They do NOT have live chat and they do not answer emails. I gave them all my personal information and need to contact someone and I have been ghosted. Their live chat is only a BOT so you cannot type anything, only choose from a limited amount of questions that do not apply. They do not take phone calls and have not answered my email in four days.

I signed up for the service in November to increase my credit score
I signed up for the service in November to increase my credit score. Unlike what they advertise on their website--it states that their rent reporting helps one's credit--, it actually decreased my credit score by 30 points. When I inquired about the result they simply answered that everyone's case is different and one's score will most likely decrease at first after a new tradeline is opened and will increase gradually as the rental payments are reflected over time. Should it be the case, they should clearly inform/ warn the customers before they sign up for the service. Thank you so much for my plummeted credit score. Perfect timing when I was just about to apply for a mortgage! My credit went down by 30 points and every month my credit will increase by 1-2 points. How long will it take for my score to get restored to its original score?

They are a fraud who wants to steal all your banking and credit info. Dont Use Levelcredit.com I contacted Renttrack.com to setup a payment account for an apartment. They informed me they dont work with small landlords less than 100 apartments but they have a sister company called levelcredit.com that does allow small accounts as few as 1 apartment. Levelcredit.com has no phone number, no physical address, should have been a red flag to me. To setup an account they required my credit card info for their $6.95 monthly subscription, which they charged immediately, then they asked all my apartment info, amount of rent, adress, date I moved in, etc... then they asked my SSN and Birthdate , then more credit report details, then they want the name of my bank. Then AFTER they have collected all this deeply secure sensitive financial data I expected they would want my bank ACH info or my debit card info, but NO, they instead demand my online USERID and PASSword for my online banking. NUTS, CRAZY, PSYCHO FRAUD. Via email two days later they told me thats through a third party provider to protect against fraud. BALONEY. I asked them to refund the $6.95 they took from me and to delete all that sensitive financial data they conned me into turning over. They will not do either. BEWARE of LEVELCREDIT.COM they are not on the level

I've had a terrible experience with this company. I used them for a couple of years to help boost my credit score in preparation for purchasing a home. I was transitioned to their "sister company" Level Credit; however, a few weeks ago, RentTrack opened a new account without my authorization. The strangest thing about it, is that I was already transitioned to their "sister company" Level Credit, so there was ABSOLUTELY NO REASON for RentTrack to open an unauthorized account in my name, which LOWERED my credit score because they added the new account. In addition, I checked my Experian credit report this morning, and RentTrack reported a another new account on October 1, that is associated with an address in which I no longer live. In fact, I officially moved from the address on October 5, so why would they report it as a new account on October 1, when I had been at that address since July 10? It seems as though RentTrack/ Level Credit (or whatever their name is), actually creates new accounts under false pretenses in order to negatively impact their clients' credit. Perhaps this is an attempt to keep their clients, so that you have to rely on their services to build your credit. I can't think of another reason as to why they would falsely open and report account unless they're grossly incompetent. Stop falsely reporting new accounts under your clients' names as that is likely illegal and certainly unethical. In fact, a representative from Level Credit emailed me on September 30, stating that she closed my RentTrack account (which should not have been reopened); however, on October 1, RentTrack falsely reported an installment loan for $1,150. If the unauthorized RentTrack account was closed on September 30, it doesn't make sense that RentTrack was able to falsely report an installment loan on October 1.

This company is a complete fraud. I have given it 2 chances after taking my money over a 6month or more term .Then over a 3 month period. Their so called service supposed to report your current & past rental history to the 3 Credit Bureaus. All lies! I email to complain & get a generic reply. Never reported anything at all, just took my money.

My rent, utilities are not being reported. I have chatted and done endless emails with the company. Your not going to do your job. Then refund my money now, close my account. I paid your company to do a job. That was too report my payments of my rent, and utilities to the credit bureaus. Since you have not been able to do this. Your options are to do your job and get everything reported then close my account. I will not do business with a company that throws false claims out there on what they are going to do. Your false ideas of saying you are going to report all this for me, then you want me to do it all myself. Your customer service told me to pretty much do it myself. So why should I pay you to do your job. My bank will be notified of this claim against you wish is sad because you are listed on there website as a recommended company.
