Viator review: Repeat of viator airport shuttle confusion - central paris to charles de gaulle

I have been booking Viator airport shuttles for some years, and find the service very good. However, on my last two bookings, the taxi company has confused the flight departure time with the passenger pick up time. I have just booked a shuttle from central Paris to Charles de Gaulle airport (flight departure time13:05 ) and they have sent me, once again, a confirmation email with a pick up time which is actually the flight departure time (13.05). Obviously they should have calculated pickup time in central Paris at least 2 hours 45 minutes earlier. This mistake has again been sorted out on the telephone, but this should not happen. I can only think it must be a fault with the Viator online booking form. Previously when booking a Viator shuttle I simply gave the flight number and its departure time, and the taxi company calculated the right time for pickup, and emailed it to me. I'm now worried about the accuracy of future bookings, and the hassle of having to telephone the taxi company to make sure they know that the flight departure time is not the pick up time.
