I'm trying to return a pair of boots that were ordered from an advert on fb.
I received the boots last week with no purchase advice in the packaging so no details of where I've purchased them from.
The address I have managed to find was on the delivery note sticker on the packaging as the returns address.
The payment from my bank looks like a crypto currency transaction and I am quite confused. The parcel has a customs declaration on it but I wasn't aware I was purchasing from abroad.
Please can you advise what I should do about this return
I ordered a mystery box £79 99 it’s a load of crap that’s inside this bag how do a send this back
yes you think you are getting a pallet from Amazon, All I got was an unnamed speaker, no instructions looked up on internet worth about £11.00 even customs declaration says valued at £13.82. paid £28.00 plus postage company is a total scam why is Facebook allowing them to advertise, why are Amazon not putting a stop to this SOUTHALL CON MERCHANT.
My husband ordered a North Face coat- measured himself to make sure he ordered the correct size. The coat arrived and it just about fits my 11 year old son. My husband also thought that the coat was £16 but £40 has left the account. There are so many on here with similar reports and issues. There must be someone who can help? It’s ridiculous that these businesses are allowed to trade and get away with this.
I am reporting this to https://reporting.actionfraud.police.uk/, but need a company registration number, has anyone been able to find one? It was through the www.primarqs.com website (thourgh facebook ad) but the package I received came from 'Y&G F2P - Unit 5 Trident Way - Southall UB2 5LF' . Let's end this.

I have fallen foul of this company too. Should we all report them to Trading Standards. I paid through my credit card and so will turn to them for a refund. The shoes were shocking quality, weighed less than 250g and there were bits of 'leather' hanging off them. OK, they were cheap but they didn't look too awful on the website. I am now pestering these people daily, and will continue to annoy them as an act of revenge for all the rubbish they are doling out.
How do I return shoes from y&g f2p
I ordered this product but the product is bad and did not last 3weeks and not charging .it look like .it got heated and that was it .
well i ordered a childs pushchair and was really an emergency stop gap til we could get a decent one guess what we recieved ( drumroll ) a fake gold bracelet absolutley shocking
I keep getting sent rubbish from somewhere in china which is being forwarded through this company, first just worthless coloured stones and glass but in the last week I've been sent false nails, false eyelashes and today a long grey wig with a tint of green to it... I'm a bloke and not into cross dressing so I have no idea why I would be sent all this junk.
I've heard of companies sending out free stuff to build up feedback but I don't even know who sent it?
Whomever it is sure as hell isn't ever getting any money out of me, I put it back in the post now as return to sender but it still comes.
Has anyone yet discovered a way of returning items and getting refund?
I am not expecting any order in my personal name, just my business name ans only from reputable suppliers that I have dealt with for a number of years.
This morning I received an envelope with return address Y&G F2P of Southall. with a customs declaration value $5 usd and weighing 9g.
The sealed envelope was completely empty so no idea what tat I should have received.
It has a customer reference number, a barcode and a department reference number so my account manager for my imports is trying to track the originating country down.
Never pay for anything at a bargain price by bank card, always use PayPal and always pay goods and services never friends and family. Always check the return policy. If it doesn't arrive or is not as described file a case on Paypal.
These companies prey on consumers who want to buy cheaply and can't afford the return cost which is recoverable. Cheap is not the same as a bargain.
Never ordered from this company and revived a packet of glitter
On the 6.9.22
I hope I don't get charged for this
Someone called David signed it on the 17.8.22
I have never heard of this company
So why am I getting the random item
Ordered a baby buggy through a tiktok advert, it took me to a website called Babity. £39.99. I checked the tracking number of this because I had a gut feeling, and it turns out to be the same number. The annoying thing is they went to the trouble of sending order confirmations and replying to my request to update my address.
How to I return two jumpers that are not suitable Do you send me a return label and address to enable me to return these items Regards Valerie Thompson
Terrible service from this company. 5 items delivered all broken & writing smudged. Delivered in a flimsy bag!
Tried to get full refund but they just keep delaying it by excuses. Ebay not much better as I've tried to get them involved with no luck
