Worldline will not REFUND my money from a failed transaction

I made a purchase at a store using Worldline as their intermediary. I paid with Wechat. The transaction was unsuccessful as indicated on the receipt and stated by the store in question. However, Worldline has not refunded the money to me. I have called and emailed with no answer. The store and wechat have both in contact with Worldline on my behalf. There has still been no answer. It has been over a month.

Desired outcome: Refund money immediately.

Worldline Booking error

Hi, hope. everything is good. There is one thing though which you might be able to help me with. My wife, MGA Van Dalen, booked a night at Citiez hotel Amsterdam and a mistake occured. She wanted 11 September but sonehow it booked for 20 august and we'd like to cancel that booking. I don't know how it happened.

She booked via worldline of that helps and it was with cancellation insurance included.

Worldline regarding broadband bill payment

Hi it's Maninder Singh. I recently made a transaction on 01-12-2021 for the payment of my NETPLUS bill via worldline. My transaction was processed successfully and amount debited from my HDFC bank account for Rs.707 (payment method credit card) its being 7 days now but the amount not updated in the merchant's account. My bill amount is still outstanding. Please help me to refund my transaction amount so i can clear my bill...

Worldline Netplus bill payment

Hi it's Manvir Singh. I'm from Ludhiana. I recently made a transaction on [protected]:40:04 for the payment of my NETPLUS bill via worldline. My transaction was processed successfully and amount debited from my HDFC bank account for Rs.707 (payment method debit card) but the amount not reflecting in the merchant's account. Worldline amount not credited to payee (tccl) but it was debited from my bank account

Dear Customer care Team,

This is kumar and we run a cable office. We did a transaction through your portal on 19-july-2019 to our TCCL account. It's was done using my debit card and it's 20000 Rupees. The amount got debited in My bank account but it did not the hit our TCCL account. Immediately we made a complaint with our bank and they came back saying that transaction was successful and it's with the merchant bank. I'm attaching the transaction details along and other relevant proof. Please look into this urgently and refund the amount pls. Appreciate your quick response on this matter !

Worldline School fees

Worldline amount debited twice in online payment, re credit it asap

Worldline edc machine surrender not being redressed in spite of applying

Sir, i have applied for my edc machine surrender on 6/7/2019 and submitted an application to my Axis bank Bhandup w branch.My tid no:- [protected]; mid no:-[protected].Initially i was told that your request will be redressed with in maximum 15 days and i wont be liable for any kind of charges.Inspite of calling for so many times to Mr.Mangesh sutar there is no respond in to the matter and no attention is been paid through out there after.contact info:- [protected]

Worldline greater hyderabad municipal corporation / sport tss

On 7th July 2019, I have done a payment to Ghmc sports swimming pool membership for three months which is 1500Rs.
I chose world-line payment option and entered credit card details.. and money has debited from my account and I received a payment confirmation from world-line by SMS, as mentioned below.

Credit Card for 1500.00 INR @ Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has been processed by Worldline PG. TxnID:SPORTSS13077020190707-[protected]

But then the receipt of membership was not generated. The webpage was not moving further..

Please resolve this issue by sending back my money, or by generating membership..

All the other people who used other payment options got no issue.. please look into this.

Worldline amount deducted from bank but transaction is not showing as successful

I had paid school fees of my Son from school website and got that message
"Debit Card for 5580.00 INR @ Axilium Convent school Barasat has been processed by Worldline PG. TxnID:[protected]-[protected]"
The amount was also deducted from my SBIBank A/c.However the fees is still showing pending at school website and didn't get any receipt.
Please resolve this issue.

Worldline unable to make settlement

I am having two machines one with wire and another one Without wire. TID No.[protected] and another with No56319449. One machine is with wire.Another one is without without wire. My Super Market name is L.R.Super Market situated in Brindavan Nagar Adambakkam Chennai.It is not possible to settle the machine .Both the machines are essential for the business .kindly take urgent steps to settle the issue.My phone is [protected].Shop No.[protected].

Worldline machine not working properly. complaint no-chld236080718104724

We are using Idbi edc machine. I booked complaint on 8th july 2018 @10.52am. NO-CHLD236080718104724
More then 5 days my complaint is not solved. Three times i talk to customer care. They commit to full fill at a emergency basis. But still its not solved. I had worst service from the beginning itself. paper roll supply also very poor. Last time i got rolls after one month. Their persons not visited our shop and simple told shop closed or delivered.

Worldline dsl

I would not recommend any of you guys to take any service with that company. I used to work as an agent for them, they false-advertise their service to you telling you that you will get the lowest price in the market, which may be true for the first two, three months then it will go up like any of the usual Canada companies with a better Internet like Bell, etc. Also not to mention the wack and petty customer service due to having their customer service center overseas in the DR and not having any customer friendly culture, higher management treat them like slaves, the center is involved in sexual scandals and they get anyone who knows how to say ''apple'' in the phone to talk to customers, plus they pay those poor ppl less than $2.00 dollars per hour making them ''loving''their job even more. The reason why they send you a bell tech pretty much for everything related to the line is because they're renting damaged lines from them to get you a wack cheapy service. Actually, most of the times when you call customer service they don't even have the tools to fix your issue and they always end up sending a bell tech for the reason already explained above. I am posting this just to let you know about their scam, I spent almost two years working for them.

Worldline 3 payments for the fee was not successful

2 weeks back I have paid my daughters fee through your payment gateway.
2 payments are successful but three payments are not successful, but the amount was debited from my account. I did this net banking through Federal Bank . I am attaching the images of the failed transaction.

Worldline misguide of worldline staff

our machine is not working last 2 months we are facing the problem give the complain to your staff MR.raj kishor side in charge of rudrapur to change the machine he is saying provide some money for it about 2000RS than we will change it .than we send our staff to bank for changing the machine .according to the bob staff machine cum he told us when the machine will cum its brand new
we received it on 13.9.2017 through MR raj kishor charger is not working & year is mention on machine oct 2015 i think it old machine it is not working due to misguidance of our staff we are facing the problems last 2 months

We Rathi womens world namakkal, Tamilnadu, India are unable to receive the statement details as well as there is the amount variation.Help us to know how to get the statement details.The concerned bank(Bank of Baroda, namakkal branch) is also refusing to provide the statement details for the swiping machine.
