their list, but they didn't listen. I told them I'd report them to the ComplaintsBoard.com if they kept calling me, but they didn't care. I just got another call from them at 2:29 PM today. This is my official complaint.

I got their software in June
I got their software in June . On the first call, they talked me into an upgrade to make the software work better. They overcharged me $3,700 for the upgrade. After listening to the call, they did refund me $3,700. I'm not happy with the software and when I tried to get coaching, they make me wait about 7-10 days. I called and asked for a refund but they said it was over 15 days. I think that's unfair because there's no way to learn everything in that amount of time. I've tried, but I feel like I should get a refund of the original $7,630.00 plus the upgrade they talked me into for $1,600 since I'm not happy with the software. They always want you to buy more upgrades to make it work better, but I can't afford that.

The first system they gave me let me access a lot of stocks, but during one section they said I had to pay more to get access to everything. I told them I was new to options trading and couldn't afford it. They didn't say there would be extra costs. I realized the software wasn't for me and asked for a refund, but they said the 15-day refund policy had passed. How can you know if a trading system works in 15 days with only a 30-minute weekly call? They try to get you to sign up and pay more. Paying $2K for this isn't fair. Please refund my money. Let people know they only get 3 sectors before signing up. I want a refund.

I bought Vantage Point Program software in 2005 for $5100.00. I had to get a new access code when I replaced my computer a couple of months ago. But when I called support, they said they don't support my version, 8.7, anymore. They offered to upgrade me to version 10 for $300.00 and $400.00 a year for their data from Traders Only. They never told me that I might lose access to the program in the future. I used it every day until I had to replace my computer. I bought the software, so I think I can use it as long as I want. Can you help me? Thanks

I went to a Webinar on 04/07 and then I bought Vantage point software. I called the number and talked to the sales guy and asked him some questions about intelliscan which is part of the software that screens the stocks. He said yes. He tried to sell me the whole thing for $ 5000.00 but I said I can't afford it. So he said during the training period (3 weeks) all 16 sectors will be open but at the end of the training, I have to pick one sector and I will be able to choose stocks from that one sector. I bought the software and paid another $ 400 for the connection/data charge. I had a few training sessions which were not helpful at all. At each session, there was a sales pitch to buy the whole thing for $ 5000.00. So training ended, even though I still don't understand it. The "coach" said to attend webinars and there is material on the website.

This company ain't good, they don't tell you about their refund policy when you buy their software. They hide it real good, so when you realize you don't want it, it's too late. They only give you 15 days, and even if they were closed for holidays, they won't give you all your money back. They keep $495 for themselves. There ain't no physical product either, just some license agreement that's hidden in an email. I had to look for hours to find it, and even then, the refund policy was buried in section 20. If they had told me about this before I bought it, I wouldn't have wasted my money. They're sneaky and underhanded, trying to keep your money. Don't buy their trading software.
