Buyer beware! I should have read these reviews before placing an order I had to cancel due to Wamatek failure to complete and ship my order. I ordered and paid for a phone on 12/27. Every week, I would call and email and was given different excuses each time by Wamatek. It is now 1/31/22 and the order still has not shipped. I had to cancel my order.

I asked to cancel the order and get a refund, but other customer reviews say that the company has not delivered on their promise for a refund. It took almost 3 weeks from placing the order for the phone to arrive, after reaching out multiple times. I was told that the reason processing the order took 2 weeks was that the phone had to be fully tested before shipping. I finally get it, and the phone won't charge. When plugged in, the phone charges for about 45 seconds before no longer recognizing that its plugged in. At this point I'm debating about just disputing through my credit card- I have a feeling that this is not a legitimate business.

I also believe this business to be fraudulent. I ordered a Samsung S10 5G on January 22 2022 and it is now February 6 and going into the third week and no information emails from them I have called and spoke with someone who said there is a delay but no reason for said delay and still no shipping date. I don't believe they ever intended to ship anything so I'm out $332.60. Is this a phony site selling items online only to take the money and run. I have read all of the reviews and I am not the only customer to this happening to and I am not happy about the treatment so far

Heed the reviews. Do not buy from this website if you actually want a phone. The reason the prices are so cheap is because it is a scam. If it is too good to be true, it probably is. Purchased a phone on 03/07 and their facebook page stated a 3-7 day processing time. After today, 03/15, I decided to just cancel since it is clear they have no intention on sending the phone. I doubt they even have it in stock. The fact that hundreds of other customers are reporting the same issue should tell you everything you need to know about this company. Not sure how they are allowed to operate. Now I am just waiting on the refund, which they claim will take 14 business days (there is no reason it should take that long to process). I will update you.

I had a pretty disgruntling experience with this company. I purchase a phone from this company. I noticed that shipping and handling time was 3-7 days, which seemed reasonable. Two weeks sent by, and there was no sign of the phone. I got no shipping confirmation or updates of any kind. I sent an email and received no response, so I called the company. I was put on hold for several minutes and finally told that there was a delay processing my order. I don't know what would possibly cause this kind of delay to ship a phone. My only thoughts were that this company may not have actually been in possession of the phone at the time of my purchase. I called again after waiting another week, and it turned out shipping the order would be delayed another week. I then cancelled my order. After a couple weeks, I still had no received a refund. I paid via PayPal, so after speaking with them, it turned out that this company issued my refund with an eCheck, which takes several days longer than normal to process. Then I noticed that Wamatek had cancelled the refund altogether. I contacted PayPal and filed a dispute. I still have not received my refund.

If I could score lower I would! Order placed Jan 6, paid Jan 6. Got an email stating that the shipment may be delayed due to the holidays. Called to follow up, got and Indonesian woman, very loud background noise transferred to another person a man who gave me a number to an insurance place, was sent a number via email to AT&T, finally got someone told them I am concerned it is a scam. They assured me it wasn't and my order is processing and should be ready soon. Received a notice from UPS a label was made on 1/21/2022 that the order was complete and I should get it in 1-3 business days. Tracked the package, it was never delivered to UPS. THEY PICK UP! I called on 1/25/2022 asking where my phone was. It was in processing still. BS you are a scam you are taking peoples money, stealing our time and like others I was waiting on you limping my current phone along until you people decide how you are going to spend my money. I say no money until you ship it! Then process it through the cc or paypal or whatever method. No product no money. See how that works out for you all! No offer to resolve nothing. Just asinine behaviors on the online departments behalf.

I read all the details and was fully aware of their handling time and shipping time. Fast forward to July 1st, - I am located in Chicago, and they are in Minnesota. I still am without product. I could have driven to their store in Minnesota and back and have had the product by now versus the dilemma I'm in currently. Their website as you are placing the order has you select the shipping options you'd like. All the shipping options listed, per their website, are UPS Ground. I placed the order on the 19th, I did not receive any updates on shipment status. I emailed customer support on June 28th (proof I have more than patient - 11 days after the order was placed). On the 28th I was given a USPS tracking number, not a UPS Ground tracking number. The tracking info showed the item still in preshipment status, that only a label was created and USPS was still waiting to pickup the item. I was told USPS, apparently with Wamatek only, are experiencing tracking issues and said I would have my item mid week (by the 29th or 30th of June) and if I didn't receive it to give them a call. I have been purposely working from home to catch my mail carrier, to date she has not had a package for me. So I called and left a voicemail early afternoon. I did not hear back and had to call again closer to 5pm and finally got in touch with Whitney. Whitney claimed she was going to call me back and did try calling USPS for an update but "the hold was hideous" and hung up. It's completely bad business and unprofessional for you to keep telling your customer to wait on an update from USPS. Whatever the fallout between you (Wamatek) and USPS should not be my issue, the customer. That is between you and USPS. I have said it in this in emails and repeatedly on the phone with Whitney. If you were a professional and competent business you'd "eat your loss" and ship me a new phone over night. I am wiling to even pay for the overnight shipping fee. I am even willing to sign an affidavit that if somehow the original phone appears I would instantly send it back to you Furthermore, this was shipped as a first class package service per the tracking info from USPS. Meaning the package. if sent out at all, should have been delivered in 1 to 3 business days. The last date shown on the tracking is June 24th. The package is clearly lost or not sent out at all. Either scenario is not my issue, but yours. I paid for a product and is now on you to make this right by your customer no matter the circumstances. Anything that has to be investigated through Wamatek and USPS should not pit a paying customer in this limbo, especially when your site explicitly says you ship via UPS Ground and not USPS. I am constantly told to just wait as they hear back from USPS and offered a $20 gift card that doesn't resolve a single thing. I'd steer clear from their online shopping.

I made a purchase on May 7, 2023, from Wamatek. On the product page, they promise to ship the items between 1 and 3 business days, but they then send an email saying that they ship between 7 and 10 business days.
On May 12, 2023, they made a shipping label and gave me a tracking number whose status has remained "Pre-Shipment Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item" for 3 days now.
On top of that, I've seen unauthorized transactions on my card, which I've only used on their website. Charges from "InterGlobe Aviation (IndiGo) are now appearing on my card.

A few days later, I noticed the discrepancy. I contacted Wamatek, who sent me a return label. After returning their incorrect model, I learned they used USPS's slowest shipping, taking nine days for Wamatek to receive it. They promised to ship the correct phone promptly after a brief verification period. Wamatek received the phone on March 2, 2022, and said they would delay shipping my original purchase by another 4 to 7 business days. I called on March 4 to remind them of their initial promise. Despite my efforts, they reiterated the delay, now saying the phone would ship on March 14. They have repeatedly denied their promise of immediate shipment after receiving the returned phone. The phone passed their tests on March 3. I find Wamatek's failure to honor their word and their imposed delays unacceptable. I request the ComplaintsBoard.com's assistance to compel Wamatek to expedite the shipment of my phone, which has been postponed due to their errors and refusal to fulfill their commitment.
