This website don't say that I have to apply to advertise and after I set up my profile it's saying I can't advertise because it reached it's maximum applications. I can't reach them to delete my profile, this is now what I'm trying to do because I can't delete my photos of my face on my profile. Very misleading!

TurnoverBNB I got a project from a host who never replied or sent any projects since we connected in June

I got a project from a host who never replied or sent any projects since we connected in June. I planned to disconnect from him, but never got around to it after warning him a month and a half ago. So when he asked for a last-minute clean, I was hesitant but went anyway. He didn't actually send me a project on the Turnover app, so I had to ask him to do it. He eventually did, but he requested $30 less than the agreed bid amount. I immediately asked him to change it back to $130, and he did, claiming he didn't know what he was doing. This was a warning sign, but unfortunately, I didn't back out. When I arrived, I could tell he lived there based on the state of the kitchen, so I asked him. He admitted to living there but renting out the other room. However, the cleaning was for his room and bathroom too. I told him I would charge $30 more, and he agreed to pay. I cleaned for over 4 hours, spending most of the time in the heavily soiled kitchen. Long story short, he walked in as I was leaving, and later he texted a complaint about water stains on his shower doors. He knows they won't come out because they're from long-term neglect. He initially said he usually cleans for turnovers himself, using that as an excuse not to pay the extra $30, which I didn't even mention. I knew what he was up to, so I decided not to care about the $30. However, I also decided to disconnect from him because I don't need him as a client. After disconnecting, I tried to complete the project in the Turnover system, but it was gone. I didn't know I wouldn't be able to finish it after disconnecting, and Turnover should let me get paid!

TurnoverBNB On the TurnoverBnb app, on July 4th, 2022, a cleaner placed a bid on my home for $125

On the TurnoverBnb app, on July 4th, 2022, a cleaner placed a bid on my home for $125. She came to my property on July 4th, 2022 to clean. I talked with her while she was cleaning and through text. She seemed okay with the cleaning project. The next day, she texted me saying she would charge me extra and send me an invoice. I never agreed to any additional charges. She went on my Airbnb, took a screenshot of a fake booking for 5 nights, which showed a cleaning fee of $200 in the text. Then she said her total was $200. She kept texting me, so I blocked her, but she continued messaging me through customer support. She even threatened to put a lien on my property, which was strange. She also threatened me through text, saying she would get paid. I have had other cleaning transactions on Turnoverbnb for $126 and $131 with other cleaners without any issues. *** wanted $200 because she saw it on Airbnb, but the cleaning bids are just bids. It has nothing to do with what I charge guests, as I have other costs and expenses associated with my Airbnb. She was shady. She saw the home, cleaned it, got paid the $125 she agreed to, and then on July 5th, she wanted more money. She never mentioned on July 4th that she would need an additional $75 before starting the cleaning. If her business has extra fees, she should have told me verbally "before" doing the work. If she wanted an extra $75 to clean the den with a bed, she should have informed me at the beginning of the cleaning. She could have skipped that room, but her intention was to be shady and try to get more money. I would have never agreed to let her clean for $200. I am asking the business to please resolve this issue. This has been a bad experience for me on the TurnoverBnb app and it makes me not want to use the app anymore. This has put my business at risk with a cleaner. I'm not sure what she will do to my property.
