I had booked a Pvt Ltd registration package with India Filings in July 2024. Despite their initial claims and package agreement, they began demanding additional payments after the package was decided. This forced me to cancel the service and was assured that the refund was initiated, and I have been waiting for a refund ever since.

I tried multiple times to contact them through calls, emails, and chat, but received no response. In December, I reached out again for trademark services, hoping to use the amount already paid, but they ignored my attempts yet again.

Their lack of professionalism, unfulfilled promises, and unresponsive support make it clear that their marketing claims are deceptive. I strongly recommend staying away from India Filings to avoid such frustrating experiences.

Recommendation: Do not Trust them.
