In order for you to smooth out your morning and evening routines, design a sequence of activities that you would perform on a daily basis in a specific order. For instance, maybe you start out your day by washing your face, switching laundry, and turning on the coffee machine. This can be done in the evenings as well where you may have a series of unitask sitting activities that prepares you for sleep and makes your mind switch to first gear.
One thing people who tell you to wake up early never consider is that there are people who work nights. I work 6pm to 6am 4 nights a week. I wake up at 1pm after 6ish hours of sleep. How much earlier am I expected to wake up?
