I have been attempting to get home service since october 1 2023. As of today, i still have no service. I started out attempting to port my consumer wireless number over to windstream. After four unsuccessful attempts i said forget it i will just activate a new line of service and change my number. Upon receiving a new number and order number, your company still can't get it together. When i call your call center i feel hopeless and very much of a bother to your csrs. I don't know why this seems to be such a hard task however; i have now missed countless other things i needed to do since i have been instructed to be home for the three missed appointments they have set for a tech to come out. Someone, please assist me. Unfortunately, you are the only company that offers a landline for my home and this is desperately needed. All i am asking for is a landline phone. I would like for a manager or someone who cares to please assist me in making this happen.
