I purchased tickets to a concert occurring on Tuesday May 2. I was not able to attend the concert because I was sick. I visited the doctor and provided a Dr. note to XCover before the concert occurred. I submitted the claim and the Dr. note before the concert occurred. I have been unable to reach anyone at XCover to talk to them despite many attempts. They said they cannot take the Dr. note, which is signed electronically, because it is not stamped.
I purchased theater ticket refund insurance because it was flu season. Sure enough my granddaughter came down with flu symptoms the night before. I went to the Xcover website and after answering a series of questions the site informed me it wouldn't be covered unless I got a Dr.s note. Her symptoms didn't warrant a doctors visit, just rest and suffer through it at home. And then I see the above review which says even a doctors note won't suffice if all the hoops are not jumped through. Hoo-boy, never again, Xcover/Travelers.
