My mother ordered from them on Sept. 2, 2012. Then she never received what she ordered. They cashed the check then when she got in touch with them they said they had no order on record. They sent a letter saying that they needed the front/back of the check, she did that. They sent all her information back with no explaination as to whether she was getting a refund. I called them 12/22/12. I was put on hold by someone who told me that she would connect me to the finance dept. Well I was on hold for 45 minutes, nobody answered. I hung up called back again. A employee there answered and told me that the finance dept was closed until Monday. I would say that the employees do not know what's going on. The second clerk told me that the finance girl would call my Mom on Monday (12/24/12). No call yet. For refunding 26.89 this is such a huge hassle. So I e-mailed them today and told them Mom is calling her attorney. Maybe now I will get my Mom's money back.

Said my order was received and I never received it, sent an email and got a reply back saying I would hear from them in one business day.
That did not happen sent 3 more emails and got the same response from each one and never heard from them. So i decided to call was transferred to a "Specialist" who was going to tell me what was going to happen and was on hold for well over 10 minutes and no "SPecialist" ever came on the line. Guess the person who was to get this gift will not and I am out of my money. Terrible customer service I will never order from them or any other catalog affliated with them and I would suggest no one else does either.
My mother received one of their catalogs and right between dryer lint cleaners and T shirts, they had a page full of vibrators! Came in with all the other catalogs. No warning. Any child could easily pick one of these seemingly harm catalogs to pick out Christmas presents and see a big full color I page of sex toy! They are disgusting and irresponsible!

My experience was I placed an order with 4-5 items back in November 2015. One item was back ordered approx. 3 weeks. The 3 weeks came and went, then 6 weeks then another 3 weeks. I contacted the customer service via email asking for an update on the item as I had expected it for Xmas. Never received a response. Sent another e-mail and got back a format reply which did not address the issue in my e-mail. Finally, I sent an email advising to cancel the item. Their response was to advise the item would not be charged to my credit card until sent. Again, not the response I expected. Sent another email asking them to cancel the item, do not send, do not charge my credit card and to confirm they received email with cancellation request. Never received a response. The item arrived on February 9, 2016. It was only 7.99 so am I going to spend money to send it back - No. Never ordering from this catalog ever again.
This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Original order placed on "backorder" (I had to go into the website to discover this). Asked by e-mail when it would be delivered: no response beyond an auto-reply. Waited several days, then, since I needed item soonest, I cancelled order (again, no response beyond the auto-reply -- same story with any number of e-mails I sent). Ten days after I cancelled the order, the company announces that it is shipping the item. Again, no substantive response to any of my e-mails (but I know they received them all because of the auto-responses). An absolutely terrible experience.
I ordered 2 items to control my dog. One was backordered but I did receive it. However, 1 didn't work at all and the other had a plastic screw that I couldn't turn w/o breaking it. It was to insert the batteries. I returned both of these items. I also ordered the yellow tape to put on my step. It kept coming off so I gave up. And the last item, and it will be the last, was a cover for my lounge chair. There was no way to secure it in the back unless I tied 2 elastic strips on both sides. The cover for the foot rest didn't fit and the arm covers were improperly made. I would have returned the last 2 items but I didn't keep the shipping sheet that came with it. I won't even look at this catalog when it arrives. And as far as buying clothes in this manner, never again. The sizes are never correct, and I'm tired of running to the PO to return items. Stay away from Whatever Works. It doesn't!

I suggest anyone who gets this catalog to recycle it immediately. They do not have most of the items in stock and unlike other mail order companies, they don't tell you that items are backordered when you click on an item. You have to go to your order status to find this out. I have been waiting nearly a month for items ordered that are seasonal in nature-trying to cancel but not having success.
I have been dealing with a customer service failure by this company for several months now. I ordered five items-it turned out none were in stock, which is information not provided to me when I placed my order. I found out by checking their tracking page after I waited two weeks for my order. The tracking page showed the items were all backordered. I tried to cancel the order several time using their customer service email-no response. There was one item that I definitely did not want as I was able to find a better version on Amazon. Repeated attempts to cancel this order went unheeded. The item finally arrived 3 months later. I disputed the charge on my credit card and finally heard from PGI. They requested that I return the item and they would reimburse me for shipping-which they did promptly. The notice of receipt of the return stated that my refund would post in 48 hours. That was 16 days ago. I believe this company profits from wearing their customers down so people give up on getting their refunds or prompt delivery of merchandise.
This is by far the worst company we have had to deal with. After 4 months, we gave up on having all of our order shipped, even though they said it would all be shipped within 30 days. They charged us the full shipping charges up front and did not ever reply when we asked them for refund on the unused charges. They did cancel the credit card charge for the rest of the unshipped order, but even that required a protracted period of time. The order was over $200.00 total and was treated as though it were trivial.
I placed an order online January 27 2017 from Whatever Works. Expected delivery was February 9th. I received them February 7th. It was 2 faux spiral topiaries. They arrived early and were in great condition. I have NO complaints. Kim from Long Island, NY

I ordered a small order from this company and somehow became part of their VIP program. I am charged $15/month and want OUT of this program. I see that I am not the first person to have this complaint and cannot believe the Better Business Bureau hasn't shut these people down. I expect a FULL refund for the VIP program money I have spent.
I placed an order and got enrolled in a monthly program I do not want ,would you please cancel this .I ordered a dolly in July its a nice product i just don't want monthly membership and want to cancel before due date
