Venmo review: Venmo disputes

To whom it may concern I Kansas Holt have provided proof my account has been accessed from a different device in different location! I also have provided screenshots shots of proof of all my transactions alerts being sent to my junk folder in my email. And my push notifications in app being shut off! I’m a victim of identity theft! And my account has been compromised by a hacker! Damion T Stayton is not my friend he is not in my contacts! I believe he is the one who has gained access to-my account! You guys alerted me because your system noticed unusually activity on my account then locked and suspended my account. You guys are not doing your jobs correctly I need to speak to a manager I am going to contact a lawyer! I have provided proof that all my accounts were hacked and compromised by a hacker including my apple iCloud my chime bank account Facebook PayPal etc! I’m going to attach screenshots and identity theft report I spoke with Ellie v yesterday an employee of Venmo she even B informed me that she could see my account was accessed by a different device in a way different location then i live! She also agreed with me about the odd transactions to and from Damion T stayton there was money sent to my account from this user hacker but sent right back to the same person in small amounts something needs to done immediately! This is so horrible it is effecting my life and my children’s and husband’s life! Please have a manager contact me! Kansas Holt.

My account was hacked! I noticed emails from them all stating that my password was reset several times and that my account was accessed by new device I was locked out of my Venmo account I immediately called Venmo I spoke to a representative Ninjoi. we were disconnected and the phone was not able to get back a hold of her eyes and was alerted that there was unusual activity going on in my account still wasn’t able to log in the system alerted Venmo and they locked my Venmo account after speaking to representatives and securing my account and getting back into my Venmo account I noticed several and authorize bank transfers the person was not in my contacts and he’s not my friend I do not know this person disputed the claim and then they denied it I called back and filed for an appeal on the claim and went over every single transaction with a woman named Eliana V she was very helpful we went through and disputed all the charges again this morning I woke up and all the charges were denied for my dispute The reason why my claimant disputed they say it’s because it is usual transactions in my account that is not correct my account was hacked and the hacker has use my account to send yourself money over and over and over I need this claim resolved and the person that stole my money and banking transfers and hacked my account to pay consequences for his theft and fraud and then mail to do their jobs! I sent proof screenshots of the login from a new device also Eliana be the representative from Venmo noticed that it was not included in the investigation that there was a new device and a new location signed into my Venmo account making transfers from my Venmo account she said in her professional opinion that it was very odd and didn’t look right she escalated it re-opened my case for me then they denied my claim. I called this morning and spoke to a supervisor the supervisor is very unprofessional and not helpful I asked for her supervisors number or for the corporation’s phone number so I can talk to somebody that was the head of Venmo she didn’t need to give me the phone number and refused to give me the phone number very unprofessional unhelpful and unkind I would like my case to be resolved immediately or I will be showing them and taking this to court upon also finally this complaint and then I complete with the federal commission board. I also attached identity def.gov reference number and documents.
