This business is a total fraud
This business is a total fraud. They charged my credit card but never sent the merchandise. I sent them multiple emails and they said they were sending the merchandise, but they never did. Then they said they were refunding my money, but they never did. Don't order anything from them. They are taking advantage of the Covid pandemic by claiming to sell medical PPE. I don't want to give them any stars, but I have to in order to publish this review. They don't deserve any stars.

Don't waste your money on Xprite USA! Their customer service is the worst! We got LED lights with RGB halos for our Jeep Wrangler. Within the first 6 months, the halo stopped working and the colors were all messed up. They sent us a new control box, but now, just out of the 1-year warranty, one halo has a section that's not working and it's always red. It looks like our Jeep has a black eye! I contacted customer service, asking them to replace it because it's a reliability/quality issue. Here's the response I got: "Hello, unfortunately this order was placed back in 2018. We currently only offer a 1-year warranty. I do apologize." (FYI, this is a cut and paste, so yes, it was misspelled.) Two failures in our products within 1 year! Don't waste your money! We're going to buy new lights from another company!
Bought my first mini light from Xprite USA
Bought my first mini light from Xprite USA. After only a couple weeks, the lightbar stopped working. I reached out to them and they sent me another light. I was happy they cared about their customers. But the second light had water inside even though it was supposed to be waterproof. I told them about it after a couple weeks and they said it was broken too. They wouldn't send me another light. I didn't want a third bad light so I asked for a refund. They said it was too late because it had been over 30 days since I bought it. They didn't offer me a refund when the first light broke either.

I got some headlights for my jeep from Xprite USA and they started acting up. I reached out to them while the headlights were still under warranty and they replied to my email where I explained the problem. But then they didn't reply to me anymore. I sent them multiple emails but still no response from the company to fix the issue. I ordered them on June 16th with order number 113-7430 on Amazon. The last email I got from them was on March 25th and the last email I sent was on April 16th.

Here's the history on the issue: I ordered a set of lights for my 2018 Jeep Wrangler, which included 2 head lights and 2 fog lights. They do have a one year warranty, but 6 months after I installed them, the controller box failed and the head light halo wouldn't change color. It was also a different color than the other when turned on. I contacted Xprite and had to send them a video and numerous emails to get it corrected. They did replace the defective unit with a new one, but approximately 8 months later, the light failed again. This was 2 months after their warranty period. It was the same issue as before. Finally, they agreed to send me a replacement set, but it took 4 months to arrive and was missing a fog lamp. When I explained the issue, they sent me the wrong type of fog lamp that can't be used with the replacement set. I've tried calling and emailing, but all I get is the same response: "we can no longer assist you with any more replacements." So now I have a replacement set that I can't use and the original lights still don't work correctly. It's been a painful process to get a replacement kit for the faulty lights on my Jeep.
