Sharon on the express check out in your Wanniassa store was rude and completely out of line this evening at 6.35pm.
She was serving and having a good old chat to a lady who had a full trolley (going through the express checkout) which I always thought was 12 items or less but I could be wrong.
When I asked Sharon if another register could be opened she gave me a dirty look and ignored me.
When I asked what the dirty look was for she snapped that their staff members were on breaks and weren't they allowed to have breaks?!
I then asked for the manager who was great and opened up another checkout.
How do you have people like Sharon dealing with customers as it's quite clear she has no people skills and quite frankly doesn't seem to like her job.
I visit this store frequently and I've never been treated or talked to like this before.
Could you please let me know you have received this complaint and what action will be taken to resolve this matter.
I don't want to deal with Sharon or her attitude again maybe a job in the store that doesn't serve people would be better suited for her.
