I've been buying on-line since the early 1980s and Whatever Works is the most incompetent, poorly run selling site I've seen, and I've seen plenty bad ones.

The 2-item order failed to arrive. Their support via email and telephone turned out to be faux services designed to get rid of the caller.

After far too long to ship, I was told "the warehouse" (I doubt they have one but are a drop-shipper) was "getting ready to ship." I cancelled the order on-line and by telephone. A week later an email arrived saying it was shipped on Sept. 27. This is Oct. 3. We shall see.

Perhaps of more guidance, I discovered that the things I bought, unusual as they were, were available on Amazon for less and with free overnight shipping. Whatever Sucks substantially overcharges for shipping.

People, do not order anything from Whatever Works website, these people are true scammers and all they want is your money. Even thought their items are listed as an in stock, they are not available!
I made quite a big order here and when I paid everything was listed in stock, but time passed and there was no delivery. Customer service rep said that my order was no longer available and immediately added that refund was not possible. He said I need to wait until they get everything.
It's over 5 months now and still nothing! They stole my money and there is no way I could get it back! Avoid like a plague!

I ordered ONCE from their catalog. They say they offered me a "VIP" membership at that time, and when it wasn't cancelled within 30 days, they went ahead and charged my credit card FOUR times at $14.95 each - for NOTHING! Thank goodness I used AMEX, & threatened to report them. They did refund the entire amount. Watch out for this, if you've ever ordered from this company.😡
