This company is based out of Pakistan. Not that that matters ... I was really hoping the product that I ordered was going to arrive at my house. But just so you know the product that I ordered is not the product that arrived, the quality craftsmanship material and the smell were absolutely awful! Upon trying to make a return I have been emailed with difficulty after difficulty after difficulty with them trying to make deals that are unrealistic and only cost me money. The only thing I can say is if you order something from them be prepared to not get your money back or have to depend on PayPal or someone else to assist you. And don't expect the images on the website to match what you receive sizing, color, quality might as well shop on wish...

This company will scam you out of your money. Their products are knock offs and they are based in PAKISTAN, NOT USA. I wrote them for a return label, bc what I ordered was NOT satisfactory, nor was the size correct and they demanded a photo of the item (Who does that?). Then they said to ship to an address in Pakistan. Shipping to that country costs $50! After emailing back and forth for a week, these were some of the responses I received from them. “Write a positive review, then we’ll partially refund you.” “What then? Return the item if you don’t like it.” IF you want a world of stress and lost money for [censored] product that smells and is coated with dust from some desert warehouse in Pakistan then go ahead and order from this scamming piece of [censored] company. THERE IS A REASON why you cannot write reviews directly on their website. Also, they use WHATSAPP as a contact #? That should already be a red flag. Learn from my mistake, STAY AWAY FROM THIS [censored] COMPANY.

Company is based out of Pakistan, NOT Florida like they claimed to be. I asked for a shipping label and return of an item that was unsatisfactory. They gave me the run around for a week (asking for pictures, not responding positively). Finally, gave me a return address in Pakistan somewhere. I knew at that point I was going to lose my $120, plus an extra $50 shipping. I knew that if I returned it, I was never going to get my money back, bc they would not send a shipping label to track the return like most legitimate companies would do. I feel scammed out of my money and just want justice brought to this over seas company selling knock off brands to hard working Americans.

I am writing this review about ( William Jacket.com ) as my chance to make it right for someone else since I didnt get one. I excitedly ordered a taylor swift purple faux fur jacket from william jacket.com. I couldnt wait to get it. It didnt take too long a couple of weeks or so. It was pictured purple fur lilac in color. When I finally did get it, it was nothing like pictured. It was dark grape color, the "fur" looked like an old used rug or blanket poorly sewn into a too tight fitting jacket. one pocket was too big and floppy and not sewed to the jacket and the other pocket was sewn so tight I couldnt get my hand inside. It had such a fowl smell of mothballs that I didnt even want to try it on, but did. When I contacted william jacket They said I could return it and get a 20% discount. Or I could keep it and get a 20% back.? Anyway I attempted to try to send it back and It was going to cost $185.00 to ship it back to them I paid $179.00 for the jacket and now they want me to pay another $185 to ship it back? NOT Happening. AND the kicker is that this company is not an American company like it claims. It is from Pakistan. I was ordered to ship it back to Pakistan. When I did further research It said it has 4 places of business, one in South Bend Indiana USA a LOT closer and cheaper shipping than Pakistan. one in the Netherlands, France and Canada. I tried to contact the Indiana, address and it comes up as a 9 family duplex. There is no such place in Indiana. So like another review I read "after" the fact is, Buyer Beware. This is a fraudulent company that only wants your money, and as for the claim of a high level of customer service and 100% satisfaction guarantee is a complete utter LIE. I tried and tried to get some sort of resolution to no avail. I think my next step is too the BBB in hopes of shutting this fraudulent business down or at least get it off of the world wide web. Very unhappy paid way too much for a PAKISTANY jacket that I can't even wear. :(
