I had a big problem that was affectin my relationship and I went to Manhatten Medical. It was a recommendation from a friend. It was a very good decision. I have a lot of health issues and I was not sure anything wuold help. But they did! I improved a lot! The office was very professional and the staff were great. I definitely recommend it.

Manhattan Medical Associates straight up lied to me about my insurance. They said I had to pay for the first six months on my credit card and then my insurance would take over. It's been over two years now and they won't answer my calls or messages. They even asked for my insurance card and driver's license to try and reimburse me, but never followed through. This is some shady business and I feel like I was totally duped. I just want the payments to stop coming out of my credit card and messing up my credit score.

Manhattan Medical Associates ain't the best place to get medical help. My experience with their office at 251 E 33rd Street 2nd Fl was bad. First, someone in that office took out a loan of $3,995.00 in my name using the info I gave them on the medical forms I filled out on my first visit. The money went straight to their bank account from a company called ***. Second, I filled out multiple medical forms and gave them my insurance info on my first visit, but they still haven't submitted a claim to my insurance company. Third, I had to take Manhattan Medical and *** to court today for damages of $25,000.00. Fourth, they wouldn't give me a copy of the medical forms I filled out in February. Not cool, .

I went to Manhattan Medical Associates on *** Street, 2nd floor in March 2022. They checked me out and said they could help me. I filled out some paperwork in black ink and talked to ++++ about insurance. I gave him my insurance card and bank debit card to pay for the first few treatments. They gave me my first treatment that day. In March, I got a message from ++++++++++ saying they took $184 from my account for procedures that cost $3,995. I asked ++++ about it and he said insurance would cover it. But my insurance company said they didn't get any claims from Manhattan Medical Associates. I signed forms in black ink, but when I asked to see them, ++++ gave me a Custom Care Plan with $3,995 for 10 sessions and my signature. I never saw it before. I got treatments for 9 months and no claim was submitted.

Me and my man went to Manhattan Medical Associates to get some help with his erectile dysfunction. The doc said he could help, which was cool. But then the money guy said we had to pay for 10 sessions upfront, even though we thought insurance would cover it. Turns out, insurance don't cover it at all! So we had to take out a loan and now we're out ***. That's not right, man. My guy's birthday is 3/20/1975 and we used our *** account like they said. But now we want our money back for the stuff that insurance didn't cover. It's a total scam, dude.

I went to Manhattan Medical Associates for a consultation about ***. But the person who said they were a doctor gave me a fake examination. Then they took me to a room where they made me sign up for a loan without telling me. I didn't want or need the loan, but I got emails from loan companies I never heard of. When I told the loan companies I didn't want the loan, they said it was too late because Manhattan Medical already got paid. When I told Manhattan Medical I didn't want their services and I wasn't going to pay for nothing, they said I had to give them a credit card to get my money back. I don't want their services and I don't want to pay for nothing.
