www.alliedcapitalfinances.com review: Money sent to support @alliedcapitafinaces.com for payment of different fees

I have a deposit bank account at Allied Capital Finance Bank since Oct 2022 in the amount of $112,500. When I started to wire transfer, I was required to pay for restriction code since I made the transaction outside of US with different IP address. I thought I can transfer funds wherever I am. I paid that in pesos coz I was in the Philippines then.150,000. I was in communication with support @alliedcapitalfinance.com. they gave me my restriction code.i tried to wire transfer $4550. They want me to pay for VAT which I paid, then they said I paid late and needed to pay extra fee. All in all, I paid 272,000pesos since my money was in the Philippines. Then I tried to wire transfer $20,000. To my friends bank account, They said, it's a red flag bank. I have to pay verification code $2360. Then otp code $1360. I couldn't pay rightaway. I had no communication for 3 months until this September. I paid the fee

Then I was required to pay for upgrade fee stating this is the last fee.$2650. After I paid that, I was required to pay Terrorist certificate to prevent terrorist attack. Since I really want to get all my money, I paid with credit card $2350. After that, I didn't receive any any email from them. I emailed PayPal the person I sent the money who stated she received the money. In October 15, I received email from support stating I can now login and transfer but they didn't give me the link to the bank. I tried to Google it's not coming out.i kept emailing both Jennifer Durkatz who received the money and support to send me the link where I can logon but no response. I believe I'm scammed. Please help me recover my money in the bank and all the fees. Let me know what to do next. Thank you: Lourdes Deleon
