WorldSIM beyond ridiculous!! absolutely unprofessional company!

This company is terrible and their service is beyond ridiculous! I got their SIM and no matter what I tried it was not working. Since there was no way I could resolve the matter myself I decided to contact WorldSIM support service and ask them for help. I had never spoke to such ridiculous and unprofessional service. These people were not able to answer my questions, they had no idea how to fix my SIM and all they said was sorry. You know, it really seemed like they had nothing to do with WorldSIM company. But the fact was that these people are WorldSIM representatives and their main job was to assist customer. I got no help from these clowns. What a joke, I will never use them again and of course I will warn everyone I know! Better stay away!

WorldSIM overdue refund since 2016/12/29

I received confirmation on2016/12/29 that I'll receive my refund after the wrong delivered goods were sent back within 5 to 7 working days

Almost 2 months have lapsed and mail inquiries are no-longer getting replies. I'll be travelling for a month in April and I though I'd order wife portable router, Data Siam Card and upgrade my current World's to the new smarts but lack of service has left me distraught.

WorldSIM sim was not working

I travel a lot and I decided that it was time for me to buy a SIM. I found this service WorldSIM and it seemed like a great deal. Unfortunately when I went abroad and tried to use the card I realized that my number was not working and that was a huge problem. Right after I arrived at the hotel I contacted WorldSIM customer service and asked for help. They said that they need me to pay some extra to fix the problem, so I paid extra £50 and nothing changed! My number wasn't working. Customer service rep promised they'll contact me back later and never did that. Do not trust this company, they are nothing but scam artists! I want a full refund!

WorldSIM useless service

I bought a WorldSim card which fell to bits as I was trying to insert it into my phone. I had alread put £42 credit on it for a trip to London.
I have tried to contact them. Their website sends me around in circles and they have blacklisted my emails.
I am willing to PAY to get a new WorldSim card with the same number just to use up my £42 but nobody will speak to me;

WorldSIM wireless earphones

About 3 months back I ordered the promoted wireles WorldSIM earphones (3 sets) which meant 6 pieces in pairs.
The order took almost 2 months to arrive instead of 5 working days. On delivery there were only 5 pieces in a pack; WorldSIM took 3 weeks to reply to my query. I was also being frustrated that they were all for the right ear only; so, couldn't use them. On reply they said they were advertised as one earphone? Not true, the promotion says nothing about one earphone piece? And they dismissed my query. I'm sitting with useless garbage that I paid for due to false advertising, misleading marketing. I cannot trust the reputation of WorldSIM's poor quality merchandise.

WorldSIM cowards!

I bought two SIM cards from WorldSIM company. One was for me and the other one for my husband. Mine did not work. There were no visible defects so I thought that the problem was on the inside. I contacted customer support and expected them to help me. But their support did not help me at all, he insisted that there was nothing wrong with the card. He said that I need to try again. When I asked for a partial refund they stopped replying to my messages. How unprofessional.

WorldSIM u. k. number provided does not accept international calls

The U.K. number provided will not accept any incoming international calls, including those made from their own recommended roaming partner networks.

Their technical department has been working on it for one week, and finally customer service told me that if the WorldSIM card doesn't work it's my problem, and I have to contact each and every one of their roaming partners to ask them to fix the problem with the WorldSIM sim card. They even told me to provide them with feedback from their own roaming partners about the cause of the problem. They also refuse to refund the cost of the faulty WorldSIM card.

If you need reliability and good service, look elsewhere.

WorldSIM total joke!

I have purchased a SIM card from WorldSIM company and at first it was working fine, but then broke. I could not get any data! Immediately contacted customer service and they said that they need some time to see what was going on and promised to contact me back as soon as possible. Later I received a message from them in which they asked me to call them. I called and was told that they need more time to fix the problem. I said ok and waited. About a week later I got another email and was asked to call them as soon as possible. Called and got no answer! This company is a total joke!

WorldSIM new phone installment

I purchased their Travel Genie phone. They said it supports dual SIM, but when I inserted 2 SIMs altogether, I could not work. Then, called their customer service. They apologized for the unexpected matter happened to me and sent me a troubleshoot. However, I could successfully solve the problem. After that, travel genie doing great.

WorldSIM data access with worldsim

I was very disappointed buying their USB modem. I tried for a lot of time to connect it. I called their customer service and the apologized and they promised me resolve the issue. After half an hour I got phone from the WorldSIM team and they assured me that they resolved the issue. After that, so far, am not getting any issue.

WorldSIM faulty sim card

I purchased a worldsim card on a Qantas flight QF0007 for Dallas on the 11th of November.
Since arriving I have topped up my card four times. Each time it runs out within a day without sometimes even using it.
I have spoken to representatives of the company and all seem to be a bit vague to work with but ultimately they question my judgement as to whether I have turned off data roaming. I can assure you I have done that before leaving Australia and in fact turned on data roaming for google maps to see how much credit it would use. That lasted 5 minutes. I then turned off data roaming and topped the card up once more. The next day I had run out of credit again. World sim just deny there is a problem and will not refund my US $60.00
on top ups and the original purchase price of the card. One operator/representative suggested this had occured with another client only days before and in fact the world sim card is not suited to the Apple IPhone 5. Well if that's the case this should be written in bold when selling. I suggested that it may have been corrupted because there was multiple data usage and phone no.s not related to me on the history invoice.
Firstly I want QANTAS to know of this incident and secondly I am taking this to Fair Trades and Practices

I have since diposed of the worldsim card and purchased a Radioshack GO sim card which works perfectly well.
Can you please follow this up and give me the update and also make your customers aware.

I took new sim connection from Worldsim company andI have paid for three months bill amount as advance.
Now after first week services are stopped and customer care team is telling that thy are no more providing services in Canada.

Hearing the very new revolutionary service from WorldSIM, I felt responsive and I purchased a SIM Card from WorldSIM. From Turkey, I wanted to get a local number to my WorldSIM but I failed for some certain times. I was irritated and called their customer service. They told me to register my number and finally they did that for me.

Purchase he handset from Qantas airways. At first had some issues dialing out, so called the support for looking into the issue. They addressed my issue and informed me back that the issue was regarding my dialing method. And suggested me alternate methods to dial out. They were supportive and finished my query within 2 minutes of my call.

I got my WorldSIM on a BA flight and they sold the SIM card along with the handset. I wasn't able to call upon landing so I called up the support line. They said due to a technical error the SIM card did not have any credits and required manual activation. Fortunately, they sorted my issue within 10 minutes and I was happy to use the SIM card.

Their support has been very professional and kind. They had resolved my issue with calls within same business day and also provided with a goodwill gesture for I was billed incorrectly as of a system error. I assume they had brought changes in their support to provide good service. They even followed up with me after the services were working fine.

Had an issue with my line while roaming in Spain, checked with the support team, and they had fixed the issue for me regarding making calls and using data. The support team were helpful in this matter and they rushed to close the issue at the earliest!

My recommendation would be to check the account history to identify or match up your call or data charges, if they haven't matched up to what you expect it to be. Once you get the history you can then take it further to their management to identify the issue. I once had such an issue where my data charge was higher than normal. I logged into my WorldSIM account to find that I was overcharged for using data for some few seconds. Later I contacted the support, and they said, I was under wrong location. Being honest I said, I selected Euro profile for Belgium, but they said that it should be Global which was mentioned in their website, they say. Later they reimbursed the difference considering a goodwill offer, after that I had checked the website to get all the recommendations and now using it good.

I am a WorldSIM customer, and it seems great to me! I do understand that at times the answering the call is delayed, but it does not go away. They do answer and respond too.

To activate your number I think you need to dial 133, that should give you your numbers.

I bought a worldsim over the phone in Holland #[protected] in Sep 2014 and have tried contacting the helpline and the top up number but all I get is pelvic thrusting music . If you you want a roaming sim I suggest you don't go for worldsim
