My cellular phone number [protected] was stolen and no longer active. I can't access to my yahoo mail account because it keeps on asking for a code that wad sent to my stolen phone. My yahoo account is [protected]@yahoo.com. My other e-mail account is [protected]@gmail.com. Please send the verification code to my gmail account. I really need to access my yahoo account.

I have held my emails with yahoo since they came into being in public service, quite a number of years. Over this time I have used the same email addresses, passing them out to all my contacts also saving many emails over time. Over time the have updated their terms and conditions as need be, however in recent time there have been some security issues, they now say they belong to some company in California, I am told that my email address can been traced as been hacked under this new lot, however, I am not a hacker so can't access my account. I would like to make a list of all my contacts and to be able to contacts them giving them my new email address with a new email service provider, I would also like to go through my saved emails as I have information that is sensitive and personal also those built up emails that I haven't been able to access. Whenever I try to access m accounts I am met with a blank screen insisting I give my consent to an OATH, Oath being the said name of some company that is keeping their security. However making an OATH is a very serious matter, I have given my Oath to my God and my saviour Yeshua/Jesus the Christ, I am not going to be side stepped into a soul trap to sell it to some corporate Luciferian deviation. I refuse to sign up to this 'OATH' business. It says that if I don't sign up I cannot access MY information in MY emails. I would have been better had they allowed me and all to access my information then to give let us have the opportunity to decide if we want to continue using YAHOO for an email service. The way YAHOO is insisting on people consenting to an OATH that no one other than their legal team knows the full matters of, how can anyone seriously consent to giving their OATH. I am sure many people will i only to be able to access their own information. They are like say my information doesn't belong to me because they now own Yahoo. well they didn't own Yahoo when I used it over all these years and I didn't consent in my Terms and Conditions to some company coming in a refusing me access to my emails if i don't like the way they conduct business or their Terms a Conditions. I am not happy to give my OATH to any Oath family or parts of knowingly neither am I happy at my contacts and emails being held back from my accessing. If Yahoo don't want me to use their product if I don't sign that should stop them from allowing me access to MY information. I am very put out and upset by them, they have caused me a lot of inconvenience.

My main account is Yahoo mail since 2002.
For a few months now I have seen my mails missing from my inbox.

Recently I noticed that when I delete mails one extra mail that I had not ticked to delete also gets deleted.

Eg. I delete 2 mails I have read or unread; the two get deleted together with another one just below the 2nd.

I have to retrieve it from the deleted mail box.

I had 2 email addresses set up for my children when they were born and have been emailing them with photo's and information since they were babies. Once they were old enough I was going to allow them access to it but i tried to email yesterday and the addresses are no longer recognised.
This has been over 3 years of activity so it has lost so much information that |I will never get back.

The addresses are [protected]@yahoo.com and [protected]@yahoo.co.uk

It's very important to reactivate these accounts and keep the information contained within them as well please?

It has been a week that I cannot gain access to my email adress. Where I try to log in and enter my email ID, I get the message that "we cannot recognise this email adress". When I try to access my account by entering the security email adress or a phone number that I had entered when I made the account, none of them is recognised either. When I open the email application (not the yahoomapplication but the one which is preinstalled) on my ipad where there is no need to sign in every time, I cannot recieve new emails because it says that there is a problem in my account and "the server has not been found". This situation is utterly unacceptable.

the mail id I am using is [protected]@yahoo.com. From 26th may 2018 to 2nd june 2018 which was yesterday, my account has been continuously logged in from unknown devices having different IP addresses. Yahoo might be successful in preventing the unauthorized logged in for now, but in future it may be problem for me to maintain privacy. So, I request to provide more security to the account I am using and take some action on such persons who do such unauthorized logged in.

I travel to foreign countries bird watching, and recently, in South Africa and New Zealand, I was locked out of my Yahoo.com account. This really pissed me off. So I moved to Google G mail and I am able to send/ receive E mails from whatever country I am traveling in. Bye- Bye Yahoo.com. Hello G mail.com. Yay. I can get/receive E mails again. I have been using this mail since 2003, there must be an error somewhere..

I believed I'm a victim of a watch purchased scam on the Yahoo Ads by Wowmall. I ordered 2 pcs of S$68 watch online sometime in early May 2018. When I finally received the watches on 26.05.2018, to my disappointment, the watches were of inferior quality and big difference from what was being advertised. Immediately (on the same day), I have written to the seller for a full refund (thru the contact I got from Ninja Van) and I even wrote to Wowmall customer support about it.

The seller did advertise that they offered a full refund within 7 days with no questions asked, But since 26.05.2018, both seller and Wowmall have yet to give me a reply. From this experience, I strongly believed this seller is a fraud and this whole thing is a scam.

If possible, can help me to trace the seller and give me his or her details (name and address or contact number), so that I can report him/her to the police. I'm contemplating to seek legal recourse on this matter.

I hope Yahoo can alert the general public on such scam and prevent unscrupulous merchants from making use if a highly credential platform to scam innocent people. Thanks.

My email account: [protected]@rocketmail.com has been deleted without even giving me notice. I have been using this email address for a very long time and have really important documents there. I am truly disappointed and appalled. I never knew yahoo was so unprofessional.
I would like my email address to be restored containing all the emails i've had and I would like a full explanation as to what has happened and why.

Yahoo reaction is a flatform for people to raise thier views but the views that get raise are very racist in nature.
Look at any muslim or asian story and the reactions are all of hatred and racism.
Why are you guys as a company allowing this to happen?. It really hurts when I see these comments to the extent that im scared to even read yahoo news anymore as I dnt know which comment will be shown under the picture.
Please do not reply by saying that all comments are monitored because they are not. It is the same people commenting all the time. I actually hate yahoo reaction. The addition of this service has not made me engage more but to actually boycott yahoo all together.

Every time I visit Yahoo web page and click on the front page news articles, the website is trying to infect my computer. I saw red screens with demanding messages to call and resolve security issues, and other tricks. In other cases, some software will start downloading and installing while the internet page will be frozen and blocked. I never experienced anything like this on other websites and I know Yahoo was a very respected and safe website. I like yahoo news, but I feel like I need to move my mail to other server and never go to yahoo again.
On May 28, 2018 I found virus links on the front page if you click on: "The most hated target items that are a total waste of money", "All the ways Walmart has ripped people off over the years", and many others.

With this message I am trying to reach out to Yahoo and ask them to fix their website and stop spreading viruses and infecting people's computers with their adware and viruses. I like Yahoo a lot, but after it was sold to Verizon it became very dangerous.

Now to get access to my yahoo email account, I must have my phone with me. I wish I had never got a yahoo email account?!?!? Why is my username and password not enough to get access to my email account?!?!? This is the most ridiculous situation you have ever seen. I'm hamstrung and held up by having to go find the phone every time, to try and get access to my yahoo email account and I was never asked whether this change to the process was ok?!?!?!? Yahoo has dropped the ball and failed very badly here. Restore my email now, so I can gain access with just username and password. It's a long time since i've been this angry!

I am trying to log into a very old yahoo account of mine but unfortunately due to the fact that I opted for that account key thing and don't have access to either of the phone numbers associated with the account or the email addresses I can't get into the account at all. I have so much in that account that I need to recover including the pictures of my deceased babies and it's killing me that I've tried numerous times to get into it with a run around automated brick wall. I need my account to let me back in using only a password because that key thing is causing so much trouble that I took it off my other accounts as well but this one won't let me in. Please tell me what to do because starting another account is simply not going to replace years of things I've been sent to this account.

I am sick and tired of Yahoo demanding I sign in to the OATH requirement to distribute my personal data to a bunch of companies & organisations I have no interest in at all.

Please desist from this intrusive & frustrating practice forthwith, if you not comply with my request immediately, I will abandon my email account with Yahoo / Verizon, Oath etc. & set up a new email account with another provider.
