Punk Case Faulty case, said they'd replace, but 5 weeks later still nothing, no reply to email

I purchased a battery case for my aging Galaxy Note 9 at the beginning of the year, but my medical monitor wouldn't scan through the case so i removed it for two months. Shortly after beginning to use it again, the USB charging port became loose and wouldn't hold on to the charging cable, so the case would not charge, unless i propped the cord up in a particular way after jiggling it, and even then, 12 hours later, not fully charged. I reached out to Punkcase customer service, and they eventually replied that they'd send a new case, after a frustrating half dozen unreplied mail/contact attempts. 5 weeks later, still no shipping info, no replacement case, and the company hasn't responded to any communications in the last 2 weeks.

Punk Case Punk Case Review: Waterproofing is Great, but Quality and Functionality Fall Short

First off, I gotta say that the one thing that's actually working well with this Punk Case is the water and dust proofing. As someone who works in construction, my phone gets dirty as heck on the surface, but with this case, I can literally wash it under the tap without any worries. So that's a plus.

But now, let's talk about the real deal. When I bought this case from the website, they didn't mention that it was coming all the way from New York, USA and that it would take a whopping 5 weeks to arrive. Like, come on now. That's just not cool.

When I finally got the package and opened it up, I was greeted with the thinnest, cheapest, most underwhelming two pieces of plastic I've ever seen. It legit feels like it could break any second. And don't even get me started on the screen protector. It feels like cling film and scratches way too easily. I've had other cases before and this one just doesn't compare in terms of quality.

Sure, the case does provide a full enclosure for my phone, but it's so tight that the mic is basically useless. I have to wear AirPods just to make and receive calls. And don't even think about using FaceID with this case on. The glare is terrible and it barely works.

Honestly, this case is just trash. It's made from trash and it's trying to make anything you put in it, trash. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for a better case.

Punk Case Punk Case Review: Great Features, Terrible Customer Service - Look Elsewhere for Phone Cases

I have to admit, I was impressed with the Punk Case at first glance. It's well-built, with plenty of features that I was excited to use. Unfortunately, any goodwill I had towards this case vanished when I found out how terrible their customer service is.

I had ordered a case in a specific color, but was sent the wrong one. While it may seem like a minor mistake, it was a letdown for me since I was really looking forward to the color I ordered. I reached out to the company via email, hoping they could help me rectify the situation. It took them 5 hours to respond, which isn't terrible, but it's certainly not ideal. After exchanging several emails, it took another day before they offered me the option to either exchange the case or get a 20% discount on the one I received. I decided to buy a second case and asked if I could get 20% off that one as well. This led to even more emails and another day of back-and-forth, but eventually they agreed to let me make the purchase and take the discount off afterward. I followed their instructions and made the purchase, but now they're ignoring my emails. I've been trying to reach out to them for 4 days now without a response.

All in all, my experience with Punk Case's customer service was abysmal. They failed to correct their mistake, and when they offered me a discount, they made me jump through several hoops just to get it. Even worse, they're now ignoring me when I try to return the product. I regret giving them my business and will never buy from them again. If you're looking for a case, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Punk Case Punkcase Review: Delayed Shipping and Lack of Communication

I recently stumbled upon Punkcase and ordered one of their Galaxy S20 waterproof cases on April 2, 2020. To my dismay, as of April 29, 2020, I have yet to receive the case. Despite sending multiple emails to their customer service, I keep receiving the same response that their cases are in stock and in the process of being manufactured. Furthermore, my tracking numbers from both DHL and USPS have been cancelled as they claim that the package was never received by them. This has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.

Upon investigating further, I came across an update from Punkcase on April 27, 2020 stating that they are now taking orders for this particular model, and that all cases are available for sale on their website, punkcase.com. While they did acknowledge that the cases are currently being manufactured and will be shipped as soon as they become available, the fact that I have yet to receive any further updates on the status of my order has left me in doubt.

That being said, I appreciate the transparency that Punkcase has provided in their update and hope that they will fulfill their promise to ship their cases in a timely manner. As a customer, what I value most is clear and constant communication from the company regarding my order status. I believe that if Punkcase can live up to this expectation, they will gain more trust and loyalty from their customers.

In conclusion, while I have faced some hiccups in my experience with Punkcase, I am still holding on to the hope that they will deliver what they promise. As for now, I can only advice other potential customers to exercise a bit of caution before purchasing with Punkcase and ensure that they are comfortable with the estimated shipping timeline before proceeding with their orders.

Punk Case Punk Case Review: Disappointing Customer Service and Order Mishap

I recently had an experience with Punk Case (punkcase.com) that left a sour taste in my mouth. I decided to purchase a phone case for my daughter, as I found an item that was both high quality and affordably priced. While the product listing featured a color (purple), the item page provided an option to choose from multiple color options, and my daughter chose the teal option. Unfortunately, when the item arrived, it was not the color we selected; it was purple.

Initially, I was optimistic that this issue could be resolved easily through communication with Punk Case's customer service team. I reached out to them right away and explained the situation. Their response was to offer me a return or a discount on a future purchase. However, I felt that I should not have to pay out of pocket for a mistake that was made on Punk Case's end. I explained that I simply wanted them to send the correct case, but they continued to insist that I either return the item or accept a discount. After going back and forth with them for some time, I expressed that I would not be returning the item on my own dime or accepting a discount; I only wanted the correct product to be sent to me. Unfortunately, Punk Case's customer service team did not respond to my message after that.

At this point, I felt extremely frustrated with the situation. I received a survey request from Punk Case's automated system, and I provided honest feedback about how their company treated me as a customer. I believe that it is important to share my experience with others, so that they can make an informed decision about purchasing from this company. It is clear to me that Punk Case does not prioritize customer satisfaction, and I do not want others to be taken for their money. Overall, please be cautious when working with this company as they DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL!

To summarize for this response: The installation timeframe of MOXIE-Built solar projects is generally even quicker than your sales person quoted you; however, a timeframe is always an estimate because of the partnerships required to complete solar builds, which should have been made clear to you up front. Communication throughout the solar process is a point on which MOXIE prides itself, and going forward you can count on me as a direct line for communication, in addition to updates being sent by your project manager. The remaining steps in your solar build, as well as the financial adjustments that we discussed, are detailed in an email that I sent to Fabiane. Punk Case Deceitful Practices of Punkcase: My Experience with Only Receiving One Phone Case Despite Paying for Two

Dear Punkcase Sales,

I recently purchased two phone cases for my Samsung S10 Plus from your website and unfortunately, I must say that I have found your company to be deeply deceitful. When I received my delivery, I was shocked to find that you had only sent me one box for one phone case, even though I had paid for two cases. Despite my attempts to reach out to you, I received no response or explanation for this discrepancy.

After multiple attempts to contact you, you finally admitted that you had made a mistake and only sent one phone case. However, given the experience thus far, I now question whether I can trust that you will send the black case I ordered. It is incredibly disheartening to have purchased from a company that clearly lacks integrity and seems to be trying to cheat their customers.

To add insult to injury, I am not alone in experiencing this issue. Other customers have experienced similar problems with Punkcase, leaving me to feel that this is a fraudulent company that no one should trust. It is important for me to share my experience so others do not fall prey to the same deceitful practices I have unfortunately encountered.

I implore you to respond to me as soon as possible, and if you are unable to fulfill my order, the least you can do is refund my money. It is only right that you make amends for causing such disappointment and frustration. I am deeply disappointed and hope that DHL is aware of the level of honesty that drives your company.

Punk Case My Frustrating Experience with Punk Case - Poor Customer Service & Shipping Delays for S20 Case Order

My experience with Punk Case (punkcase.com) has been quite frustrating. I had ordered a case for my S20, but received one meant for a Google Pixel 2 instead. This mix-up happened despite me placing the order for the correct phone model. After calling their customer service, I had to wait for around 30 minutes to speak with someone, but I was assured that they would send the correct case out to me as soon as possible, and that I could return the wrong case once I received the right one. I was relieved to hear this and hoped that the issue would be resolved quickly.

However, two days later, I still hadn't received an email confirming that the case had been shipped, and was unable to reach anyone on the phone despite leaving two messages. I was only able to contact them by email on the following day, and was asked to send pictures showing that I had received the wrong case. Although I found this to be a bit of an unnecessary step, I complied and sent the pictures along with my order number. I asked if they could ship my case out that day, to which they replied in the affirmative.

Unfortunately, three days passed and I still hadn't received any confirmation of shipping. At this point, I began to get concerned, and reached out to them once again. They requested pictures from me once again, which I found confusing since I had already sent them before. It turns out that they had made an assumption about the color of the wrong case I had received, which added to my frustration since I had never mentioned anything about the color in any of our conversations.

After several more days of back-and-forth communication, I was finally informed that they would send the correct case to me once I returned the incorrect one to them. At this point, it had already been two and a half weeks since I had first placed my order, and I had been using my phone without any protection in the meantime. I was disappointed by the lack of urgency and attention to detail demonstrated by Punk Case, especially considering their claims about providing great customer service.

All in all, my experience with Punk Case has been less than satisfactory, and I would be hesitant to recommend them to anyone else. While I appreciate the effort on their part to resolve the issue, their slow response times and insistence on unnecessary steps have left a bad taste in my mouth. I will be shopping elsewhere for phone cases in the future.

Punk Case Disappointing Experience with Punk Case: Flimsy "Military Grade" case arrived damaged, poor customer service

If you're considering purchasing from Punk Case, you should be aware that they are an American company shipping out of Boston, USA. As a result, you won't be covered by the Australian Consumer Law or local shipping/returns policy, which could cause problems if you encounter any issues with your order. Based on my experience and others, it seems that issues are quite common with this company.

I ordered a Military Grade Aluminum Case | Atomic Slim 2 Series case for my Galaxy S10 plus and it arrived around a month after I placed my order. Upon unpacking the case, I noticed that the clear plastic back had a deep scratch over a centimetre long. It was clear that the damage didn't occur during shipping, as the packaging was undamaged. I suspect that the case is a return rather than a new product.

When I contacted Punkcase about the damaged case, they responded with a form reply that requested my order number and photos of the damaged case. It seemed to me that this was an automated response. Eventually, they offered to replace the case, but only if I paid to ship the original case back to them in the USA. Given that the cost of shipping was greater than the value of the case, I opted to keep the damaged case.

In terms of the case itself, I thought it was okay but not on the same level as other brands like lifeproof or otterbox. It also fell far short of being "military grade." The buttons protrude from the sides and are prone to snagging when I put my phone in my pocket. They also feel a bit cheap and I think they will be the first part of the case to fail.

Overall, I found Punk Case to be disappointing. Even if they sold their products at a lower price, I don't think it would be worth it if there's a high likelihood of receiving a damaged, incorrect, or faulty item. I would rate the company as 2/5 if they stood by their product by covering return shipping for damaged or incorrect orders.

Punk Case Punkcase.com Review: Poor Customer Service & Exchange Policy

I had a less than pleasant experience with the website punkcase.com in January 2018. I ordered an iPhone 7+ Plus Waterproof IP68 Case in Purple from the StudStar series for $36.98. Unfortunately, I realized on February 9th that I had ordered the wrong size. So, I reached out to the company immediately and requested an exchange for the proper case.

They responded to my email and informed me that they have a lifetime warranty exchange policy only for defective products. To return the product, I had to ship it back to their address in Brooklyn, NY along with the original receipt or a note with the order number and reasons for the return. They assured me that they would issue a refund once they received the product. It was to be noted that after 30 days, store credit would be applied only.

I sent back the cell phone case on February 16th with the instructions for which product I'd like to exchange as requested. The tracking number was also provided for them on February 18th. On March 2nd, I received notification that the case had arrived at the returns warehouse.

However, they asked for information about the product they were to exchange even though that information had already been provided in the package. By March 10th, I emailed the company again for a response about sending me the new cell phone case but received no reply. I sent another follow-up email on March 15th and called their phone number for returns, but still heard nothing from them.

On March 22nd, I sent another email expressing my frustration and the runaround about my paid product that was not shipped to me yet. I even provided details about the replacement case that I desired. They finally responded on March 23rd by delivering the new case, but it turned out to be the exact same case that I had the wrong size for in the first place.

It is now April 24th, and I have made several attempts to contact the company via phone and email. Unfortunately, I have still received no response from them. In conclusion, I would like to warn potential customers to be aware while buying from punkcase.com. It seems that if you face any issues with your product, you may not receive a proper response. I am now stuck with a case that I am unable to use.

Punk Case Disappointing Experience with Punk Case Mobile Holder: Misleading, Poor Quality, and Overpriced

As a conscientious consumer, I feel it is my duty to share my honest experience with others in the market for a reliable mobile holder. Unfortunately, my experience with Punk Case has been nothing short of disappointing.

Upon receiving my order (#351929), I was disappointed to find that the black Punk Case mobile holder I had ordered was actually blue. However, what truly troubled me was the fact that the product I received was a generic Chinese alligator clip, which was nothing like what I had expected from the Punk Case website.

I ordered the product based on the assurances provided by the website, and was surprised to find that the same product is available in India for half the price! Furthermore, the cover on my product clearly revealed that it was a Chinese product with no indication of the Punk Case logo or name.

As soon as I attempted to use the product, I noticed that the adhesive tape provided with it was poor quality, and the mobile holder couldn't even hold itself firmly onto the dashboard without a mobile phone in it for at least three seconds. I was forced to attach extra layers of 3M tape to keep the holder pasted onto the dashboard, which detracted from the appearance of the holder and made it look ugly.

Additionally, the holder was unable to hold my phone securely, and I had to bear witness to my phone jostling around endlessly while driving. It became clear that the shoddy quality of the product was not worth the exorbitant price I paid for it.

Finally, when I contacted customer care, I was told that I could return the product, but would have to bear the return shipping fee. After factoring in the cost of shipping, PayPal charges, and the amount I had paid for shipping to receive the product in the first place, it became clear that I would lose more than $8 in the process of returning the item.

Overall, my experience with Punk Case has been incredibly frustrating, and I would not recommend the brand to anyone. The quality of their products simply does not match up to the high price tag, and their customer service is sorely lacking. Instead of purchasing from this misleading and overpriced brand, I recommend looking for reliable mobile holders from reputable sources with transparent pricing and quality assurances.

Punk Case Disappointing experience with Punk Case: Dishonest customer service, poor communication, and misleading discounts

My experience with Punk Case has been extremely disappointing to say the least. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with their customer service and by the way they treat their customers. They do not care about customer problems and complaints that they themselves have caused. I had to file a complaintsboard.com complaint against them to finally get them to respond and acknowledge their mistake, which was a huge inconvenience. It’s unbelievable that I've emailed them a total of 17 times and they still didn't do anything about it until they received the complaint.

One of the biggest issues with Punk Case is that it’s almost impossible to reach out to their customer service team. There’s no phone number to contact them and leave a message, and even if you do get the chance to leave a message on their answering machine, they won’t call you back. I’ve also tried to contact them through their Facebook page, but to no avail. They simply delete my negative review and only leave the good reviews that make them look good.

What made things even worse with Punk Case was when they sent me the wrong item. I contacted them to inform them of this mistake and received only a single email from them offering two options, a 20% discount or an exchange. I chose the exchange and waited for their response, but they never contacted me again. I kept sending them emails to follow up on the exchange, but they never responded. Instead they ignored me and hoped that I would forget about the issue.

To make matters worse, I found out that they try to delay the return process even more, which is definitely something they tried to do with me. It’s not surprising that this is a pattern that's been mentioned in other reviews. They are also very misleading when it comes to their 10% discount offer in exchange for your email address and phone number. They require your phone number and then send you a text with an activation code for the discount. However, they don’t mention that it has to be a cell phone number, and they will spam you with marketing messages.

It’s clear that Punk Case is a dishonest and disreputable company. They don’t provide a telephone number to speak to an actual human being, and their customer service is terrible. On top of that, their 10% discount offer is a scam to obtain your cell phone number. If you don't have a cell phone or prefer not to give out your number, you cannot receive the discount. They will also lie to you about the discount being applied even when it’s clearly not. It’s a shame that such a company exists in the market. After reading more reviews online, including the complaintsboard.com, it's clear that I am not the only one who has had trouble with them.

Overall, I would not recommend using Punk Case. I have reported them to the Complaintsboard.com, will be leaving reviews on multiple websites, and have requested that my credit card company deal with them as well. I don't think it's ethical for a company to operate this way and I hope that they make some improvements in the future.

Punk Case Punkcase.com Review: Poor Communication and Delayed Delivery

I recently made a purchase from punkcase.com for a smartphone case on April 17th. However, I have yet to receive my order and have been inquiring about it multiple times. Unfortunately, I have not received any updates on the status of my order and have lost my patience.

After reaching out to punkcase.com on April 21st, I was informed that my order had already been shipped and to wait for 24-48 hours for tracking information to appear on the USPS website. However, it has been well over 48 hours, closer to 72 hours, and USPS still has not received my package. I have attached screenshots of two emails as evidence of my purchase and their reply to my request for an actual shipping date. Additionally, I have included a screenshot of the USPS website, which shows that they have not received my package as of 9:43 am US Mountain Time, today April 25th.

Despite my inquiries, punkcase.com keeps telling me to wait, but I have waited long enough. They have not been forthcoming about my package being shipped, so I have decided to contact my credit card company to request a refund.

I am disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency from punkcase.com. I was excited to receive my new smartphone case, but the delay and lack of updates have left me frustrated. I hope that punkcase.com can improve their customer service and communication in the future to avoid similar situations.

Punk Case Punk Case: Shiny, Weak, and Unresponsive - A Lesson in Checking Reviews

I bought a white, tough case from Punk Case, but what I got was a shiny, weak gold case that broke the first time I dropped it. At first, I thought it was no biggie, people make mistakes, right? But I've tried to contact the company several times in different ways, taking into account the staffing shortage and such, but it's been two years and I still haven't heard anything back. It's frustrating, and I finally unsubscribed from their email list because seeing them pop up is like rubbing salt into the wound.

I'm using this experience as a lesson to start checking reviews better again. Clearly, I'm not the only one who's had issues with Punk Case. I hope this review helps anyone else who's considering using this company. I've given very few bad reviews in my 36 years, and it takes a lot to turn me off as a customer. So congratulations, Punkcase, you are a winner! You may have punked me, but my chances of being punked by another company in the future are fewer now, so thank you!

Punk Case Punk Case Review: Nightmare Customer Service and Wrong Color Received

I gotta say, my experience with Punk Case was a total nightmare. I was so excited to order a black case for my phone, but when it arrived, it was blue! I mean, come on, how hard is it to get the color right? I tried emailing their customer service team, but all I got back were these super generic responses that didn't even address my issue. I mean, were they even reading my emails or just copy-pasting from a script?

After a bunch of back-and-forth, they finally told me to send the case back. But get this, they didn't even send me a return label! So I had to fork over my own cash just to send it back to them. And let me tell you, trying to call them was a total joke. I must have tried a million times, but either no one answered or I got disconnected. And when I did manage to leave a voicemail, the mailbox was always full. What kind of customer service is that?

To top it all off, they refused to reimburse me for the return postage. I mean, seriously? I didn't even get the case I wanted and now I'm out over ten bucks? That's just not right. So take my advice, folks, and steer clear of Punk Case. There are plenty of other places to order a case from that won't leave you feeling ripped off and frustrated.

I have to admit, I was impressed with the Punk Case at first glance. It's well-built, with plenty of features that I was excited to use. Unfortunately, any goodwill I had towards this case vanished when I found out how terrible their customer service is.

I had ordered a case in a specific color, but was sent the wrong one. While it may seem like a minor mistake, it was a letdown for me since I was really looking forward to the color I ordered. I reached out to the company via email, hoping they could help me rectify the situation. It took them 5 hours to respond, which isn't terrible, but it's certainly not ideal. After exchanging several emails, it took another day before they offered me the option to either exchange the case or get a 20% discount on the one I received. I decided to buy a second case and asked if I could get 20% off that one as well. This led to even more emails and another day of back-and-forth, but eventually they agreed to let me make the purchase and take the discount off afterward. I followed their instructions and made the purchase, but now they're ignoring my emails. I've been trying to reach out to them for 4 days now without a response.

All in all, my experience with Punk Case's customer service was abysmal. They failed to correct their mistake, and when they offered me a discount, they made me jump through several hoops just to get it. Even worse, they're now ignoring me when I try to return the product. I regret giving them my business and will never buy from them again. If you're looking for a case, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Punk Case Disappointing Experience with Punk Case: Poor Customer Service and Shipping Delays

I was really excited to get my hands on a Punk Case from punkcase.com. I placed my order and eagerly waited for my package to arrive. However, as the weeks went by, I started to get a little worried. I reached out to the company several times to check on my order, but all I ever got was an automated response telling me that international shipping takes 2-6 weeks.

By the time I reached week 9, I was getting pretty frustrated. I couldn't believe that they were still sending me the same automated message. I finally had to email them and tell them to actually read my message before spamming me with their own automated replies.

To make matters worse, I had paid $30 for express shipping. I was expecting my package to arrive much sooner than it did. If they couldn't offer express shipping, they should have at least notified me. It would have been so easy for them to prevent me from proceeding with payment if express shipping wasn't possible to my location. But no, they just let me waste my money.

After what felt like forever, I finally got a response from the company. They apologized for the delay and told me that their product was really great. As a way to make up for my troubles, they offered me 25% off my current purchase and let me keep the product.

I replied back and told them that I never actually received the product. I asked for a full refund given the extremely poor experience I had with their company. Their response was a little disappointing. It seemed like they just copy and pasted a generic message and offered me 30% off my current purchase.

At this point, I don't expect to get a refund at all. It's really sad that they operate in this manner. I was really looking forward to trying out their product, but the poor customer service and lack of communication has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Punk Case Avoid Punk Case: Terrible Product and Customer Service Experience

I gotta say, I'm not one to write a bad review, but I gotta let y'all know about my experience with Punk Case. So, I ordered a case from them and it took a whole three weeks to arrive. And when it finally did, it was the wrong color! They did offer me a 20% discount, but I had to ship it back to them and I just didn't feel like dealing with all that hassle.

But then, after only using the case twice, it started leaking! Can you believe it? So, I reached out to their customer service and all they said was that there were some defective cases and mine was one of them. Like, why didn't they tell me that before I put my $900 phone in their case?! Anyway, they did send me another case, but guess what? It was the wrong color again! I mean, come on.

I've asked them multiple times for an email address to make an official complaint, but all I get in response is the same message telling me to ship it back to them for an exchange or refund. And after 30 days, they only offer store credit. Like, what if I don't want to buy anything from them again?

Overall, I gotta say, this was a dreadful experience. The product was terrible and the customer service was even worse. I wouldn't recommend Punk Case to anyone. It's a total con and you should definitely avoid it.

Punk Case Punk Case Review: Inconvenience and Incorrect Orders - Save Yourself the Headache

I recently had an experience with Punk Case and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. I placed my order on April 27th and as of now, it's already June yet I'm still waiting for my cases to arrive. My first delivery took three weeks to get to me and to add insult to injury, the cases that arrived were the wrong ones. I then spent an extra $9 on shipping to send back the cases for the correct ones. However, when the cases arrived for the second time, there was only one case instead of the two that I had initially ordered and the order was still incorrect. Frustrated with the entire process, I contacted their customer service team and they promised to send me a label for me to send the incorrect case back and replace it with the two correct cases I ordered. Unfortunately, a week had passed and I had yet to receive the label.

I made the call again and was told that their system was slow but that I would receive the label in a few hours. Two days went by, and still no label. While I don't mind paying for the shipping costs, the main issue here is that I am being caused a great deal of inconvenience to receive my correct order. I expected better treatment as a customer and feel that Punk Case should have made the situation right by providing me with a label to return the incorrect case and replacing it with the two cases that I had ordered.

After all the hassle that I have been through with Punk Case, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I've spent $70 so far and still haven't received the correct cases that I ordered. The cases that I have been sent so far also look very cheap. If you're looking for a better option, I would suggest going with Otter Box or finding another company altogether. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere for better service and quality products.

Punk Case Avoid Punk Cases for iPhone Cases: Poor Quality and Customer Service

If you are in the market for an iPhone case, I highly recommend avoiding Punk Cases at all costs. Despite ordering a waterproof case for my husband's iPhone 6 Plus in good faith, I was incredibly disappointed with the product that arrived. Not only did the case not live up to its description, but it also blocked part of the camera and distorted my husband's voice during phone calls. Additionally, the case did not provide the snug and tight fit that was promised.

When I reached out to Punk Cases for assistance, I was met with unhelpful responses. They advised me that they do not supply return labels, suggesting that I seal the envelope and write "return to sender" on it before popping it into a post box. However, upon asking at my local post office, I learned that this advice was incorrect, and that it would cost me £5.30 to return the product.

Upon relaying this information to Punk Cases, they continued to be unhelpful, merely waffling on about shipping costs and failing to address my concerns. Even when I reached out again and again, with accompanying photographs and requests for a refund for both the case and the postage, they completely ignored me.

Overall, I was incredibly disappointed with Punk Cases, and I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your iPhone case needs. Save yourself the headache and frustration, and find a company that actually stands behind its products and provides quality customer service. Punk Case Disappointing Experience with Punk Case: Wrong Product Delivered Twice

It's been more than a month since I purchased my Punk Case from punkcase.com, so I thought now would be a good time to write a review of my experience with the company. Unfortunately, it hasn't been a positive one.

When I received my order, I was disappointed to discover that the case I received was in the wrong color. I immediately reached out to their customer service team to explain the situation and see what could be done.

I was instructed to return the case they had sent me and attach a note explaining which case I had actually ordered. I sent the case back, as instructed, hoping that the replacement I had actually ordered would be on its way soon.

However, to my surprise and frustration, when the new case arrived, it was the exact same case I had already returned - wrong color and all. I immediately attempted to contact their customer service team again, but received no response via email or phone. This left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I felt like I had been scammed and was just another victim of companies that only care about getting their customers' money.

I'm still waiting for my refund and feel like I'm running around in circles trying to get a hold of someone who can help me. It's completely unprofessional and honestly makes me wonder if there are any responsible adults running things over at Punk Case.

If I had known about the company's history before purchasing, I would have stayed clear. It seems like I'm not the only person who's had issues with Punk Case for the same reasons - not sending the right product after a sale is made.

Punk Case Disappointed with my Punk Case Carbon Shield Cover: Low quality product with metal that scratches furniture

I recently purchased a Carbon Shield Cover from Punk Case and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the product I received. Instead of a high-quality case, I was sent a $1.50 neoprene piece with a piece of metal attached to the back that scratched all of my furniture. I felt like this product was a real slap in the face and was surprised that a company like Punk Case would send out such a poor-quality product.

In fact, the product looked like it had been found in the under $1 basket on eBay, and I wouldn't be surprised if it had been. It definitely didn't look like something that should be sold in any reputable computer or electronics store. To put it lightly, I was extremely disappointed with my purchase.

I had heard some negative feedback about Punk Case before I made my purchase, but I decided to give it a chance anyway. Unfortunately, I now regret that decision. If I saw this case at a $1 throwaway table in a supermarket, I wouldn't even bother picking it up. It's that bad.

The metal on the back of the case wasn't securely attached and fell off within the first few attempts to use it. Plus, the product description implied that the metal rotates, but it was just spiked to the neoprene and served no real purpose.

Overall, I would not recommend purchasing a product from Punk Case based on my experience. I wish I had listened to the negative feedback before making my purchase.

I purchased a Punkcase for my wife's birthday back in August 2020 as a protective case for her new iPhone. After just a few months of usage, the screen protector had cracked, so my wife and I reached out to Punkcase for a possible solution. I recently had a really unfortunate experience with Punk Case, and I feel like I need to share my thoughts on this company. I have to say, their website is really quite impressive at first glance. The design is really sleek, and there are some fantastic images of phone cases that look almost too good to be true - and it turns out that they are too good to be true! The company promises products that are ultimate protection, waterproof, shock-proof, dirt-proof, snow-proof, and even come with a lifetime warranty. Unfortunately, when I received my case, I realized that these promises were not fulfilled. It was immediately clear that the pictures had been photoshopped, and the quality was nothing close to what I had expected.

I reached out to the company directly to express my disappointment and was told that I could send my case back - but at my own expense. As I live in Canada, this would have been almost as expensive as the case itself. I was hoping to get my money back for this disappointing product, but that didn't seem to be an option. It's frustrating to feel like I've been ripped off and that the company hasn't been willing to help me out.

In terms of the actual case, the quality was clearly lacking. It felt cheap and looked like something I could have purchased on eBay for a couple of dollars. While I wouldn't have minded if it was just a decorative case, this was supposed to be a case with lifetime protection, which clearly wasn't the case. I recently made a purchase from the UK website of Punk Case and was disappointed with the service I received. Unfortunately, there was no indication that my case would be shipped from the United States and that I would have to wait a considerable amount of time for it to arrive. After three weeks, I decided to reach out and inquire about the status of my order. I received an automated response that stated that it could take up to four weeks for my case to arrive.

After four weeks, I followed up again and requested a refund because I was growing increasingly frustrated with the wait time. The reply I received was impersonal and robotic, stating that it could take up to six weeks and that I would not be refunded until after this period. I was less than thrilled with the customer service I received but decided to be patient and wait for my purchase to arrive.

Unfortunately, after six weeks, my case did not arrive, and I decided to request a refund again. This time, I received an email from someone offering me the option of a refund or for the case to be shipped again. I made it clear that I wanted a refund, and eventually, my request was granted.

However, the company still charged me for shipping, which left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. Although it was only two quid, I did not think it was fair that I had to pay for shipping on something that did not even arrive. As a result of this experience, I doubt that I will be buying anything from Punk Case again.
