Great communication and service. The representative from Veteran Compensation Services was very helpful and she made sure to answer all of my questions. You would feel doubtful in the beginning but when the process is done, you would know that you are in the hands of experts who know how to get the job done.

They threatened to somehow reverse my increase approval due to some extenuating circumstances I was experiencing during the pandemic. The representative was very rude and threatening for no reason. Other than that, it was a rather good experience.

Amazing experience! Quickly answered all questions, were prompt with scheduling appointments and got the rating I deserved! Fought the VA for years and they were able to get my case resolved in just a few months. Completely life changing and couldn?t thank them enough!

Veterans Compensation Services was the best! The CEO and his whole team was simply amazing, they are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I was fighting with the va for years and not getting anywhere, I was very skeptical at first but within 4 to 6 weeks I had my 100% rating. I should have done this a long time ago! I truly want to thank VCS. Jesse and Estevan for their speedy work helping me for a successful increase for my VA Claim. People be worrying about paying for their service I was please to pay a one time fee versus to waiting 2 more years or more for and increase. I recommend Veterans Compensation Services. They are absolutely horrible in terms of communication. I provided all my information and made a down payment of $350. I gave them all the necessary access, but was told by their representative that I would be contacted by the end of January, and I never heard anything from them. I called multiple times and sent emails, but received no response. It was only when I threatened to report them that I finally got in contact with someone, and their response was very rude. I strongly advise against using their service. It seems that anyone who responds positively about them are their ambassadors, and they have no interest in protecting your interests.

Veteran Compensation Services (VCS) was the best thing that happen to me. I was referred by a friend, VCS contacted me within 24 hours and explain their services to me. I loved how they answered all of my questions and made me feel valued and listen too. Once I decided to follow through with VCS they walked me through all the steps. I was kept in the loop with constant emails, calls and texts. This was a stressful situation and they made it extremely stress free! I wish I would have known about this company before hand. If you need a company to assist you with your disability I highly recommend using Veteran Compensation Services.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Veterans Compensation Group! Their customer service, professionalism, and efficiency was above and beyond what I expected. Through my entire VA claims process my representative Cesar L kept me well informed and updated at all times. He also took the time to explain the process and answered all of my questions. The communication was great, Cesar always answered the phone day or night and quickly responded to my emails. I have recommended VetComp to several of my veteran friends and continue to recommend others. From the first phone call to the completion of my claims process Ceasar treated me with respect and made me feel as if I was his number one priority. There was never any hidden costs or agenda, everything was explained beforehand and conducted as promised. Thank you VetComp for taking care of Nations veterans!

TL;DR Veteran Compensation Services (VCS) made mistakes and lied to me multiple times. They then asked for more money to fix their errors. The process of putting my claim together was simple and straightforward, and the customer service was great until I received my rating from the VA. VCS had requested an increase for my scars, but the VA stated that I did not meet the criteria for an increase. When I confronted my VCS representative about this, he claimed that a change to the VA rating schedule had been released just before they submitted my claim. However, if they were aware of this change, why did they still submit my claim? There was plenty of time before my intent to file expired, so there was no rush. Understanding changes to the VA rating schedule is their responsibility as a company that assists veterans with claims. Instead of rectifying the situation, VCS asked me to enter into another contract to pursue another increase. This made me question if their motive was to extract more money from me. The owner of VCS personally called me to explain the situation, stating that the change came out after my claim was submitted. However, if that's the case, the change should not have affected my claim since it was submitted before the change was released. It turns out that there has been no change to 38 C.F.R. *** (Skin) since 2018.
