West Coast Dental North Hills California review: Overcharging for services not authorized by me

I'm a medicare recipient and I have advantage plus insurance through kaiser permanente woodand hills and this insurance covers your dental cleaning and X rays but that's all.

I made an appointment at the 15350 nordhoff st

North hills , California 91343 clinic on april 7 2022

For a cleaning and X rays only when I got there they told me that they were going to perform a deep dental cleaning I told them that I did not want to spend anything that my insurance would not pay they told me not to worry that my insurance will.pay for it.

On August 31 2022 I got a bill for $176.00

I immediately called them and a woman named Evi supposedly the manager told me that I also owed them for 2 fillings I said what? You did not do any fillings on my front teeth she said to go to the office to verify it I went and the did an X ray and told me that in fact they did I told her I did not authorized anything but the X rays and a regular cleaning I checked my teeth with a mirror and i saw a couple of white marks that the dentist did on my lower rear teeth on purpose for them to claim the fillings i did not authorize it and i told them that that's a frud.

I only came for X rays and a regular cleaning but you performed a deep cleaning instead which it was not covered and while the deep cleaning was being performed you put these 2 white marks on the back of my lower front rear teeth with out me knowing

now you want to charge me for deep dental cleaning and 2 fillings that's a fraud I told her

The manager Evi told me that they were going to dismissed these charges 10 days ago but apparently it was a lie

because I'm being harrased by their debt collectors still

I'm very upset because I have a 780 credit score could be affected and these fraudsters are nasty I will sue them if that happens.

I already reported this fraud to kaiser Woodland hills because west cost dental is one of their providers and they're investigating, they couldn't believe it.

By the way west coast dental have tons of complaints for overcharging patients.
