My machine is getting e7 error I want any technician to retify this error as soon as possible.

I have bought a welcare Treadmill and in 2016 but now it's not working. I have raised a complaint earlier but have not received any repsonse from your team. The services are very poor and need immediate attention to the problem.

I bought a welcare treadmill 3 months back. it stopped working after two months. I have logged a complaint and technician came and had a look, claims that some parts (weather touch) has gone and needs to replace th but it's already 2 weeks over but still he didn't repair the machine. Every time whenever I called to technician or customer support executive, the claims that still they didn't get the parts. Its really disappointed. I have spent almost 60k for this, but now i'm worried to chose this one.

Please do the needful

BAD EXPERIENCE.
My Treadmill WC 2600i (under 5yr motor warranty period)had a complaint for noisy motor, complaint raised and was attended by technician on 22 Apr 19. I was told that there was a need to change motor due to unknown fault and further I have to bear 30% of cost of motor as it was not serviced within last 3 months which makes it void for free replacement. Now these people started cheating with these terms of 3 months and all which came from nowhere in terms of warranty. They are vaguely quoting the term 'if not maintained properly' for anything and everything. I asked for explaination from customer care and they sing the same chorus. CHEATING in the name of warranty.
Warranty specifies use of stabilizer and proper maintenance (use of silicon oil to belts for every 30 hrs of use only), but once u put your problem they avoid warranty by silly and unacceptable reasons even in absence of any physical damage. Very sad that I have to approach Consumer Forum for justice due to such non customer friendly behaviour.

Last week I purchased a treadmil WC 5777DC in Salem Reliance showroom by paying the full amount. But then they told they told they'll come and fix it within two days and they brought a damaged piece. I asked them to fix the problem but then they placed a piece of cardboard and adjusted and went. In such helpless situation I complained about it in this site and I got a good response from them by sending another damaged product. When I spoke to them they are telling that they can't do anything about it. They are asking me whether they can bring aspare and gix it. Will any customer acknowledge this kind of service? Kindly do the needful. I need satisfaction in purchasing it.

Recently, I visited the showroom in Salem and credited the amount for the treadmil model WC-5777DC . They assured me that they will bring a fresh piece and demonstrate it right infront of my eyes but then they brought a package which was already opened and used and moreover it had a damage. I informed them immediately but the they inserted a piece of cardboard and adjusted it for the time being and left. I'm totally dissatisfied with welcare service which is the worst service and poor customer response . No idea what to do.

We have purchased welcare treadmill WC 2525W through S& T Welcare Equipments (P) Ltd by the comapany through S&T WELCARE Equipements situated at N0.20 Vasanth Nager, Snganallur, Ciombatote, Tamilnadu, India 641005.
Installation done on 10/06/2017
Purchased from Chennai office, Annanager, Chennai, Tamilnadu India.
First free service done on 03/08/2017 on our request.
Payment of 3600/- has been made on that day in spite of remaining 2 free services available as they said it will be concessionary offer if we take after completion of free services it will be 4800/- hence we opted for AMC and amount paid by cheque and the cheque has been cleared.
I am making calls from 04/09/2017 still we are yet to be attended.

About six months ago I've purchased a treadmill from www.welcareindia.com and everything was fine but one day it broke and I contacted customer service to get some help. I explained what happened and they said that someone will come to my place to check. Three days later a repair guy came and after he finished his job he said that he had no idea what was the problem. I asked him to check again and he said that he really did not see any problems and had no idea why wasn't it working! Are you kidding me? The guys was supposed to fix it but he did nothing. And the worst part was that he didn't know what to do! Can you imagine that? That guys was from WelcareIndia tech service! I'm shocked!

I bought treadmill from the company www.welcareindia.com 6 months ago, but it stopped to work. When I bought it, the seller provided the warranty for one year. I went to their website and contacted the online chat agent. I explained the situation, but this jerk told me that I needed to speak with the manager, who was on vacation. I waited 2 weeks and tried to find the manager, but he again was unavailable. I think that this company tries to fool me. Please, help me.
