My wife and I have been a resident of yes communities now for about 2 years. Ever since yes took over we have been severely unhappy. When MHPI owned our park and the manager (Bonita) was running it, it was a great place to live. We’ve had many negative issues here since yes took over but the one that really pissed me off was coming home to a letter yesterday saying that we had to get rid of our basketball goal. Yes I know it’s in the lease agreement but my issue is this…. 1. We’ve had it since we moved in and now all of a sudden it’s an issue. And 2. Our kids use it and love to play with it. This park is not safe and I don’t trust sending my kids to the park by the office to let them play ball. The cops come in here every single day over something, there are several times where gun shots going off one of which was behind our bedroom window. There was a registered sex offender being hidden out in our park, there was and maybe still is a wanted man living in here…. The list could go on and on… But we are supposed to feel safe with our kids going up to the park to Play?! Absolutely not! Your “rules” are a little ridiculous. I understand many of them but a basketball goal being an issue is absolutely stupid. Just letting you know how many people who live in your park are severely unhappy. Not that you guys care because I’ve seen yalls responses but if you’re in the market of losing money and losing tenants I guess Keep doing what y’all are doing.
