i purchased a living room set in may 2022 including a 5 year warranty. i received the furniture and there was a problem noticed by the delivery people in which they rectified asap. no problem. now, a month ago springs are coming through the bottom of each recliner on the left side of the couch and the loveseat. i called wayfair who advised to contact the warranty company. i did what was told. i filed a claim online which pictures needed to be included. i took the best pictures i could but they do not show the issue. i told the rep this who advised to do the best i could. i was told in a day or two i would receive an email with instructions or outcome. i didnt receive anything. it was two weeks and i called back. the rep, which was disrespectful, advised the claim was denied because no problems were observed in the pictures. a run around of calls and on holds went on for 30 minutes or so. i was then hung up on. i contacted wayfair which was not interested. i contacted the manufacturer which was not helpful. i guess im stuck with a piece of garbage furniture purchased from wayfair. and a useless insurance policy.
Desired outcome: couch and loveseat repaired or if not possible, replaced. the set is not even two years old and is adult used only. no pets. if nothing else, a refund of the furniture and the insurance plan.
