Installed a patio extension-roof leaks, there are gaps in the door letting in critters ,they installed windows without tint, it's been nice months. These people installed a patio extension about nine months agowago, took months longer to finish than stated. The roof is leaking and hasn't been fixed for months. They keep coming up with excuses. The door has cracks in it and lets in all kinds of critters. We paid for tinted windows, they installed windows without tint. They left their equipment on site while working for so long it killed the grass. They did not clean up the work site after finishing with concrete rocks and wire and trash all over the yard.

non-responsive to calls I've made for them to fix the crack in the foundation of my screened in enclosure
non-responsive to calls I've made for them to fix the crack in the foundation of my screened in enclosure. Receiver final inspection from Polk County on September 9 for my screened in enclosure. June I called White Aluminum about a crack in the foundation from the back of the building to so called expansion joint. (Not a true expansion joint) Which is half the length of the enclosure, about 14.6 feet. They came out once and took photos and later came back, but with no method of repair. I call last Friday and requested a Structural Engineer to come out, do an election along with a recommendation for repair and for the document to be signed and sealed. Have not not heard from them since.

The roof of the patio they constructed leaks in several places
The roof of the patio they constructed leaks in several places. Since July this year I have been patiently waiting for them to fix it. I get a different story every time I call the company. Someone will come to the house to inspect the roof. They will say the person who did the work, "No longer works for us." Someone else will be back, "To fix it properly." I get apologies but no action. 8/11 They didn't show up. 8/26 Mailed letter to them. 8/31 Call from Jeff D Was promised prompt solution. I'm still waiting for a solution after someone named Charlie came out and slapped something on the roof and took off. Someone was here 9/29 and said they'd call me back. Nothing. I'm already paying $160.00 per month for a patio I'm disgusted with. All I'm getting is aggravation. I started paying *** Bank Acct #*** Their phone # [protected]. I have a promotional agreement that the total must be paid in 18 months or interest will be due in full.

White aluminum products installed 10 new aluminum sliding doors at our home under contract
White aluminum products installed 10 new aluminum sliding doors at our home under contract. During the installation, the installers damaged the stucco on the outside of the house in six places. The contract specified that the installers be paid in full upon completion of the installation, which was on 9/27. We paid the final balance, subject to the stucco being repaired and painted to match the existing color. Despite over 15 calls to the service department and 5 to the service manager, Todd S, and many promises to address the issues, the stucco was repaired on January 11. However, they refuse to paint the repaired areas as required by the contract. It has been 166 days since the installation was completed, which is more than enough time for them to finish the job as required.

We hired them to enclose our screen lania
We hired them to enclose our screen lania. They did a terrible job that leaks and the workmanship is ragged. We signed a contract in March . They couldn't get to us until August. They came out in August and started working on our lanai. White aluminum came out and enclosed our lanai with the wrong interior. They didn't level the frame and the studs are uneven. I requested that no workers smoke on our property. They smoked and threw their cigarettes' butts in my flower bed. They took over 2 weeks, but when they were done the lanai leaked and the frame was uneven. Even the caulk wasn't applied correctly. We called and complained. They sent a manager out and he tried to correct it, but it still leaks. Water pools in the corners when it rains. They were suppose to come back out to make sure the problem was fixed, but they never returned. An inspector was suppose to come out to make sure it was done correctly. No one ever came back and it's December now. The Fruitland Park building permit is still sticking on our garage. It's been there for 4 months. They tried to submit the payment, but we reversed it. Do Not use this company. The salesman is very nice, but the company is horrible.

This company took our deposit, didn't file the permit appropriately, lied to me several times and stopped responding after I asked for a refund
This company took our deposit, didn't file the permit appropriately, lied to me several times and stopped responding after I asked for a refund. On June 9 we solicited a quote, signed a contract and paid a deposit of $1,172.50 to install four side sliding single pane tinted windows in a new bronze aluminum frame on our existing balcony. The contract included a 12-14 week lead time to begin construction. We found out the contractor waited 56 days to apply for a permit after receiving a deposit from us whic violates, which entitled us to receive a full refund of our money. But additionally we made several calls to their office, spoke to the sales person, and the office manager and ech time I was told our project was in permitting. Orange County reviewed the permit application that was submitted for the work (***) and within 24 hours wrote an approval letter of deficiency regarding the plans that were submitted by White Aluminum. After several phone calls between myself, the office manager, the subcontractor responsible for permitting and the sales person it became apparent that either White Aluminum doesn't have the capability of answering the deficiencies or that the company is adamant about not doing so. Both Ms. S and Ms. I lied to me via email and telephone saying that responses to the deficiencies were uploaded and that they resubmitted them. Upon checking with Orange County, I receive proof that White Aluminum had indeed NOT responded to the deficiencies sited in the letter they received on the permit. This negligence demonstrates a lack of good faith effort to honor our contract and demonstrates deceptive practices. Since demanding a full refund, no one from White Aluminum has responded to my inquiries. The contract cancellation and request for refund were delivered via certified mail with return receipt.

White Aluminum placed an unauthorized charge, and hold on my credit card and I want them removed
White Aluminum placed an unauthorized charge, and hold on my credit card and I want them removed. On August 7, I signed an estimate to install windows on my patio and a screen onto my garage door, with Mike G of White Aluminum. At that time, I was told by Mike that they were behind, and would get to my job, next year sometime. At no time did he tell me that I would have to pay a deposit on the job or that a charge would be placed on my credit card for the full amount of the job. Mike told me that Synchrony Bank would pay the $2500.00, and I would pay them back later. I had no idea that White Aluminum would charge me card, for the $2500.00, days later. I believe the hold on my card was done to block me from hiring someone else, to do the job. I found out on August 19th, through my email alert, that White Aluminum had placed a hold on my credit card for $8448.01, and I was furious. I contacted Mike and he claimed to not know about it and was supposed to get with the office. I called the office also and the manager was not nice at all. I don't remember the full conversation, but it was very frustrating. Then on the 21st of August, White Aluminum charged my credit card $2534.40 for the deposit. Again, I was highly upset; no one told me anything. I once again contacted the office and Mike, this time to cancel the job; I also called Synchrony Bank and told them what happened. The Representative at the bank told me to call White Aluminum and tell them I want to cancel, and to remove the hold on my account. Of course, I did and of course White Aluminum didn't. Instead, Mike called to apologize and claimed that they would move my job in front of everyone, since they had charged my card the deposit. On August 25th, Jeff from White Aluminum came to take measurement of the windows and he said he would get the application for the permit with the City put in - don't know if that ever happened because that was the last time I heard from anyone from White Aluminum. Around October 13th, I contacted Mike to let him know that Synchrony Bank had contacted me to let me know, they needed to verify my social security number, so they had frozen my card - my social security was stolen during Equifax data breach so I had a fraud alert on my card. Mike told me they had ordered the windows, but I told him it should not take long for them to verify my identity. And it did not take Synchrony Bank long to verify my identity; they called me on October 23rd to let me know my account had been unfrozen - they had verified my identity. I called Mike and left him a message; I also called White Aluminum office and spoke with two people, telling them what had happen - that my card was active again - one said he was the manage and his name was Michael. Michael rambled something like, he would check it out or something. But he never called me back. I again called Mike G on Saturday the 24th, but he did not answer, and I left another message. By then, I was done with them and I am done with them now. All I want them to do, is remove the charge of $2534.40 from my credit card, and the hold on my credit card of $8448.01 - they did not earn that money, and have my card held up, so I cannot hire anyone else. That is just wrong. Synchrony Bank cannot remove the hold; they said the merchant has to remove it. I was able to put a dispute in for the $2534.40, but that's going to take 60 days to resolve and if I lose, I still have to pay that money and for what? To a bunch of crooks, who took advantage of an elderly person and now I am stuck paying the bill. Plus, $8448.01 is a lot of my money, White Aluminum has tied up on my card; I cannot even hire anyone else and the bank can do nothing about it. This is highway robbery by White Aluminum; I did not authorize either of those transactions on my card - it is fraud.

White Aluminum changed the construction specifications and dimensions contained in the written contract and verbal discussion without approval
White Aluminum changed the construction specifications and dimensions contained in the written contract and verbal discussion without approval. My wife and I are retired senior citizens on a fixed income and entered into a contract, #***, on December 30, for a port to be erected at***. This transaction took place on my RV lot so that I could fully explain and show the sales representative, Bradley B, exactly what my wife and I were wanting and the distances the port would be required to span. I explained the forty-five (45) foot span across the front, fifty-six (56) foot spans on each side and a twenty-three (23) foot span across the back with no posts in the front or in the interior of the structure. Bradley informed us that White Aluminum could build this structure and entered the dimensions on the contract and also the phrase, "no posts in middle of structure!." Bradley wrote that and added the three exclamation points to emphasis that point. Bradley signed the contract but never had the branch manager to sign, as the contract plainly states is required for anything exceeding $7500.00. The cost of this project was to be $43,890.00. We paid a $14,630.00 deposit by check on the day of signing. At the signing, we informed Bradley that this would need to be built before we left Florida toward the end of March. He informed us that would be no problem and it could be built in February just as soon as we were notified about a setback variance that we had applied for with Polk County Land Development. He stated that as soon as it was approved that White Aluminum could submit for a permit and begin construction. We were informed on 2/7 by Polk County that the variance had been approved and I notified Bradley that same day of the approval. The next day, 2/8, Bradley responded informing us that White Aluminum could not fulfill the contract as written. This was forty (40) days after signing the contract and we are just hearing they cannot build as agreed. He stated. "We are still trying to get engineering to not have to put "a post" in the middle or somewhere. We may have no choice but to put one in somewhere on that front wall." I found it surprising that he said "still trying" when we had never been informed there was a problem. Then for him to say "We may have no choice...", that was not a decision for him to make on our part when we had not even been asked about doing that. He states, "put one in somewhere on that front wall." Then Bradley emailed us again on 2/12 stating that now there would have to be three posts down the middle but no more than sixteen feet back. Suddenly, he has gone from no post, to one post then to three posts. After more email exchanges with Bradley, I gave them an opportunity to resolve the issue on 2/17, even though my wife who also signed the contract voiced her opposition to them concerning any change. They discussed a specific number of posts and specific spacing for those posts that I "might" be able to work with. The next evening, 2/18, I received a drawing from Bradley that was not what we discussed. They now had four (4) posts. On 2/19, I informed Bradley that the drawing was not acceptable due to not being what was discussed and at that point I began a request for a full refund of my deposit due to breach of contract. I even received a threatening email from the engineer that White Aluminum employed to do the drawing. I went to White Aluminum's office on the morning of 2/20 and personally informed them of the failures of White Aluminum concerning the contract and formally asked for a full refund of my deposit. White Aluminum initiated the breach of contract and now will not refund our full deposit. Five days after requesting the refund, 2/25, they send me another drawing with three posts but they shorten one side by almost two feet and the other side by almost four feet from the specs. That was never ever discussed. They seem determined to force us to accept what was never contracted or discussed. The stress and frustration has been overwhelming.
