Yodle harassed me day after day by cold calling my small business telling me they were affiliated with Google and my business couldnt afford not to have an internet campaign that would bring me so much new business. Their bull sht sounded so good I gave my credit card # and the have charged me over 1500.00, built a cheap cookie cutter web site and I havent gotten (1) additional customer in over 90 days. These people run a " Boiler Room" of rip off artists. And they are not affiliated with Google. If you hear the name YODLE hand up or call the consumer protection dept of your state. Dont give them you bank info !

I did the same thing gave them my credit card and day after day no leads no phone calls nothing!
What I did was disputed the charges and won, they try to get you by having you E sign a contract which is complete garbage it has become a complete waste of my time month after month disputing the charges
but I refuse not to be scammed if you hear of Yodle.com DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY BANK INFO THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT SITE.
Call the BBB nd report them asap!

i too was ripped off and rob by yodel, i bought into the service last year and in the first 2 weeks they stop the leads saying that my budget was spent out and it wont start back until the next to month and like many i needed to give it 3 months to let the system get use to whats natural, i halted the service and only to find that 4 months later they tapped my credit card agin for the 800.00 charge and when i went to bank of america to get my fund back they said that due to the first approval they would not give me my money back so i felt i got rob twice and then by the bank who later closed my account for, this was was worst, ...business decision i ever made and warn others to stop, and whats worst is that the better business bureau give them a A rating, what the hell if you cant trust a consumer organization to give you good advice to go on, no wonder the 60 minuet report of them is all true they are a rip off as well, http://www.azgaragedoor.com if you are thinking of doing the right thing Yodle please call me no one returns my call, ask for jason

What a waste of money! I explained to Yodle my concerns and a conference call was set up, I wanted some changes and was told to give it time (even though the changes were clearly needed). CC date and time came and went without a phone call. Next day a phone call was received with all kinds of excuses and a promise that we would talk today at 10am. 10am came and went with no phone call. I sent an email-no response. I believe (as others have commented) that these people do not care about their customers. To date there $50 average lead cost is at $246.00. I am 45 days into a 3 month "test" campaign. I need to get out now as this is now the COSTLIEST advertising program I have ever encountered.

This company routinely violates the Landham Fair Trade Act and has a open policy of encouraging their sales reps to pretend they are calling you from Google or in fact pretend to be calling you from other legitimate companies in order to get their foot in the door. Their nothing more than a boiler room of poorly trained sales reps who will say anything to make a sale and get a commission check at the expense of the customer. How can you say you are a legitimate company when you encourage your sales reps to lie, lie, lie about who they are and where they're calling you from. How can a company like this be trusted with your credit card information?

Run away now, save your money and your business. I signed up with Yodle and they promise to make your telephone ring. Be aware that a ringing telephone is not a client or a purchase. A general call for information that generates no income is still considered success in their eyes. The keywords they promise to rank page one as a part of their SEO package are not mainstream making it easier for them to get rankings while not improving your business bottom line. You can advertise with craigslist and its free with better results. In the end, you will be out a lot of money and nothing to show for it. There are better companies out there and you just have to take the time to research them. Consider the number of negative reviews and there is a reason for them. Stay away from this company as if it was the plague.

The salesperson calls my business claiming to be a member of an elite professional organization that I am involved in. He then attempts to sell me his service. I declined.

He calls me up weeks later as if he forgot he had called me in the past. I confronted him about his claim to being a member, and he denied it. I would not give these fools the time of day.

Yodle stole $7500 from me. Absolute fraud. 100+ wrong numbers. Signed up with Yodle Law for $2500/ month after very strong sales pitch. Scott Flanagan and Sara Westerburg of the Boston Office handled account. After first month of virtually no leads, I was inundated with wrong numbers with a few sales calls mixed in. Yodle uses an 800 tracking number shared with a phone company, so I received to my law office over 100 calls from people discussing their phone bills. Unbelievable fraud, they use the fake calls to justify their bogus service. Complete and total fraud. Do not fall for their garbage. Yodle then continues to bill your credit card after you complain, cancel and ask for a refund! Outrageous!

Andrew called our office in Austin- or should i say harassed our office. He called several times and had the worst customer service I have ever experienced.. EVER. He reminded me of a very old, very cranky, very mean used car salesman. And not just any car salesman, one who hasn't been laid in a VERY long time. And after seeing his approach, I can see exactly why. He was overly aggressive, and I was not even sure what company he represented or who he was. I explained to him our office was a referral only/word of mouth type doctors office. He just kept going. He would not stop talking. I have never negatively reviewed anyone or company, but after this phone call he lift a bitter taste in my mouth. I dislike him and I therefore dislike Yodle. You should fire him immediately, unless this is the type of slimeball you like representing you. GET A LIFE AND LEAVE US ALONE. STOP CALLING ANDREW!

This has got to be the worst marketing experience I have ever been a part of. Save yourself and go ANYWHERE but here. SEO, Yelp, Fb, twitter.

They hijack your current branding, do a HORRIBLE job, and overcharge 3x what you would pay on any legitimate platform.

Run far far far away from this company.

Our Video Security Co had been using Yodle for a few months. The experience I went through was nothing short of horrific. From the time we signed up with them I have been inundated with random sales pitch calls, wrong numbers, and have not received more than one call from their "services". They somehow schmoozed my normally very un-trusting boss into a contract, to which I would be heading the advertising and website design. (Or should I say, lack thereof), I was exceedingly unimpressed with the website design they chose for our company, using nondescript colors and pictures of security devices that date back to the stone ages, making us look out of touch and extremely incompetent. After MULTIPLE phone calls with the Yodle representatives, (to which I was informed of their strict picture size codes and the inability to design ANYTHING myself for the page), I expressed to my boss my extreme distaste for working with any company that does not give you a hands on approach with your own business, LET ALONE a marketing company. Their promises of getting us on the first google page, was absolute malarkey, and I was being asked regularly what I WAS DOING WRONG, what key words I was using, ect. It really isn't difficult to put in the right key words for a Video Security company, um it's kind of in the NAME! The web page is horrible, their service is horrible, and I told my boss as much every opportunity I got. He has since cancelled service with this company, and we now do business the "old fashioned" way with YP and Wix. I still regularly receive sales calls, hang-ups, and wrong numbers. Just a not so friendly reminder of an awful experience!
