We ordered 10 piece of wood and a work surface from a supplier and expected delivery Tuesday, the work Surface was delivered today but no wood when I questioned your two delivery men they looked at me blankly and said delivery yes and closed his door and drove off while I was still trying to question them about the delivery, it appears nether of the men spoke any English (I was under the impression that the get a work visa in the UK you had to speak and understand basic English) I have contacted the supplier and they have sorted out the reason we did not get the full order the rest of the order is coming tomorrow direct from the supplier
Claimed loss: I would also like drivers to be trained in letting people know that their order could be split and to contact the supplier, just to drive off when someone is asking a question is not only rude but insulting
