So, I had a problem with my AC and called up Veteran Air Conditioning
So, I had a problem with my AC and called up Veteran Air Conditioning. Matt came over and told me what was up. I gotta say, he explained it real good and I actually understood what was going on. It's nice to have someone who knows what they're talking about, especially with everything going on right now. Thanks for sharing your smarts with me, Veteran Air Conditioning!

I was kinda scared to hire a contractor for my A/C repair 'cause I don't know nothin' 'bout it
I was kinda scared to hire a contractor for my A/C repair 'cause I don't know nothin' 'bout it. But Veteran Air Conditioning's peeps were super cool and honest. They fixed my A/C and even suggested replacing it 'cause it was old and had problems. So I went for it and they did an awesome job installing the new system. Plus, I got a sweet financing deal with no interest. Highly recommend these guys!
Wow, finally found a company that I can trust!
Wow, finally found a company that I can trust! Veteran Air Conditioning is the real deal. Chris, the guy who checked my AC, was super impressive. I mean, this guy knows his stuff! He's friendly, polite, and always on time. Plus, he keeps everything clean and tidy. The office peeps are just as awesome. They're always organized and helpful. Communication is top-notch, too. Living in Florida, you gotta have a reliable AC unit. And with Veteran Air, I know I'm in good hands. They deserve more than five stars!
I think this company is legit and honest
I think this company is legit and honest. My old A/C Unit was super old and needed to be replaced. The tech told me the price to fix the old unit. Then, at my request, showed me the price of a new unit with discount and rebate from Teco. We decided to get a YORK brand which is a good one and more modern that saves electricity. The installing techs were super smart, professional and nice. They took their time to make sure everything was well installed. They even added a piece of plywood to the base of the unit to make it perfectly even. They covered the floor in the garage and afterwards they cleared everything and left it clean. We're happy we made the decision to purchase this A/C Unit. It's been about three weeks since the installation and so far it's been working perfectly. I'm happy that our daughter recommended Veteran Air Conditioning and from now on it will be our A/C company. We also highly recommend this company.
Had no problems with my AC until about 6 months ago
Had no problems with my AC until about 6 months ago. It's only 4 years old and was installed by these guys. The temp is set to x but it reads x +3-4 degrees. I had a tech out a few times but the issue was still there. I complained and they kept sending guys out to say the same thing. I like my house cool but when it's 75 degrees outside it should stay cool. I called about a dozen times and even had a supervisor out to replace parts but the issue is still there. The thermostat isn't the problem since it was replaced in May. The old one did the same thing. I'm tired of going round and round for 6 months. Today I tried to explain but the guy kept talking over me. I won't use them again or recommend them. The man today wasn't concerned about the issue. I've told them about 10 times it's been doing the same thing since March. Horrible customer service because of a higher-up being a ***. Luckily my unit is under warranty so I don't have to deal with them anymore.
This company ain't worth your time
This company ain't worth your time. They gave me a cheap bid to replace my A/C system, but I didn't know they were skimping on the goods. When they showed up to install, I noticed the compressor was way smaller than my old one. Turns out they gave me a different system than what I asked for. I called them out on it and they tried to tell me I didn't need a heat pump for my office. I had to fight with them to get what I actually wanted. Then, when they showed me the new air handler, I saw it had a smaller filter than my old one. They tried to tell me it was a match for the new compressor, but I knew better. They wanted to charge me an extra $2,500 for the right size air handler, when it should have only been $220 more. They never owned up to their mistake and just tried to rip me off. Don't waste your money with these guys.

I got an A/C from Veteran Air Conditioning and they said it had a 10 year warranty
I got an A/C from Veteran Air Conditioning and they said it had a 10 year warranty. But then the condenser pump broke and they sent a guy to fix it. He said the pump wasn't covered by the warranty. If they don't cover something as important as the pump, what else won't they cover? Seems like they're lying about the warranty.
