Dont ever trust xoom with your bank account info. A 1000 dollar electronic draft was withdrawed from my account which i did not make. My transactions did not register this in xoom because I did not make a transaction for this but my bank told me that this was originated from xoom. Meaning somebody stole my bank info from xoom and created a new account with my bank info on it. Why the hell did this happen? No security at all.

I called xoom hotline multiple times and nobody answers at all. I sent them an email in their email helpline. Nobody sent a reply.

I have deleted all my information from xoom and will now be forced to close my bank account.

Ohhh I am Sorry To Hear That Me I Cant Even Sign Up In Xoom Coz I Dont Have Bank Account And Visa Credit Or Debit Card And I Dont Have Money Ill Just Survive With My Software Pay By ATM To Bank Wire Transfer And Its Secure The All People Contact Me And Buy Some Software To They Reclaimer To Me Coz I Dont Have Any CCbill Or Other Payment Software I Dont Like To Used And Of My ATM Card To Many Bad People And To Many Good People But The Best Way To Keep Your Information Safe Used Password Saver Software Thats Very The Best Software For Your Password And To Your Account If You Like To Know All Software I Have Just Contact Me At w_master@yahoo.com Email Me Or Pm Me Thanks Take Safe Your Info. I am a victim today of xoom fraud, 3 thousand taken with out my authorization and they didn't even call that I have lots of transactions with different people and were not successful, now I have to wait for my bank account to clear it this xoom transaction, ,

my xoom.com info was compromised too, somebody took away $6000 in series of transactions. Now that I have filed a complaint on xoom, they said they will get back to me in 3-5 business days. Hope my money come back, going off from xoom immediately, its not safe at all

guys same thing happened with me too on 13th Aug.. somebody hacked my Xoom account and took away $5000 in series of transactions.. i have filed complaint with them and they said they will get back to me in 3-5 business days.. I m not sure I will get my money back. i am going off from xoom immediately...

Guys. XOOM is very horrible and not at all safe. My xoom.com info was compromised too, somebody took away $6000 in series of transactions with out my authorization. Even I din't get any notification. Now that I have filed a complaint on xoom, they said samething that they will investigate and get back to me in 3-5 business days. Hope my hard earned money is refunded to be, going off from xoom immediately, its not safe at all

I have had 505USD taken out from account and a bunch of transactions being initiated from Xoom inc. I have contacted Xoom, don't know how this will go. So, year after the last post, this still is a problem with xoom accounts

Iam xoom fraud victim too. My xoom.com info was
compromised too, somebody took away $6000 without authorization. Even I din't get any notification. Now that I
have filed a complaint on xoom, they said samething that they will
investigate and get back to me in 3-5 business days. Its been 5 days and now they are saying they need more time to investigate.Did you guys get your money back? if yes how many days it took to get your money back.
