Taking advantage of people
I went to auto action to buy my first car, I was alone and had no idea what I was doing, I had a great credit score however and didn't know that company's like them would scam people. After I was approved they gave me one choice for a car, not what I was looking for but they told me I wouldn't get a better deal anywhere else, so I went ahead and financed the car, my payments were about $299 every 2 weeks, and that didn't include all the other add ons, not even a year after I got the car the air conditioning went out and that's when I found out about their warranty and house to get the car repaired.
It's a first come first serve automobile repair shop they keep their car for 4 to 6 weeks just to run a diagnostic, then however long after that actually repair the car.
And my job literally depends on my car not to get me back and forth but the car itself I have to have to do my work so there was no way I could give him my car for that long period of time so it was either pay out of pocket or let my car Fall apart not having the money that's exactly what it started happening my car is starting to fall apart, I've been paying on this car for over 32 weeks I still owe $9,000 on it the Kelley Blue book value is about $2,300 on it and the first I say 26 weeks with all interest that I had paid off I could have paid for this card twice and the initial purchase price was around 11,000 I've already paid twice that just an interest alone it got to the points for this car was literally choking me I can no longer afford to keep it so I started missing payments my payments became Lacks I got behind on them today they repossessed my car I don't think there's anything I can do I don't know if there's anything I can do but I seriously believe that the minute I walked into their office they seen that I didn't know what I was doing and I seriously took advantage of that now and now so much money out of his car for almost 3 years like I said I think I paid for this car twice over don't ever go to them to get a car they don't care they're going to make money I've asked the repeatedly before I lost the car if they would refinance if they would work with me to make lower payments anything and they would not give an inch so after everything was said and then I lost the car that I've already put 32 weeks of payments into and again that's $300 every 2 weeks just for the car anyone has any advice I would love to hear it my email is [protected]@gmail.com. thank you.
I just wish I had had someone with me when I went to them, if I had I would have walked out.
Auto Action is a good place to get a car
Auto Action is a good place to get a car. They got lots of cars to choose from. The people there are nice and helpful. Sometimes they take a little long to get back to you, but that's okay. The only thing is that one guy, ***, can be a bit rude. He hung up on me once just because he didn't like what I was saying. And I heard he's a liar too. But other than that, it's a good place to go.
never again i dont know how these people are still in business so much corruption dont ever buy from here

Auto Action is a bad place to buy a car
Auto Action is a bad place to buy a car. They lied to me about the repairs and I couldn't refinance. The car broke down on the third day and I tried to return it, but they wouldn't take it back. I paid 18 grand for a broken car. Don't go there.
I bought a van from Auto Action and set up auto pay, but they stopped it and now my van got repossessed
I bought a van from Auto Action and set up auto pay, but they stopped it and now my van got repossessed. They won't call me back and won't tell me where my van is. I need to get my wife's bank cards and my daughter's car seat out of it. If I want the van back, I'll refinance it somewhere else. Their customer service is terrible.
Bought a car like a month ago
Bought a car like a month ago. Ralph, the salesman, said it was reconditioned but it wasn't. No dipstick in the transmission fluid. He said it had new tires but it needs them. Had to put brakes on it today. Transmission is slipping. It was in an accident before. I'm super bummed about this car and paid too much with a high interest rate cause I had no credit before.
They sold me a car that don't work and it's only been 4 weeks
They sold me a car that don't work and it's only been 4 weeks. We had to go there to get answers because the manager didn't call us back and neither did TRU FIX. I tried to talk to the manager about fixing the car, but he just said it's not his problem and we have to deal with the repair shop.
This place is not good for buying your first car
This place is not good for buying your first car. My car was dirty, the brakes were worn out, and the tires always deflated. I had the car for only a month and it broke down on the freeway. The engine blew and they didn't pay for car rental or towing. When I brought it to the shop, they said it would take a week, but it's been a month and they haven't even looked at it yet. I regret dealing with this dealership and feel like the car was too expensive. Overall, it was a really bad first experience.
They lied about the car they sold me
They lied about the car they sold me. The dealer said it had a transmission problem that any basic check would have found, but William and Mark said it was fine. I paid cash to avoid bad financing, but they won't help with repairs or give me my money back. It's not right that they can scam people into buying dangerous cars and then say "buyer beware." This business should be stopped from cheating people.
This car place Auto Action is the worst ever
This car place Auto Action is the worst ever. They're scammers and sell bad cars that break down all the time. I bought a car from them five years ago and it broke down twice in two months. I had to return it to them. They closed my account and now they're taking money from my paycheck. They want me to pay back $12,000! I'm talking to a lawyer tomorrow at 4 PM. This place needs to be shut down. I'm not the only one who's been ripped off. Other people have left bad reviews on their website too. Don't go there!
I bought a car from Auto Action on Jan 3, 2022 and I'm mad
I bought a car from Auto Action on Jan 3, 2022 and I'm mad. The guy who sold it to me, ***, said if there were any problems, come back tomorrow and they'll fix it. I signed up for their warranty too. But when I called *** on Jan 5 about my steering wheel and gas pedal shaking at 55-65 mph, he said the tires needed balancing and someone would call me to bring it in. But no one called, so I went to the dealership. I told them I was upset about the lack of attention and customer service, but the store manager, ***, said it was a small problem and I could have gone to Discount Tire. But I signed up for the warranty! *** even let *** yell at me in front of him. They said the store manager was sick and *** couldn't email one of the 17 garages he told me about. It's disrespectful and humiliating. They finally said they'd call me in two days to tell me where to take the car to get the tires balanced. It's been six days now. I'm so mad that I don't even want to talk about how *** wasn't upfront about the interest or the car's background. Don't buy from Auto Action or their other dealerships.
Auto Action Complaints 3
Me and my boyfriend went to Auto Action on March 15 to buy a car
Me and my boyfriend went to Auto Action on March 15 to buy a car. We asked for the price of a 2008 Ford Escape and they told us everything was included. They gave me a contract to sign and told me what to sign on each paper. They said the plates would be mailed to our house and only mentioned a $500 fee if the car is abandoned. On April 2, they called me to say the plates were ready but I had to pay $200 more for the title and license plate. I called the dealership and talked to a manager who said it was clearly stated that we had to pay more. But we were told multiple times by two different people that everything was included.
I bought a used car from Auto Action on May 16
I bought a used car from Auto Action on May 16. It was a 2011 model and everything seemed fine at first. But after only two days, the car started overheating. I took it back to the dealer and they told me to wait a few days. I did, but nothing changed. On June 8, I brought the car back to the dealer and they said it would be ready by June 11. But they've had my car for over three weeks now and haven't done anything. When I asked about it on July 24, they said they might repossess the car or put a negative remark on my credit. I tried to talk to a manager, but they said I had to make an appointment because of COVID-19. I looked at the contract and it says they cover 100% of labor and parts for the first twelve thousand miles or a year, whichever comes first. I feel like they're violating my consumer rights and selling me a lemon.
I went to the auto place and got a 2011 jeep grand Cherokee from the salesperson "Summer"!
I went to the auto place and got a 2011 jeep grand Cherokee from the salesperson "Summer"! She sold me a bad car. I put down $1300 on this car just for it to have so many problems after the 2-week guarantee they will fix whatever goes wrong with the car. Lucky me, soon as the two weeks were up the air conditioner went out. A tail light went out. I went to get in my car to get my kids from school and guess what my car didn't start. There's also more wrong with the car. I paid a technician to look at my car. This man wanted $1400 for the starter which is absolutely ridiculous. But in all honesty, I would have rather paid him to fix the car. Instead, I decided to go with tru fix the place that's supposed to fix these cars for $299. My car has been at this auto body shop for 2.5 weeks with no compensation from auto now finacial. They keep calling wanting to know when am I paying the high A$$ note for the car sitting at their autobody shop! I still haven't even received a call saying they diagnosed my car. I call up to this place they don't answer the phone until I have called 50 times. I honestly feel bad for the mechanics because they are so busy with work from drive-now vehicles. They are overcharging for cars that don't work! Poor mechanics have to pick up their slack. I'm sure they are frustrated with this scam of a business. Don't buy a car from them it will stop working after 2 weeks. I believe they rig these cars somehow to get them to look like they work! No way I just got a car and everything goes wrong with it. They should be ashamed of themselves for scamming people looking for a car for themselves and their families! It's not right! They are taking advantage of people.
