Past 2 days I am having extremely annoying issues. My mail won't send messages, show me drafts or sent files, and won't let me add attachments. This is my work email and I am very upset this hasn't been addressed. Yahoo rarely ever takes this long to fix issues. (2 min later) So now I am told my complaint isn't long enough so I have to type more words for you people to even look at it. Absolutely ridiculous

Yesterday, February 5 and today February 6, 2018 I have had very little use of my yahoo account. This is the email account I work my business through and not having use of it for most of yesterday and most of today is a terrible inconvenience. I have created another email account through gmail to get work done today, but can someone please inform me what's going on and when will it be resolved?

I received an unusual email from your company that my yahoo account will be terminated (Subject: Email service termination) and then I need to update by clicking the - upgraded and verified .Can you please let me know if this email letter is coming from Yahoo Company not from Spam or Hackers? Please I don't want my account be terminated or blacklisted? What is this mean? Why am I receiving this email letter? Please reply me as soon as possible. Thank you.

Today as I was trying to read several articles on yahoo a picture of a naked woman, Myleen Klass, was at the side of the screen. After several screen pinching attempts to zoom in on the original article I found every page after that to be the same. Please remove the indecent image from your site and raise your standards. It's not a tasteful picture

An ad for shopping for plus size swim wear on tumblr is accompanied by a photo of two women who are most certainly not plus size. There are many issues with this as this is a false representation of size and should not be anywhere in the public eye. A lack of representation of diverse body shapes and sizes leads to negative body images and means that people cannot see themselves in the media they are consuming. This stretches beyond film and media and into advertising such as the ad placed on tumblr. I would greatly appreciate the image being changed to a more realistic and representative image for different body shapes (and while youre at it a person of colour wouldn't hurt either)

I went to 'Manage' and opted out of both web and mail adverts, but I still keep seeing the same annoying adverts to click on to the right of my mail. they also keep moving in my line of vision and I suffer from migraines occasionally so DO NOT want to see these! The ads are still there and the same meaningless one saying 'Richard Branson has had enough' with various pictures keeps popping up. HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS?!

I am so very tired of ALL articles on President Trump being negative. I am sick of it. Sick of the lies and the perseption being created by the news. I also am tired of the notifications sent out to my email; address. I am not interested in the crap being printed about my President. I am also not interested in the celebrities. It is my hope that you stop the notifications and that there are more positive articles about our President Trump. If not then I will simply ignor all news printed on my page.

It happened to me again just a few minutes ago.

Yahoo news feed has been hacked for a scam posing as windows. This is my second complaint today.

When I link off of your news articles, and this is happening more and more, instead of the feature opening, I get this webpage that may or may not lock my ability to close it. At the top it says: "internet security alert! Code... Then has a box to the side saying that my computer may be infected by harmful viruses. Do not shut down my or reset your computer. It gives a phone number to call for windows technical support: [protected]. Sometimes I can"x" out of the tab and sometimes not. When I can't I just power off my computer, wait, and then power back up again. I then run my virus and my malware checkers. A friend in newcastle, ca, a friend in minnesota, a friend in syracuse all have gotten this and they were all on yahoo news feeds. I told them to just power off the computer, etc. As I mentioned, this is happening more and more on your webpage and hackers have gotten into your system. Please see attachment of their webpage. I am sure when called, they will want money to release your browser. This scamming is not a good reflection upon yahoo. But myself, I am getting tired of it to where I want to switch news feeds, possible to msn or aol. I hope you can do something to stop this.

Yahoo has become so left wing biased that I had to change my homepage. Sad, I do not like the others available but your homepage has become ridiculous. What every happened to objective reporting? I guess that is long gone. Too bad you do not want to be viewed as a leading source of true news and information.

I just received notification that an order was placed on the above website and company using an old existing PayPal account. I have only used a pay pal account some years ago for an order on ebay due to the method of payment I was trying to pay with was not accepted. I have not used ebay or Paypal in years. I am trying all that I can to fix and clean up my credit from being married to my ex-husband! I do NOT ned this kind of service to continue. I have attached my response to said email. Hi, I made new yahoo account ( [protected]@yahoo.com )in 2017, however same email ID is being run by someone else too. I am using this email in many places and afraid that someone can access my mails too due to same email ID. I can't even make a facebook account on this email which is ( [protected]@yahoo.com ) as there is already an account which is using this email address.
please verify if there have been a mistake and find a appropriate solution.

An ad keeps appearing in my Yahoo email (it's an MPU in the right hand side column) which looks like a news ad - it proclaims that Elon Musk is 'done with Tesla', when clicked, it leads to a news story saying that Elon Musk has invested 93 million dollars into a crypto currency company. This may or may not be true but he hasn't quite Tesla to do that. The story then goes on to show testimonials from a journalist who claims to have been invited to try out Elon's new company's trading platform and how much money he makes in only 24 hours.

It says that 1, 000 people will be able to sign up to this company for free but that it is in beta.

There is then an 'update' which says it's now released and there is a link to sign up.

You are asked to give, name, email and phone number.

When you sign up, you are then bombarded with phone calls (I received 8 calls in 5 minutes) and emails - I received 4 - all asking to make a deposit.

The company is not Elon Musk's - that is a lie, the company isn't licenced and a quick search online shows that it is a scam trading platform which has ripped off customer after customer.

I emailed them to exercise my right under the 1998 data protection act for them not to contact me again and they have ignored that and emailed me again.

I am shocked that Yahoo is allowing an ad of this nature to be placed within its platform and request that it is removed and investigated immediately.

I look forward to hearing back from you ASAP.

Dear Yahoo,

Why is "n[censor]" not censored on Yahoo, but the "Clan" and "Notsee" are? The "Ku Klux Klan" and "Nazis" are PROPER NOUNS - as in, there are no other words in the English dictionary to describe them. Meanwhile, n[censor] is a racist derogatory slang curse word used to demean black people, and it's not a necessary word in the English language to describe anyone.

So you want to protect Nazis and Klan members (some of whom are self-proclaimed Nazis or Klan supporters, while no sane person is a self-declared n[censor]) from being called out on your comments section but you don't care about racist fighting words (which are not even protected free speech in America) directed specifically at black people? There is literally no sentence you can form with the word "n[censor]" that isn't rude and unnecessary. Yet, I can't even say that my grandfather fought against the Nazis in WWII because of your idiotic censorship rules.

I'm not black, but even I can see your hypocrisy and the blatant racism in your disgusting and notoriously incompetent organization. You will never be competent. But at the very least, have some morality. Truth be told, I don't care if you censor racist curse words or not, so long as you do it fairly instead of the extreme racial preference you've shown thus far. But under no circumstances should you be censoring proper nouns that are necessary to describe specific groups of people who call themselves those things. That makes no sense. Can you really not understand that?

My daughter has an email account that was hacked and all things were changed accept for a phone number that she no longer has so she can't get in. I have tried going on to the help section and nothing there helps me I try to get a phone number or be able to chat with someone to no avail.
The Hacker has all my daughters banking information and has already posted things against her account. I am very disappointed in yahoo and not being able to get ahold of any one and no way to fix this

Hello sir I'm complaining because I receiving too much pronogonic mails from different sites which are very bad because it is my official email address so when I open my email too much bad pronic emials comes in spam inbox. I so many time unsubscribe the sites but still I receiving these emails kindly block all these bad sites which sending me emails with out my permission .I am so tired of this every day I deleted more than fifty emails.

While reading the latest article on Larry Nassar, convicted sexual predator and abuser, on the right hand side of my screen I was shown a photo of a topless "Laura Gutierrez, Lovely Lady of the Day" clad only in her underwear, looking seductively at the camera. A screenshot is attached.

This is not an isolated incident - Yahoo News, in addition to being the cesspool of "news" (mostly trash, but occasionally actual news) regularly contributes to the very problems it is reporting on. While reading about Harvey Weinstein's sexual abuses, many a nearly naked Kardashian graces the same page, along with other "hotties." How on earth can Yahoo News foster such hypocrisy? It is appalling. How on earth can we combat sexual abuse when those who report it also participate in it? Objectifying women is exactly what contributes to the sexual abuse culture.

Please reconsider your content, Yahoo News.

I wanted to eliminate the adds in my email inbox. I have paid to stop them. They have not stopped. They keep coming. I am continued to be billed multiple times for the same product by Apple.
