Signed up for free trail. Had to pay 3.75 for P&P. Then billed 4 times for aprox 75GBP in under 30 days because of hidden self perpetuating contract. Money to LabsSupport.com and Viv3.
Returned goods within 30 days for refund (as per contract, ) and still no refund.

The registered slip was signed by a G.Hull.

Can't get anywhere by phoning to co. -it's a call centre.

Visa can't do anything about refunding and I just don't know about future debits to my card. I'm going to cancel my card.

The debits are going to Cyprus, appearently.

The Office of Fair Trading seem unaware of any criminal activity so far.
There are french and American compliants sights -
Je me suis fait avoir par Viv3 et d'autres - [ Translate this page ]

Has anyone ever been refunded out there?

What a con!

I too have been hit by this scam. I agreed to a free trial of both Life Cleanse and Acai Berry for the cost of postage only. As there were two products you had to place two seperate orders which meant that two seperate accounts were listed against your name.
Less than a month following receipt of the samples I received a further bottle of Life Cleanse and two days later a further bottle of Acai Berry. Both deliveries came complete with an Invoice/Receipt which indicated that on both supplies my account had been debited £82.95 - a total of £165.90. The invoice stated that 'viv3.com' would appear on my bank statement - THIS IS UNTRUE. In fact what is shown on your bank statement is Labssupport.Com which appear to be based in Cyprus!
I contacted viv3lab.com by phone to complain, cancell my orders, return the product and demand a refund for the product I had not ordered. I was promtly told to email their support team at Support@viv3.com - this appears to be an automated system. I demanded a refund and requested my accounts be cancelled emmediately under threat of putting the whole issue in the hands of my solicitor and legal action will be taken. I received confirmation that the accounts had been cancelled but not that a refund would occur.
Today, I once again spoke to viv3lab Ltd by phone on [protected] who confirmed that a refund was going through the system. I advised that unless I received that statement in writing my legal proceedings would continue. In the meantime I have cancelled my card account with my bank and they are innitialising fraud proceedings against Labssupport.com

I have just checked my bank account & I have been debited twice for £74.73.
Have not received any more product other than the trial offer.
Please let me know what you are all doing about this. I will do the same.
I will visit my bank today & let you know what they say.
Has anyone got contact details (email) for VIV3 Ltd?

My experience is exactly the same, i received the Life Cleanse as a free sample ! My account has been debited for the amount of £73. I've stopped my card and am awaiting the fraud department to contact me. Is there any point phoning the police?

I am trying to get GMTV to alert the public about this very clever scam, we must stop other people from being conned. Please email me with your experiences so that I can pass our complaints on to the media. Don't think they will take notice of me on my own. I want to stop others having to pay out £73 for a pot of tablets that probably cost 50p!

I have also been scammed. No refund, nothing other than Acai Berry and Life Cleanse and 4 separate billings for £73.73 plus 3.75 x 2 p&p. They say that terms and conditions covered this and that I agreed to it.

I told them to look up the concept of 'FREE' in the dictionary at which point they said I had been sent further products hence the further costs. None were received.

They are looking into whether a refund can be given but hey...I'm not holding my breath!

Why is something not done about Internet fraud?

Here I am along with all you others being scammed by viv3 labs (for the Acai Berry).

My order was just placed yesterday, so I'm trying to cancel before ANYTHING (INCLUDING THE TRIAL) is sent!

The scary part is, even if you cancel your credit card, and get another, since you have a contract with these scammers, the billings can continue!

HELP!

The phone numbers don't seem to work from Canada either!

And dont think your bank will help you either I have had to close my bank accounts as Smile bank say they could'nt stop the 'crooks'! And the payments would continue! THIS WILL ONLY BE STOPPED IF EVERYONE OUT THERE CANCELLS THEIR BANK ACCOUNTS - then the banks will do something they are just as bad as the scam!

I haven't even ordered anything from this VIV3 company and they have still managed to take £74.10 out of my bank account twice on the same day! I have left it in the hands of my banks fraud team, it was just by chance that i looked at my online statement and saw the transactions there.

I too have been scammed by these people. I agreed to the free trial and as soon as I saw the overseas payment charge on my account I rang to cancel my
subscription. I actually got through to them on the free number after 29 mins of horrible music. They agreed to cancel it forthwith and said no further products would be sent out or payments from my bank account. I got back off holiday yesterday to find they have taken £74.73 and this is going to a cypriat bank. My bank said no point cancelling my debit card but as I have laid the complaint any future payments they try to take will be refunded by the bank as I have reported it. They are getting calls everyday about this company Viv3 and advised not to pay for anything by internet by card in future. Use paypal if you have an account as this only allows a payment to be taken once. Good luck guys

Yes I've been scammed on a 'free trial'. My bank provided the following to me; the company was Vitality Clean and the 'phone number is [protected]. I spoke first to someone in Cyprus and the when I read the scam details of Kathy Winters at www.kathysacaiberrywarning.com I rang them back to cancel and spoke to EMMA in Scotland? I'm going to the bank to cancel cards, then:

contacting Trading Standards in Southampton;
contacting my MP & MEP and then I'm going to write to the MD at the address on the bottle VIV3 Ltd, Unit5, Mill Rd Industrial Estate, Linlithgow, West Lothian. EH39 7QY asking for my money back. Lastly I'm going to get my Union's Legal Dept to take this up as well.

Well here I was thinking that this was a good thing! Was excited at the fact that I was supposed to have recieved a 15 day trial for P&H costs only, then in the mail arrived a 30 day supply. Thought I had lucked in on a "freebie" just as well I paid with a pre paid visa which only has $2 left on it so good luck to them trying to get more money out of me lol! Now can anyone tell me has the product actually worked for anyone? Or is the weight loss occured through the stress you recieve from this scam?

Good luck to all that paid with real visa's and not pre paid ones I hope you are not occuring more payments!

I hope the poeple that are running this scam find Karma in a big way!

I ordered both the cleanse and the acai detox for just the price of shipping which was about 4 dollars. I just got credit card bill and payed 131 dollars each bottle. Bull ###, they ripped me off large and did the pills and seen no result.

I too have become A VICTIM of the VIV3ltd..I am a Pensioner who needed to lose a little weight and so like so many other people it seems I jumped at the FREE TRIAL offer ..I had a letter from my Bank telling me that my megre Account was OVERDRAWN and I now Know that the reason for this is because VIV3Ltd have taken £82.95 from my Account for without my permission...I would advise all of the VICTIMS of this SCAM to take their complaint to the highest Level...I will be writing to "Crime Watch UK" telling them of this SCAM and I will be sending with my letter a copy of this whole document...

I have been "ripped off" by these people today (9th Oct 2009) i contacted them because it clearly states in the customer services part of the acaiberryexclusive.com website that you can receive a refund of one of the items within 30 days of your order!...They said it was nothing to do with the initial "free trial" and it only applied to any further items received, which is ridiculous...i have pasted the link - if anyone has missed it...

http://www.acaiberryexclusive.com/support/

Make sure you click on refund policy...

I have been charged twice for £76.81 and absolutely no-where was there information about having to pay in full for the products on the 16th day!

I am not impressed at all but what i will 100% recommend is for you to contact your bank and get your card changed like i have done!

I hope this helps anyone else in the same position...

I have been scammed by this company...signed up for the free trial and they have taken over £200 so far out of my account. My bank now says that they cannot refund me the money within a 30 day period. So i will not be hoding my breath in getting this moeny back. I am normally so careful when it comes to stuff like this! How wrong could i have been!
I am going to speak to the bank and cancel my card. I think we'd all agree that no one can afford to be paying £75.00 each time they debit your account and worst of all not actually receive anything for it!

These people are ridiculous but they'll get their money from somewhere and try everything to get it! I'll never be doing something like this again, learnt my lesson big time

My god i carnt believe how many of us have been done we are now £300 over drawn with the bank charges, we bank with Halifax and have bascially said we should never have used our debt card, and have to pay the money back as we authorised the first payment, and that entitled VIV3 to take more payments. Anyone else bank with Halifax ? Any idea where we can go from here ? and now we have alerted our bank will they let any more payments go out ?

Can't believe I've been scammed big time. I signed up for the free trial and e-mailed them to cancel within the 15 day period. Well that didn't work and I've been billed twice for a total of £165.90. Contacted trading planet Ltd Ordman House 31 Arden Close Bradley Stoke Bristol BS32 8AX. I spoke to a women who told me they have no record of the contract being cancelled - funny that huh! She gave me a cancellation number and sent me an e-mail so that I can show it to the credit card company should anymore payments be taken from my account, although she assured me that no more payments would be taken. So imagine my surprise when I received another pot of acai berries today from VIV3. I'm going to cancel my credit card as I think once they have your details they'll just keep taking payments regardless of whether you contact them of not.
Something has to be done about this these people are making a lot of money from our misery and the acai berries are extract a very weak blend compared to the ones that are full strength and cost a fraction of the price.

I´m from Denmark and I got scammed today as well... :/ I´ve talked to them on customer service 3 times today - and just send them this e-mail - to the emailadress I found in here: support@viv3.com

Here´s the mail - and my story. Hope someone get there money back - including me!

Hello!
Today I got scammed by you - I ordered 3 free samples of you fake dietpills, payed for the shipping and today like millions of other people I got charged 1734 dkr, because I did´nt call you within 15 days - and which I actually did!

I called your customer service +[protected] AGAIN today - The first two times they disconnected me, once I´d told my story.

The third time I spoke to a man called: Julian Cantona - who was laughing at me and saying - before I even got a chance to tell my story, that the company NEVER made any mistakes, and that there was NO refund whatsoever. He told me, that if I had cancelled anything I had to have a cancellation number, which I did´nt get. Then he asked me who I spoke to, but I did´nt get a name eather. I wanted an e-mail adress so that I could get your answer in writing - for my lawyer, but that I could´nt get - just as I colud not talt to any boss. I wanted to make sure, that I would NEVER hear from you again, and that I had cacelled EVERYTHING with your company before I hung up, which he confirmed. When he was about to hang up - I asked him, if he did´nt forgot to give me the cancellation number - and then he laughed and said: NOW you´re learning!

There is nowhere in yout terms and conditions, that you have to have a cancellation number to make sure you cancelled any order - which is youre mistake! And I did cancel this order - and any further. I only have one reciept from you - but I got 3 samples. So I have a question? Do I have 3 customer numbers too? And if I do - make sure to shut it all down - I do NOT want anything from you EVER again. Of course I shutted down my bank account immediatly I found you about your scam - so you can no longer use my credit card number!

I must tell you, that of course I contacted the medias and police in Denmark. If you pay back my money within 5 days I will stop this -and if not - you will hear from them.

OMG what an idiot I am... never before would I do something so stupid as to order something like this over the internet, god only knows why I did, but hey ho.
After some digging I got a no through a company called Local Billing run by Douglas Clay, the guy causing us all our misery and money loss (150 uk pounds) and they in turn gave me these two numbers +[protected] and +[protected] I did get through and talk to a guy who explained that I could have cancelled within 15 days... I live in NZ it took over 15 days for them to arrive! He did cancel any further orders but we will see. Now my bank, First Direct has those numbers, should any more money be taken I will be refunded. I am still working on getting back the 150 pounds thou.

what a lesson hey, how they sleep at night... and it seems the products Acai Berry and Life Cleanse are no nore than caffeine and a Laxative!
