Victory Disability - Terrible company!
I am a 100% disabled combat veteran who was told I would qualify for Social Security and was assured that I would receive help throughout the process. After waiting for over a year, I was recently informed that I do not have enough work credits to qualify. To make matters worse, I was essentially abandoned at this critical point, despite having a...

As a Disabled Veteran receiving VA Disability, Victory Disability was instrumental in me being approved for Social Security Disability (SSDI). Quality company, my suggestion to others is let the company do the job. Extremely pleased.
Victory Disability lead me to the slaughter, and did nothing to prepare me for what I would be facing
Victory Disability lead me to the slaughter, and did nothing to prepare me for what I would be facing. I actually believe they are one of the law firms closely allied with the opposition. I'm 100 % dissatisfied with Victory Disability. Delano M
Victory Disability has blessed me tremendously. My battle buddy told me about them. I call them to see if I can receive SSI Disability. They were excellent through the process of communication, emailing me with updates, and telephone conversations with the lawyers. I did receive my benefits. I have referred some people to them. I appreciate everything. Victory Disability is true to their name victory as the songs say, Victory is mine says the Lord. I got it. Thank you.
I fought for years for SSD, being 100% disabled, I thought it would be easy. Nope. I called Victory Disability for help. Was assigned a consultant, and then Nick and Kyle were the reps. Because I had filed on my own, the timeline was kinda a mess, but staying the course and NOT giving up, I was approved. With Covid and all the scare it took longer, but we finally got a decision. Nothing against them, but it as almost 5 months AFTER the decision before it was finalized and I started getting a monthly check. Without these folks, I'd probably still be fighting or quit by now. They did very good on my case. Thanks to all the Victory folks. The $$ I get sure helps!
Victory was great. I highly recommend them to anyone who is encountering difficulties with SSA.
Victory Disability is an excellent Organization. In 2018 (I'm bad for not doing this sooner) reviewed my case and requested information, then they filled for disability on my behalf. All the attorneys that I talked to would not help me until I had applied and was disapproved only then would they help me. And then I found Victory Disability they were very helpful answered all of my questions I could call and got a reply in a very timely manner. They made sure that I had everything I needed and then filled for me. I was approved first time.I feel very strongly tthat if not for Victory Disability It would have taken a lot longer. I don't know how many manhours that they put in for me but I never got any thing but profesional treatment no matter how much I asked stupid questions or asked "is it done yet". I was treated with respect and kindness and they did all this without charge. Yes I know that the law limits what they can charge. Yet they knew the work and time evolved and still helped me for free. This organization is Profesional, kind and go out of their way to help you Your not a number to them. Also they treat you just the same if your claim will get them nothing as they do for a claim that they could make thousands. Thank you very much Victory Disability!

I had a very professional experience with the company overall, at times I didn't understand the long process and was impatient but the team explained everything and responded as professional at all times.I do recommend anyone looking for assistance to contact them for all benefit needs!

I would like to thank you and your crew for all the work and time y'all put in on my case it was well appreciated
After coming home from Iraq, my health decided horribly due injuries sustained during my tour of duty. I am grateful for Victory disability for helping me gain a better quality of life.
Thank you for going out of your way Victory Law Firm. I don't think it could have happened without you.
Terrible!
Terrible! need to barred 27-year combat vet Representative Nalee is lost in space somewhere, I'm sorry. It's been over 1 1/2 since we started this ridiculous process that goes nowhere. I will be getting a real representative, that can request hearings! Victory Disability can not go to trial ! what good are they? then

Victory disability has not kept me up to date on this process, no emails or phone calls, NOTHING...when I call, all I get is an answering machine, I do understand this is a process but they could at least give me an update every few weeks, I would recommend finding a more customer-friendly service to help with disability claims. No recommendations here
Victory was instrumental in my receiving SSDI after a 3 year fight. A 100% disabled vet, the process for my claim turned very complicated due to SSA errors, mistakes, Covid and IMO incompetence at SSA. In the end, not only did I receive my approval for SSDI, they backdated my claim to over 10 months earlier than I claimed. I couldn't be happier with Victory, their reps and their ability to fight for me. I would highly recommend them to other veterans wanting to claim SSDI.
After receiving yet another letter from Social Security, I have not heard from Victory
After receiving yet another letter from Social Security, I have not heard from Victory. My case still shows pending since March . I have filled out all paperwork that Social Security has sent. None has been done by them. A little response would be nice. Willing to change from 2 star to 5 if they at least show some interest in helping me.

Victory helped me obtain my social security
Victory helped me obtain my social security. Being a prior government employee I understand the denial process. Victory was very thorough. I've since turned over my VA representation to Victory. Im very confident on their ability to help veterans with the VA conflict. I know it takes time and they are busy, however I know they do an excellent job! Hats off to Victory!
They don't care about customer service or Veterans
They don't care about customer service or Veterans. I'm a frustrated disabled vet and working with Victory Disability has caused me more stress than doing the process myself. My first account manager went missing in action and only called me back after I filed a complaint. My second account manager failed to submit my letter of support from my PTSD counselor. What on earth is wrong with this organization? I strongly recommend finding another attorney to help you file your SSDI.
?? these bozos Trump Style!
? these bozos Trump Style! Do it during the Reconsideration Phase! There was one review where the lawyer didn't even show up to the hearing! They have been inconsistent in communication! They won't even represent you in federal court if it has to go the far! I am expecting that Exit Letter very soon VD! You are ? ed Forever! I am going with a local firm that I can actually walk in to talk to face to face!

I think for 25% of my back pay they would let me talk to a lawyer
I think for 25% of my back pay they would let me talk to a lawyer. All you do is talk to a case worker who gives you general unhelpful answers. Not even on the phone all through email. Wasn't worth it for me seemed fishy. I'm sure some people got there money but that was probably more on there own part then anything this place did for them. I fired them and the file they did finally send me about my case was sadly incomplete according to my new attorney. I am not exactly sure what they did for me if anything. My advice is find a local attorney who actually knows your name and gives a hoot. Because all this place does is hire a local attorney to show up to your hearing skip the middleman.

I am having issues with Victory Disability, I haven't heard from my Lawyer or Paralegal since December (when I emailed them to inquire about my Reconsideration Appeal for SSDI). I was told in December by my paralegal that it may take 3 months for an answer (that was back in December ). It is now September 15, and I still have not heard anything from my Lawyer, paralegal, or from Victory Disability. I emailed them on May 24 (which is well after the 3-month waiting period), and I still haven't received an email reply or a telephone call from Victory Disability in reference to my Reconsideration Appeal. As of September 15, I called to speak with my lawyer Alexander S (who was not in the office), and my Paralegal Amber which I left a message. Seeing as how I did not receive an email response from my May 24 email, I doubt I get a call back either. I tried to submit without rating because that is how I feel now that they should have a zero rating to date. To be honest, I don't care how long it takes, I just want to be informed regularly.
I cannot find my previous message to correct it, so I will write another message to correct my review posted 15SEPT2020
I cannot find my previous message to correct it, so I will write another message to correct my review posted 15SEPT2020. Almost immediately after I posted my previous review, I received a telephone call from my new Case manager (Amber) who was outstanding to say the least. Very professional, patient and informative. I was assured that she was already on the case (even though she was new to my case) and she was in contact with SSD office already. In fact she placed several calls long before I posted my previous review. She also informed me that a determination should be rendered by the end of this month or early next month according to her correspondence with the SSD rep. To take it one step further I believe she attempted to contact the SSD office yesterday after we hung up (because she told me she would). So I will wait until Friday, 18SEPT2020. She gave me exactly what I was looking for "information". I appreciate Mrs Amber for all she did over the course of our approximate 30min telephone conversation. Because of Mrs Amber A's professionalism I can happily give a 4 star rating. Thank you Mrs Amber A. for the telephone call.
