YesCustom It took my order about 2 months to arrive

It took my order about 2 months to arrive. I had been convinced by online reviews that I had been scammed. The tracking number didn't have any information for almost the entire wait. I found out that its because it ships from china and it doesnt show up until it reaches america. I had pretty much given up when I got a notification it would arrive in four days. It arrived today and I'm completely impressed and in love. The fabric is SOFT and the pictures are clear and actually imbedded in the fabric. 100% worth the wait and the price. Be patient, it is not a scam.

Loved my shirt. Took a little longer than expected and most definitely not a US based company. A month later and my shirt arrived and was as great as expected. Ill be a repeat customer but give extra time for shipping.

Ordered the item on 12/12 at 4pm. I've waited the 7 business days to get any type of update and I've received nothing other than my initial order confirmation. The advertising on how I could order the product and have it delivered by the holidays was very misleading.When I try to log into the website to check the status the system did not recognize my credentials. When I try to reset those credentials the system reverts to a blank section. There are no errors in the console logs and the section is a blank. I tried to call the company at minimum 20 times - no answer and the automated voice recording says "please leave a message" with no indication that I'm calling Yescustom. At this point I'm wondering if this is a legitimate company or a scam.

YesCustom I placed an order for three pairs of socks with different pictures on them

I placed an order for three pairs of socks with different pictures on them. It says that they will make sure the picture fits and everything is good before sending it out. Two of the socks looked really good but on one pair, one of the pictures is not lined up with sunglasses that were on the socks. The sunglasses are right over the person's cheek, not on his eyes. They refused to send me a new pair and said they thought it looked good...?Then they offered me a 30% discount which was only $6. Not very helpful at all and not impressed with customer service.

I was nervous after reading bad reviews but so glad I took the chance! Got my stuff today only 2 weeks from when I ordered. It is all totally awesome! I got socks and three pairs of pajamas with our pets on them. Totally hilarious and worth it! Will order again?. Only thing I would recommend is ordering up a size or two, which I did knowing it was coming from China. Their sizing is generally smaller.

It seems that this is a scam or at the very least, a very poorly run company. I contacted customer service when I didn't receive a shipping notice so they sent me a tracking number. *** says they haven't received the package but that the label was created 12 days ago. I don't expect to receive it. Furthermore, the website now says that "the merchant is running an unauthorized code" so I'm sure the website will disappear after a while. I will contact my bank to see if I can get my $30 back.

Put an order through their website, took a bit to upload my picture needed for the product. Once the order was processed it took a lot longer than the website said it would. When I finally got the product it was WRONG. I emailed them back they apologized but offered me nothing to fix. I asked that they remake the product that I wanted how I ORDERED in the first place. They made me send them a picture of what I received as if i was lying to them. I finally was able to upload a picture of what they sent me. I asked for them to correct my order and to expedite due to me not receiving what I ordered in a timely fashion that I needed. They said they could not expedite. I asked for a full refund they offered to refund me $10. Once I told them I was not happy with that, they said if I sent the product back they would give me a full refund. Please keep in mind this is a CUSTOM gift with my picture on it, what in the world are they going to do with a CUSTOM made product with my face on it? Makes no sense to me, customer service is horrible I would never order from them again, and can not believe the way I was treated, they should be ashamed of themselves.

They will not respond to emails, they had no issue taking my money but it has been a total of 20 days and nothing. Go elsewhere and spend your money.

My order is ridiculous looking. They cropped the photo I sent and the end result is laughable. My head has a line through it, missing half my forehead and hairline. *** blamed myself. They refuse to refund my money. Or do a return. They are insisting it is my fault they messed up. Huge waste of time. Money. Then they delete my review on .

I ordered in early July for a birthday gift in late August. Its November, the package hasn't arrived yet. They sent it two times already, but according to their own tracker it stopped updating both times before even left ***. They barely answered to my emails, and when they do they provide absolutely no information. Been trying to get a refund, but as expected they stopped answering at all.It really feels like a scheme more than anything else.

Three shirts. The cat has green hair and is blurry. The cutout of her face is crooked. Looks like an iron on. Will update if customer service fixes the issues, but I sure dont recommend at this point.

Placed order in early October and have not yet received the product (today is 12/7) No one returns my calls. I have asked for an email response: *** The chat provided a tracking number and *** states "A status update is not yet available on your Priority Mail package. It will be available when the shipper provides an update or the package is delivered to ***. Check back soon."So the package has NOT been delivered to ***. First they said it might take a :bit" longer. It has been weeks. Now, they are blaming the pandemic. Sounds very shady.

The shirts I had made as gifts totally rocked it! I am beyond pleased. When I first ordered, I quickly scanned the website and assumed shirts were coming from NYC. I was incorrect, they were coming from overseas. Shipping was obviously taking longer than I expected based on my fault of incorrect assumption. I emailed the company requesting tracking information and they responded with a tracking number, telling me it would take a few days to log. This made sense, as the tracking number didn't update until the shirts landed in the states. The fault of assumption is on me. The company is great. They offer the most delightful product. Everything was spot on, totally legit, and I will be placing another large order for more gifts in the next couple of weeks!

After several weeks of not receiving any shipping or tracking information, I emailed them. They emailed back stating they sent the order and it got returned. All my info was correct. Thry now were asking for an extra $18 to resend. Scam! Never received order

ordered a jacket and paid 50 dollars for shipping yet i still had to go to my local dhl to pick it up because they kept saying my address was invalid when i have no problem with any other company when it comes to shipping to the address and i had to pay an additional 10 dollars just to get my package. very disappointed and will not be conducting business with yescustom any more. do not conduct business with them they are a sham and the product is not worth the price

The customer service I received from YesCustom was IMPECCABLE! I contacted them through *** messenger as I was worried I uploaded the wrong images and I got a quick response from Sakura who confirmed the image upload with me so swiftly! Next, I was worried about the quality of the photo I uploaded and this time Camille was my helper! Camille quickly responded and reassured me the photos I uploaded were fine AND she sent me a proof of BOTH items ordered with the I images uploaded on them! The fact she sent me a proof without me having to even ask was so helpful and really stood out to me! Both Sakura and Camille were so helpful, polite, and patient with my many questions. I was so thrilled with the service I received and I am certainly excited to be a customer with them again.

YesCustom AWFUL!

AWFUL! I am going on 4 weeks from the date I placed my order. I was sent an email attached to multiple other customers INCLUDED stating there was a factory error and the wrong size suit was sent out. However, they would be expediting the correct size suit. Like I said here I am 4 weeks post order date and have not received a suit whether wrong or correct. I have emailed them multiple times and have only received one response - that one saying I did not supply my email. So how did I receive the email explaining the factory error? I am unable to locate a phone number to call to express my frustrations...SERIOUSLY THE WORST customer service! DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY it is not worth it! I have asked for a refund multiple times and again get nothing in response.

I read the reviews for this company a number of days after I ordered two items. I was nervous that the items would not show up. But they did! and they were both correct! and both had very clear photos (exactly what I sent). The sizing seems a little larger than one would expect for the sizes chosen. But for what it is, they turned out great! I ordered on 11/28 and received the package on 12/19. A few things I would point out: 1. Use a hi-res photo. 2. Crop the photo to just the face that you want to use. Take out anyone else in the photo. 3. When they send you the tracking #, click the tracking number to get to the shipping page. But before you click the number, copy the tracking number, and then paste it. If you just click on the number you won't get any info about where your items currently are in shipping.

YesCustom I ordered a custom t-shirt and it came maybe a month later

I ordered a custom t-shirt and it came maybe a month later. There are three reasons it takes a while. First, it is shipped out of China. Second, it's custom, so they have to actually make the item (including their art department making the design, mine was a shirt with a friend's face all over it, and they cut it out nicely from the photo I gave them). Third, because of Covid-19 right now everything is slower. If you are patient, it's a great product, and good quality. I would say the shirt runs a little big, but it feels nice and the design is hilarious. I'll take mine in a little, no biggie. Just don't order it as a gift for a birthday that's coming right up. Also the shipping confirmation takes a while to show up because they don't ship it until they make it (see point #2). Also keep in mind, usually people don't bother going on the ComplaintsBoard.com website except when they want to complain. So the reviews are way worse on here than the company deserves. That being said, maybe they should warn on their website that it ships from China and takes some time from the making of the custom item, to the long distance. And for the price you pay, obviously they aren't paying for any rush shipping from China. But I'm not a very self entitled person so I give them five stars. That being said, for people who don't know what's going on with their order, I also empathize. And if it really never shows up, just dispute the charge. That's the beauty of credit cards.

YesCustom I had a host of issues with YesCustom!

I had a host of issues with YesCustom! I ordered a custom shirt from YesCustom and they sent me an image of the mockup. The mockup contained my image on both the front and back of the shirt, but I only wanted the image printed on the front. So I asked them if they could print it that way and they told me yes. More than a week later still had not received notification that my order had shipped. I had to reach out them multiple times, through email and on *** before they got back to me. They told me that the item had shipped and gave me a tracking number. But, the tracking number said the shipping label had been created a week ago and it still had not been picked up by the post office. I reached out again and they told me that the item definitely had been shipped and that the information would show up once it was close to being delivered. 4 days after that, the package finally was scanned by the post office, but it hadn't left the area that it was produced in (so they lied about that). Then, when the shirt arrived, it had the image printed on both the front and back, even though they told me that wouldn't happen. I reached out to complain, and they said that they couldn't print on that style without also printing on the back. I have no clue why they told me otherwise. They offered to print a new shirt on a new style but told me I would have to pay to have their mistake re shipped to me. Terrible customer service lied to me Wouldn't help when I was unsatisfied with the order I do not recommend ordering anything from YesCustom.

Place an order on 10//2020. Received confirmation info. Money was taken from my account. 2 weeks later there is no update on the order, no shipping info. I have sent multiple messages to the company and have gotten no response. In addition to being charged and not receiving the product, I also noticed an additional charge to my account that was not disclosed at the time of order.

YesCustom After buying a custom t-shirt from a certain store in April , I was informed it shipped in May

After buying a custom t-shirt from a store in April , I was informed via email it shipped in May . I've contacted the company 12 times about my order and repeatedly reached out on Facebook Messenger to locate it. Responses have been vague, minimal, or non-existent for two months. They've also deleted my comments and those of several other customers.
