Hello real testimony” I bought a bike from the shop, little over two months ago 2023’ saying that they’re supposed to be the best since 2010. That’s a joke because I laughed when I read this! I’ve had nothing but problems with this shop and with my bike” that I purchased was supposed to be fully equipped and assembled’ brakes fell off within two weeks of purchase! after screws come loose engine block damaged call to help for assistance ( guess what no help) No good people on there team or at least don’t care about anyones safety even if they have kids! and Tommy and Jerick higher-ups contacted both of them give me a run around I do not recommend this place or the shop for a bike” if you’re looking for a bike go somewhere better, highly disappointed in the disaster sold to me. My biking experience was awful with this shop. I tried to refund my bike within the 30 day standard. And they convince me that I will like what they want me to offer. I don’t like what they’re offering me which was the wrong parts and fear from my life!.!.! zero stars not recommended.

On April 12, 2022, I received my 50cc Maddog Scooter. By early May, the speedometer stopped working, making the bike illegal to drive on the public roads. Initially, the company was trying to be helpful: I received a new speed sensor (which was broken and didn't work), a new speedometer (which did not resolve the issue), another speed cable that did not match any parts on my bike, and another speed sensor. The final speed sensor did work for roughly 10 miles before it went out.
After months of back and forth with no resolution, I asked for a refund. I made it clear that I did not anticipate the full refund but would like a fair number for my trouble. Venom indicated that they would take the return and refund me only $800, charging me the full price for shipping and a restocking fee. I had a call with the Supervisor, who pleaded with me to give them another chance to resolve the problem, that attempt failed.
In September, they asked again for another set of pictures, which I promptly sent to them. Fast forward, two weeks, I asked again for an update and they have not bothered returning my e-mail. Four weeks later (6 weeks since I sent the latest round of pictures), I followed up again. Venom finally called and asked if we could have a conference call the following day. However, the next day came and went and we did not have the conference call.
I have spent more time e-mailing Venom (north of 70 e-mails back and forth), talking with them on the phone and swapping out cables, then I have actually riding the bike. Since early June, I have only put on roughly 10 miles, wasting my entire summer. Further, I have been paying for insurance, each month, for something that is not road worthy.
Venom does not stand by their product, hiding behind their warranty/terms stating, 'Venom Motorsports does not offer Exchanges, Returns, or Refunds of any kind on any items offered for sale in our stores.'

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY...PLEASE! The worst experience of my 40 years on this planet. I paid in full for a LEMON motorcycle that was problems from the get go. Lets start from the beginning. After receiving my motorcycle, I was able to ride it for only 250 miles before it quit and died. The motorcycle was the definition of a LEMON. They tried to down play and say it was a bad carberuater, so they sent me a new one. After replacing it, I experienced the same problem. Eventually, through all the poor customer service I had to deal with, fighting tooth and nail, they finally said they would refund my money. I am still out about $600 due to all the money that came with trying to repair it. May this horrific experience never happen to another person. I am so happy I do not have to deal with Venom Motorsports anymore. Good riddance!

2023 venom x22 GT
Rode the vehicle max of 8 times and has under 500 miles on it. Bike was not turning in so it looked like it was a battery issue. They sent out a battery and had to change it. That was the start of everything going wrong. Vehicle started making a screeching noise while riding so I stopped. I sent videos multiple times to venom motor sports through email. First they said water pump, sent one and we changed it. Still wasn’t fixed then they said it could be the stator cover, sent that out and the bike was still leaking antifreeze through the drain hole. No matter what got fixed the mechanic who has been in contact with venom as well said it’s a brand new bike and it looks like it needs a new engine. They told mechanic and me that they do not have a new engine in stock but want us to take apart engine and ship it out. I am fine with shipping the engine but who is going to pay for the labor cost and shipping? It should not be me. I have been waiting for a call for over 2 weeks on an answer for how to go about this and they keep promising a call back to me by the end of the week and it now has been over 2-3 weeks. It’s not fair I bought the bike in October 2022 rose it 8 times up until January and still the bike has been broken since then. I have been so patient with waiting and not causing an uproar but now it is summer. I spent 4300 on the bike and can’t even ride it.
Desired outcome: Whole new bike and take this one back as it is still under warranty and lemon law shows that it has tried to been fixed multiple times and still same issue
Venom x22 125cc street legal motorcycle
I purchased a Venom X22 125cc Street Legal Motorcycle from Venom MotorSports on March 26, 2023, and the vehicle has not worked since the day it arrived. They took over $2000 from Elizabeth L Brown, my ex-landlord, for the vehicle, and delivered a piece of junk that has sat in my yard since getting here. Actually, I was able to get the bike started at first, and even drove it around my neighborhood a bit, before it decided to cut out and not start again. I have been in touch with the company numerous times attempting to get them to honor their 1-year warranty, but after many tries, the motorcycle still will not even start up. They have shipped me a replacement Battery, as well as a replacement Solenoid Switch for the vehicle, neither of which is what is causing the failures. Now they informed me by Email that the warranty only covers replacement parts, and not Labor/Towing to repair a defective bike.
I have filed a similar complaint with the Better Business Bureau concerning this matter and received a response from Venom that claims that I am somehow responsible for their defective product because I 'Chose' to have it shipped to my home in Virginia 90% assembled, instead of letting them completely assemble it, and then inspect it. This is true somewhat because if you let them assemble/inspect the bike after purchase, it becomes up to you to get the vehicle to your home, and their dealerships are in either California or in Michigan, which are on the other side of America from my home in Virginia. I did not have any means of getting to the another distant state, nor any way to get the bike all the way back to the other side of the country, thus I was forced to 'choose' to have it shipped. As far as it being only 90% assembled, that did not mean the engine needed to be put together, it meant that I had to bolt on the rear-view mirrors and secure the seat, but nothing that had to do directly with the operation of the bike, so could not have been the cause of the relentless mechanical failings. They just don't want to admit they sold an illegal vehicle and collected over $2000 for it. I am also assuming they do not want their fraudulent so-called 'Warranty' to be examined too closely as it is not a legally binding document given that it requires you to be a mechanic and fix any problems yourself provides for parts. That is like if you paid for health insurance, but it would only provide the tools necessary, like scalpels/gauze pads/local anesthetics, then you would have to operate on yourself. That is ridiculous to assume everybody is a motorcycle mechanic and has the tools/knowledge/garage needed to repair a broken bike and would never hold up to scrutiny in a court of law. In any case, I want either Venom Motorsports to provide restitution for any repairs done to the bike they sold, as well as pay for any towing needed to have it moved back and forth to a legitimate garage for work to be done, neither of which seem unreasonable since they had no problem collecting over $2000 from me for the product, they ought to at least stand behind what they sell!
Desired outcome: I am seeking recompense for labor fees, and towing expenses incurred as a result of being sold a defective motorcycle.I want the company to admit that they are selling a faulty product, and discontinue doing so.

I put $500 down on a$1000 dollar e dirt bike venom blue, they said they would put it aside, lie's I called to make my next payment they sold out said I could get a green one, but they gave me a moto tec without hydraulic disc brakes, so let me warn you if you put stuff on layaway they will sell it on you and make sure you tell them you want the one that you ordered or you don't want it at all they do not give refunds on layaway plans I've heard a lot of complaints from them I'm glad it's running that's all still wanted to hydraulic brakes and a venom not a Moto tech how stupid can you be I would not purchase from them I had friends that wanted to do it I talked to them out of it.

This company has the 2020 model priced higher than the actual 2022 model. My bike has none of the upgrades that it says that are on my bike that I paid for. Customer service doesn't to care about customers and they seem like they aren't knowledgeable of their own products. I'm assuming they can't be using false advertisement and deceptive marketing schemes.

The item meant to be shipped and delivered to me with videos on their website suggesting a recommended ease of assembly. However, when the motorcycle arrived at my residence, the paint was scratched on the tank and some parts of it were damaged. More importantly, the recommended installation for the bar became impossible and problematic due to defective bolts from the company. The company has refused to help fix the problem, claiming it is my responsibility to spend money to fix it myself without any assistance from them. I would like to be compensated for the money i spent to fix their defected product.

This worked fine for 3 days, the morning of the 4th day all this just happened randomly before I could really drive it at all, it is in perfect condition but faulty parts***. I need to re finance *** back there money and be done with this all.

We purchased our 10 YO son a 110 Venom Grizley June 27 / 2021. Shipping was prompt and everything was perfect untill my son started driving the bike. It would stop while he was riding it. We figured out the kill switch wasn't big enough so we needed to put tinfoil on it to make it longer. Then the bike started to spit and sputter. Carburetor broke, got new carburetor and that broke. Cotter pin put it wrong because the holes in the axel were drilled in wrong. Bike broke on the seems where it is welded, back light broke off where it's welded.Battery case broke off where it's welded and more spots are too! Now it's just leaking and we don't know what's wrong. Nothing but problems and falling apart, literaly. Driven lightly by a 10 year old. Has been sitting in the barn for the last month now as if isn't even driveable. ***. Would love a refund and ship THIS BACK!

I purchased a bike that after 144 miles, speedometer cable broke along with a new battery. The bike stopped working in an intersection causing me to have to get a tow home. I call they say, it's possible battery issue, so I replaced it (above). Again, around 100miles on the bike, it stopped working as I was driving then did not want to start, since then it has not wanted to start. I called them back, they offered a mechanic etc. I reviewed some customers experiences on their *** page and quickly found that I'm NOT ALONE WITH THESE ISSUES fresh out the gate. So I declined the mechanic, and requested to return it, they agreed,but stated it would be $487 to ship it back, waiving re stocking fees. We hung up, and I went online and placed a review regarding my experience. And how I've been stranded twice, had to get a small load and buy a lil car right away, because I was depending on this bike to save me money, and get me to work and back, which is less than 3 miles from my home. (Relizing this would NOT be reliable for my travel to work, even if such a small distance) I got a call the next day, stating Venom would be happy to come pick up the bike, and waive the shipping pick up costs if I agreed to remove the review. I of course agreed. A pickup date was set for Feb. 25th, 2020. 1pm to 5pm. Mind you, I am waiting and depending on this return in order to re coupe my losses from the bike itself, and from having to fork out side money for a small car to get to work. I literally showed Venom how I have .59cents in my bank, and am depending on this bike pickup for return to be completed. The driver never showed, I get a call at 4pm, asking me "what am I picking up" I say, you should have an invoice. He states, sorry but they can't come pick it up until "sometime next week" sitting they didn't have right truck for pickup. I expressed how the bike needs to be picked up so it's no longer my responsibility and that I am waiting on a refund on this bike, delaying this puts me in MAJOR FINANCE DISARRAY. We hang up and I call shipping company, they say they were not informed by requester (Venom) what would be picked up, or that a lift gate would be needed. I call Venom in Ontario, Ca, no answer, online says they close at 7pm, I tried for 3hrs to reach someone, no response, so I emailed Venom regarding my issue, and how I removed the review based on the bike being picked up on the date/time THEY SET. So I thought to gander on the reviews to see if anyone had returned shipping issues etc. I notice reviews talking about how people have been blocked from their page after agreeing to remove reviews, and I noticed I too, was blocked from their page, ability to contact etc via ***. I was actually planning on leaving a positive review when the process was completed. I have a second *** page, so I posted my previous review along with a copy of email from Venom stating they would refund my purchase, waive re stocking and return shipping if I simply removed my review. I started in the 2nd posting to reach out to me asap, I'm depending on this refund, and it's not ok that you dont show up after I agreed to take down my post. I also stated that review would be taken down AS SOON AS THE BIKE IS PICKED UP. Venom calls me the next day, to tell me that since I posted another review that they have canceled the pick up truck, and will no longer be refunding me for the bike, or battery/parts I purchased in attempt to fix bike. I replied telling them, look, it was only to get my bike picked up because someone failed to do so and this delays my refund another week or more, and that I'm more than willing to take it right back down, but that they should see how a customer can be upset. I work 10hr days, spent 4hrs for no one to show, notice others have same issue, the shipper blames Venom, and I start to feel shafted. I had sent pics of all my issues, the video I have of bike issues would have to be sent in another form, as the file is to big to send via email. But I have them if need be. Copays of all emails etc. Thanks
