LightUp Mixed Feelings About LightUp Customer Service & Product Documentation

I recently purchased LightUp, an innovative and user-friendly interactive engineering and electronics platform from the lightup.com website. While the product itself seems promising, my experience with their customer service left me with mixed feelings.

When my LightUp package arrived, I was uncertain whether the mounting accessories were included in the box, as there no copy or documentation to clarify this. As a concerned customer, I decided to reach out to the customer service department to clarify this issue. Initially, I felt a bit apprehensive - it's always frustrating when a product that seems so promising leaves you questioning the specifics! However, I was pleasantly surprised by the responsiveness of the customer service team. They told me that the mounting accessories were in fact included with the product, which put me at ease and ensured that I got even more out of my LightUp experience.

However, I did feel that there was a bit of a catch to the situation. Despite being told that the mounting accessories were included, I was left without any written guarantee that these accessories would in fact arrive in my package. This meant that I was relying entirely on the word of the customer service representative. While I appreciate their willingness to help, I found it odd that there wasn't any documentation to support their claim.

Overall, I would still recommend LightUp for those looking to explore engineering and electronics in a creative and user-friendly way. The product exceeded my expectations, and the customer service team was helpful and responsive. However, it would be reassuring to have more written documentation about the product included in the package.

LightUp LightUp Review: Good Customer Service, But Disappointing Product Quality

I recently tried out LightUp (lightup.com) for my lighting needs and I have to say that the product service was just okay. While I did receive the boxes on time, I was disappointed to find out that 2 of the 12 lights that I had ordered did not work when I installed them on December 9th. This definitely put a damper on my overall experience as I had high expectations from this brand.

Luckily, I decided to give their customer service a chance and just called them up today to discuss the issue. While I am still waiting for a resolution, I can say that the representative on the phone was polite and professional, and seemed genuinely interested in helping me out. So, I am hopeful that the company will work to fix the problem and restore my faith in their brand.

Overall, while my initial experience with LightUp was not perfect, I appreciate the company's commitment to customer satisfaction and I will continue to monitor the situation to see how things play out. I would recommend to others to exercise some caution when ordering from them, but to also give them a chance to make things right if anything goes wrong.

LightUp Unsatisfactory Experience with LightUp: Poor Customer Service and High Shipping Costs

I recently had an unsatisfactory experience with LightUp, an online lighting solutions company. I was hoping to find a great deal on some lighting fixtures, and was excited to see that they offered a coupon code for subscribing to their newsletter. However, when I attempted to apply the code to my purchase, it didn't work.

Unfortunately, the customer service representative who I spoke with was not very helpful. She told me that I would receive the coupon code via email within 24 hours of subscribing to the newsletter, and instructed me to wait. However, even after the 24 hour period had passed, I still had not received my coupon code.

As a result, I had to go ahead and pay full price for my order, which included the cost of shipping. To make matters worse, the shipping costs were extremely high - so high, in fact, that I ended up paying almost $200 more than I had anticipated. This unexpected expense was a huge disappointment, and made my shopping experience less enjoyable overall.

All in all, I have to say that I would not recommend LightUp to my friends or family. While they may have some great products, the poor customer service and lack of follow-through on their promises really left a bad taste in my mouth. If you're looking for high-quality lighting solutions and want to work with a company that values their customers and their experience, I recommend looking elsewhere.

LightUp Review of LightUp's LED Panels and Customer Service: Room for Improvement in Shipping Communication

As a valued customer of LightUp, I wanted to share my experience with their products and customer service. Although we were excited to install our 36 LED panels purchased from LightUp, we were disappointed to find that 2 of them were not functioning properly. As this was for our Sunday church service, we needed quick resolve and contacted the company immediately.

While we were pleased with the responsiveness of their customer support, we were surprised that almost a week had passed and we were still waiting for shipping information on the replacement parts. Given the urgency of our situation, we had to make a costly and inconvenient decision to purchase two new panels to ensure they would arrive in time for our service.

Of course, we understand that occasional defects can happen with any product and appreciate LightUp's willingness to help us resolve the issue. It's just unfortunate that the shipping process took longer than anticipated.

Overall, we remain satisfied with our other purchases from LightUp and their dedication to quality products. We hope the company can improve their shipping communication with customers to avoid similar missteps in the future.

LightUp Challenging Experience with LightUp - Poor Customer Service and Delayed Delivery

I had a really frustrating experience with LightUp (lightup.com). I placed an order back in June 2018 and unfortunately it ended up being backordered. Things started going downhill from there. I tried to get in touch with their customer service team via email multiple times, but I never received a response. I even tried calling their phone number, ***458, but no one ever answered. I sat on hold for a total of 45 minutes over two different attempts and still couldn't get anyone to help me.

What's really frustrating is that they still charged my credit card the same day that I placed the order, even though they knew the item was backordered. It's like they didn't care about the status of my order or the fact that I was having trouble getting in touch with them.

All in all, this was a really disappointing experience. I wouldn't recommend LightUp to anyone looking for reliable customer service or prompt delivery. It's just not worth the hassle.

LightUp Disappointing Experience with Lightup.com: Slow Shipping and Lack of Transparency

As a customer of lightup.com, I must say that my recent purchase experience has left me feeling disappointed. I decided to opt for the faster shipping option and paid extra for it, but was ultimately only delivered on the original date offered for free shipping. To make matters worse, I was only informed of the slower delivery after I had made the purchase.

I believe that lightup.com should have given clear notice to customers regarding the supposed faster shipping option, including an expected delivery date along with any necessary disclaimers. This would have allowed me to make an informed decision about whether or not it was worth the extra cost.

Currently, I am still waiting to hear back from lightup.com regarding my shipping issue, which has only added to my level of frustration. LightUp LightUp's Checkout Process is Complicated and Time-Consuming - A Consumer's Review

LightUp LightUp Review: Impressive Product Range, but Checkout Issues and Misleading Descriptions

I recently used LightUp's website to purchase some light bulbs and was impressed with the variety of products available. The platform is user-friendly and I was able to easily navigate through the different options and features to find the right bulbs for my home. However, there were a few issues that I encountered during the purchasing process that caused some frustration. Firstly, I selected a bulb with a color temperature of 4000K, but when I received the product, the photo on the website showed a 3000K bulb. LightUp Unacceptable Customer Service from LightUp: My Review on 4x8 LED Panel Lights

I recently had an unfortunate experience with LightUp, and I feel inclined to share it with others who might be considering purchasing from this company. After noticing that 4x8 LED Panel lights that I ordered were flickering, I decided to reach out to their customer service team for help.

Unfortunately, it took multiple attempts before I was able to speak with an engineer. When I finally did get in touch with someone, they suggested that I send the lights back to their lab so that they could run some tests. However, I was extremely disappointed to learn that I would be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the lights back to them.

The engineer did mention that if they did find a problem with the lights, they would send me a new set free of charge. But if they didn't, I would still have to pay to have the lights shipped back to me. In my opinion, this is unacceptable customer service, and I believe other potential buyers should know what they are getting into before placing an order.

To sum it up, I would caution anyone considering purchasing from LightUp to be wary of what they order from this company. This recent experience has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated, and I would not recommend LightUp to others.

LightUp LightUp Customer Service Review: Room for Improvement in Communication and Product Specs

As someone who recently visited LightUp's website and tried to reach out to their wholesale department, I have some feedback to offer. Unfortunately, I found it difficult to connect with anyone from the company - despite reaching out via phone, email, and leaving a voicemail. After almost two full days of waiting, I still hadn't received a response.

Despite this, I decided to move forward with my order since I needed the items urgently for an electrician's job. However, I did have some trouble understanding the specifications of certain products. Even after speaking with a customer service representative, I still didn't feel like my questions were entirely resolved. I hope that LightUp will take this feedback into account and work on improving the clarity of specs on their products - it could go a long way in helping future customers feel more confident about their purchases.

Overall, it's clear that customer service and communication are areas that LightUp could stand to improve on. That being said, I have had positive experiences with LightUp in the past and am hopeful that the shipping process will go smoothly as I've come to expect from the brand.
