Yahoo! review: Thank you so very much to yahoo care

Friends at yahoo,

I was just able to log back in both my second yahoo & aol email accounts. Thanks so much to yahoo & finally I am back & so much relieved & added more recovery emails to both.

I will post my compliment online next week about yahoo. I did pick my first ever email right 22 years ago with yahoo.

Aol really sucks, especially comparing to yahoo head to toes about this log back in mess.

Aol ai like agent really sucks. I have answered all of her repeating account questions correct now I regained access & am able logging in via true help from yahoo. This aol ai caused me over 1 hour with no result other than much frustration & totally substandard customer service. This aol non-human ai was absolutely unable to understand orhelp but kept repesating & demanding answers
