My experience with Watch Gang has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite canceling my membership months ago and receiving confirmation that my account was closed, this company has continued to bill me repeatedly without authorization. This is not just an error – it’s blatant fraud.
Their customer service is equally appalling. Attempts to resolve this issue were met with generic responses, delays, and no accountability. It’s clear that Watch Gang prioritizes taking money from unsuspecting customers over providing a legitimate service.
If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far away from this company. Watch Gang’s unethical practices and disregard for their customers are a disgrace. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, and I urge potential customers to think twice before falling victim to this scam.
It is fraud to charge somebody without permission, and it is totally wrong to be not answerable to their own actions. They can call the bank and deny the charges while also asking for a refund through chargeback. Retain your cancellation confirmation paperwork together with any records of trying to talk via different media platforms. One can take them up to FTC or state attorney general if he or she thinks they acted unethically. Share, share share – so others will not experience what you have gone through! Do not allow them go free.
