These people have been deducting $1.00 a month from my debit card for months. I have tried to call but they're number is only an automated response. I finally found a number that someone posted on an older complaint site (these complaints were from 2008 so these people making a killing off poor unsuspecting people). I did finally find an address in omaha NE - 9500 W Dodge Road, Suite 100, Omaha, NE [protected]. I called the BBB for NE and Veronica said that the parent company of yoursavingsclub.com is Vertre and they have an F rating, the lowest you can get. Veronica said you can file a complaint and they will contact the company and they will refund all of the money they have deducted but still deny that they don't have authorization to deduct this money. I've made that complaint but I'm also going to call the police department in Omaha, the newspaper and a local news station. I know the amount is only $1.00 but if they are taking $1.00 each month from thousands of people, they're rich. I hope this helps someone else.

I also was searching for a free credit report two months ago and was told that my 1.00 would be refunded and now this rip-off company does not even have atelephone number to call and complain. I have cancelled my memebership, (that i never signed up for) and they continue to take $ out of my acct. I sent them a nastygram and hope that this litiginous activity stops.

I TOTALLY AGREE WITH THIS COMPLAINT, BECAUSE I AM HAVING THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM WITH THIS COMPANY. I CALLED AND CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT THE VERY NEXT DAY, AND MY CHECKING ACCOUNT IS STILL BEING DEBITED FOR THE MEMBERSHIP WHICH SHOULD NO LONGER EXIST TO THIS CURRENT DATE : 4/29/2008.

How did you get a hold of my private banking info? How dare you go into my account and do unauthorized transactions to. This is fraud. I have had to shut down my bank account and also report to my credit bureau. Identity theft, on part of your company.
See you in court.

Took a little digging but research is my specialty.
These are also other names this parent company in Conn hides behind and makes fraudulent charges to peoples accounts with hidden terms of agreement through other services.

Shopping Essentials, Trilegiant Corp.-Affinion Group, Restaurant.com

this is the parent company in Conn to send the Class Action lawsuit too:

I have never signed for the services of yoursavingsclub.com. My credit card is being charged a monthly fee without my consent. I would like to know how this happened? How to stop it? and How to be refunded on the charges against my credit card?

Well thank god it's only 1.00, but still i am too uspet about this. I am very tight with my money and keep track of my banking almost everyday. I come to find out i have a pending transaction for 1.00, and i was like whats going on here? So i called the number they provided and what do you know it was useless, however i was able to cancel my membership i didn't even sign up for which i found was very odd. I did send out a couple of email to have my credit card credited back even though its only 1.00 thats 1.00 i really need, especially with gas prices rising i really dont need this stress.

I, too, have had this $1 charge from "Your Savings Club" showing up for the last 2 months, but on my Mastercard. E-mails to the company were unanswered, and calls to the company were impossible. When you follow the prompts and press '2' to cancel, the recording says, "Please hold, " then hangs up on you. I had to cancel my credit card to end this. How many millions is this company scamming people for? And where is "60 Minutes"?

I noticed that people are saying with regular ease that "they called the number and cancelled the service" . Can they kindly explain how did they go about cancelling it? these parasites (yoursavingclub)know that most of the people do not notice the "membership num." since they operate in between the company and customer (although main company is by all means part of the crime ) they think they can get away by making cancellation almost impossible but fraudulent intent is obvious...waiting to see them in the court.

This is the forth time I have tried to put a stop to the unauthorized withdrawal from my account for the amount of $1.oo every month. Like I said before, I or my wife did not authorize this agreement. I want to put a stop to this for the last time before taking other options.

I have had this "Your Savings Club or Your Savings Account" taking $1.00 out of my account now for the past 8 months. I have called [protected] and am unable to speak to a person. I have closed my account and re-opened another due to these people and they are still able to get in my account. How can these people get the authorization to just take money out of our accounts, or it seems that they are one of those companies that are getting rich quick off of people who don't check their account often. If these people take $1.00 from a bunch of people. That is a BUNCH of FREE MONEY to them and they think no one will ever notice. I would like to join the people who are going to file a lawsuit against this company and would like to see them put out of whatever business they may think they have.

Dear sir I have to agree, Because the savingclub is doing the exat same thing to my bank account they keep taking
$1.00 a month. and the only way to stop them would be to close and reopen my bank atm card account. this will change the account number on your card, get a new card. this is alot of trouble. plus they owe me at list $4.00 too. And yes how can they keep doing tis to people.

I am outraged. I just noticed the charge on my debit card without authorization. There's a telephone number which you can call, but they ask you to enter your membership# which of course no one knows because we didn't know we joined. I then went on their website where you can request for them to send you your membership #, I requested it three times all to no avail. This company needs to be sued and I'm going to pursue every avenue tht I can to see them stopped! SCAM AND FRAUD

I've had the same problem. I had never heard of this company until charges started showing upon my credit card ( nor would I have ever signed up for this kind of crap if I had)
It took 6 weeks to stop getting a busy signal on the phone # shown on my credit card statement and then I just got an automated statement telling me to email membersavings@yoursavingsclub.com
I emailed and told them to cancel the membership I never authorized and to refund all charges billed to my account . I got an automated reply that said there would be a delay in processing my request. About a week later I got an email saying they would close the account and make the refund although Symantec blocked all graphics and other content in the email.
It's too early to tell if they will actually make the refund but I've kept copies of all this to have the Bank of America charge this back to them. Often times fraudulent companies will keep billing your credit card for months after you cancel. You just have to keep contesting the charges with your credit card company until they give up. Sometimes credit card companies get so many complaints they refuse to accept any additional charges from this kind of business.

Good Luck,
Steve in Texas

This company has been charging my account for MONTHS! every month, and i have never heard of this company, and never have given them authorized permission to take money out of my account. So how did they get my account info? this is illegal. why has this company not been shut down? why have they not been sued? this is just not acceptable. im contacting my lawyers. how can they do this? i got a credit report from credit diagnosis, months ago, and as soon as i got that, this started. So I can only assume this means, they sold my credit card info to yoursavingclub?!

I have tried calling every number possible, it seems that every number I call, you can not talk to ANYONE. My husband is military, tomorrow, Im going to talk to JAG. there is no way this can happen. Someone HAS to shut this company down!

I am being billed for the same thing. After researching the internet I found this number [protected]. I spoke to a women named Tamara who says my account will be cancelled to day.3-9-2009. I also asked her why the number I call says my membership was cancelled in July 2008. She says that is impossible because I did not sign up until February 2009. Exactly my point- she had no reply. Do you know of anyone to contact about this? My name is Erin and I just think it is horrible what they are doing!

I recently notice a charge on my bank account from your company. I did not authorize this purchase. The first time I heard anything about it was when I saw the charges in my bank account. I have tried to contact the company to no avail. I wish to cancel this membership immediately and I want to be refunded for this unauthorized charge.
Have a great day
