I have 1year tamil platinum package of subscription, without any information they removed vijay tv . Iam going to cancel the yupptv .

is so unprofessional to charge for something and take it away without notice. I paid for a whole year and I mainly watch Star Vijay which was removed without notice. I demand money back or Star Vijay back up and be available. When I try to submit this, because it is less than 300 characters, me getting the message that this complaint may not even be looked at is another absolute nonsense and shows how unprofessional YupTV has been.

We may also Cancel for Yupp Tv Subscription. Customer Care not working for past 2 or 3 weeks since Star Vijay is off
I guess it is a ploy taken by Yupp TV management to bring all customers to 1 yr contract and remove Star Vijay

In yupptv, Vijay tv is not working, coz of Vijay Tv I took the subscription so please note without notice VijayTv is removed.
so I dont want to continue and need to refund the Money back. this is not fair, before we can chat with customer care but that option is not there.

I also have the same issue. I just renewed my Yupptv membership. I only watch the Star Vijay TV programmes. YuppTV did not notify me that the Star Vijay programme does not exist. It is unprofessional. I also want to cancel the Yupptv and get a refund.
