annoying ads
I have subscribed yupp TV. When I open any channel or any catch up, it is showing an ad & it comes Everytime and the ad cannot be skipped as well. This is totally annoying. I have paid money to subscribe and I did not get any free service so they can show ads.
Please resolve it soon. I am not planning to renew for the next time if I keep getting these ads

unauthorized charges and no reply from support
Yupp TV charged my card 5 times without my permission or any notification. This is ridiculous and unacceptable and there is no response form them. I am trying to find somewhere to report them as they are operating in a fraudulent manner by charging customers for the unknown services. Could someone please let me know where to report them? They should just shut down as they clearly don't follow 2 important rules of ethical business:
- Address Customer Issues for the services Yupp TV is selling
- Charging customers for what they have subscribed to

I have been using YuppTv for the past one and half years with Roku. They levied a device activation charge every month.. My account was deducted twice last time. So the subscription is valid for this month October as well. It keep on asking for device activation. When I click Ok, it says already purchased. There were no proper response from Yupptv Customer service. Cant cancel their subscription and not able to use the services as well. Fedup with their services. We pay money to get the services and this is highly unethical. Wont recommend Yupptv to anyone.Additionally I got a call on Friday from Yupp Customer care. I asked them to call me back after 20 minutes as I was out. Didnt hear back from them till then. This is how you respect the customers and it is totally unprofessional.

YuppTv they are saying download app and watch everywhere, but when I moved another country they are saying I need purchase new and they will not refund my old account it was brand new. I complained to their customer service every time they want 24 hrs time and they will not come back. Almost 35+ hours completed they are not responded.
Now you can see a quick response by their customer service below this review. It just fools you.. They trap once you become their customer they will ignore you

I have been a customer with Yupptv for the last 3 years and I am in the UK.
Off late, I have stopped complaining because there is no use, I am asked to record videos and send pictures of the problem and then there is no response or the response is ~its the problem from the channel side.
The most annoying experience - I get calls for renewal; everyone who calls addresses me as 'SIR'. when I tried to explain that I am a woman... they just don't understand and continue with their agenda for renewal. I stopped taking their calls and then they leave messages on my voice mail addressing me as 'SIR' (I have saved those voicemails).
Their customer service is horrible; most of the times they don't understand the problem. Plus the customer service executives refer to every customer as SIR; they must be taught to address the customer by their name if they are not sure of the sex of the customer.

no streaming on samsung model tv
I could not able to access to YUPP TV. When called to customer service they said that the Samsung Model which I have is not supported after they have updated their application. The model I have is Samsung UE65KS9000.
I have YUPP TV membership from 2016 and it is unfair saying that after update of the application my TV model does not support.
Need solution to over come this issue

catch up tv
TV shows being few hours late depending on the time zone is acceptable, but delayed by 2 days is very discouraging, unengaging and disappointing. Please work on this issue at the earliest to keep the catch up TV up to date. It's not worth using yupptv otherwise. Have been waiting for this issue to be fixed for long now. Few more days and I'm out. This is from Sydney, Australia.

My kid was operating the remote and when I noticed what she did, all I could see on the TV is ' Your payment was successful' .
Then I went to see which credit card has been charged, I could not find that information anywhere. The only time I could remember using a credit card is when I renewed a subscription last year. I want to see where I agreed to use that card for the purchases I do on Yupp

The only time I could remember using a credit card is when I renewed a subscription last year. I want to see where I authorized YuppTV to use that card for the all subsequent purchases I do. Video on demand movies/shows are easy to subscribe with couple of clicks that can be done even by accident. Yupp has to do a better job in taking consent from customers before charging the card.
I still do not know which card has been charged and do you have proper consent from me to use the card on your file….Customer care people hung up on me twice before providing me an answer……..highly frustrated customer

Why does yupptv places ad before each channel changes. Its not good. we are paying for the yupptv subscriptions, then why yupptv places ad before each channel changes?. we are not able to do any changes while yupptv ad is played on. they should avoid their own ads for catchup channels atleast.
Also why only yupptv is being charged monthly on ROKU, when all other apps are free?.
Also they are not allowing cancellation, when we showed interest to cancel it one after one hour of subscription. this is against practices in USA, where we have freedom to cancel if customer is not happy with what they bought?..yupptv practices are not good...

advertisement while selecting any channel
Yup tv recently started showing advertisments which cannot be skipped ( even though there is a skip option) . These advertisements are 25 seconds and above everytime I surf to a new channel and it takes about 30 to 40 seconds for the channel to show up everytime I surf to a different channel. This is extremely annoying and I want to look for another option and bid yup tv good bye.

I purchase YuppTv 6 months ago and has issues with being unable to view certain channels 4 times already. Even after raising it with them it takes 2 weeks or more to resolve and all 4 times I had the same issue and don't know why they cannot fix it permanently. Their service is terrible and don't respond to emails or queries.
Worst service provider. I wouldn't recommend to anyone n will not extend my contract once it finishes.

I started hating YUPPTV just only for only one reason the adds(Repetitive - Remit2India, etc...) - I started seeing this advertisement when i get into Yupptv app and every-time - And it pops up a advertisement every-time i changed to a new channel.It sucks! There is no skip add option as well. I started hating face of Virat kohli and the company remit2india as the adds are keep on popping up.I heard the same comments from all of my friends who are using yupptv.
Can you stop playing those [censored] advertisements(Stop advertising for paid subscription).We are not paying money just to see your advertisements
Hope Yuptv is hearing the serious comments before losing many number of customers.

fraudulent charges
On June 16, 2018, I renewed my Odia TV package, so I may continue watching the only channel, Prarthana, of my choice. That same day the Prarthana channel showed that it was scrambled. After waiting for a full day of not getting the program, I requested canceling the purchased package and crediting my account. A YUPP person told me the package cannot be canceled and no refund would be given. I asked to speak to a supervisor, who said she would give me an extra two months of service, but I refused to accept the offer unless we could get Prarthana Channel. After eight days, the channel does NOT still come, and YUPP has no response to my cancel order. I have voided the credit card transaction with my bank, and YUPP has been reported to the Texas state attorney general office for fraudulent business practice.
I'd hope that YUPP simply cancel my order, and credit my account appropriately.

big boss malayalam season 1 not being telecasted
With paid membership, we cant watch the show we wish to watch. Customer service says that Star Channel does not have rights to telecast. This is not acceptable. Moreover, the worst part is, if you check Asianet on catchup tv section, you could see the title and summary of the Big Boss show. But when you play it shows different content. This is actually fooling people as people without subscription will go ahead and subscribe thinking they could watch the show through yupptv. Dont fall for the trap. Screenshot attached.

continuous advertisements in yupptv
I recently purchased YUPP TV malayalam package for 1 year (My mistake ! I should have gone for the monthly subscription). For the 1at two days, it was ok and fine . But now from yesterday they have started to show an advertisment or remit2 india. Its s frustrating that it is sown for 40- 60 seconds ore more for evry time we change the channel. only after the ad, the we can start viewing the channel. Atleast they can show the ad in side corner or down below alog with the channel so that quickly change channels and find which programm is shown in various channes. Its so frustrating that I told 3 of my firends already not to purchase the product. because its that much annoying. I ahve paid for watching channels. The channels are showing much more ads, I dont want to watch any more advertisments. I have not paid YUPP TV for watching ads. I paid for watching TV Channels .

big boss2 telugu not being telecasted
A popular TV channel Star Maa started telecasting the most awaited reality show Big Boss2 telugu from Jun 10th.
Unfortunately the content is not available for viewing in Yupp Tv Australia region. If I paid for viewing the channel, how come I don't get to see it. If there's any copyrighting or telecasting issue, its Yupp Tv's responsibility to ensure all its customers are delivered what they are promised for.
Its highly disappointing that Yupp Tv failed to deliver the customer value.

I took 1 year subscription with yupp tv by paying around 100 pounds and many programs are not played in uk and staff is not supportive. This was not even informed while taking subscription. I asked to cancel my subscription and pay the amount back but no one was responding from yupp tv uk.

In recent times, I was so disappointed with Yupp TV for their actions and commitment towards your Valuable Customers.
It is that, there were occasions where a certain TV Show(s) and Event(s) not being telecasted in the UK, but having them to be telecasted in the US or Europe for known reasons to your Senior Management.
Ex: IPL 2018 - Not telecasted in the UK but was showcased in the US and Europe.
The recent one being not telecasted is Big Boss 2 in Maa TV (Telugu). I am along with my family members have eagerly awaited for this TV Show to be watched in Maa TV, but we were surprised to see something else (S/O Satyamurthy) instead of Big Boss 2 in the timeslot.
When I contacted Yupp TV Support Team on this, there was no good response from them and sounded that they were unfamiliar about this reported issue.
As a Valued Telugu Diamond Customer, it is our general expectation that all TV Shows or Events should be telecasted unrestrictedly from those channels that we subscribed for/to in the Yupp TV. This is the reason for why we opted for a Subscription or Diamond Package to meet the daily requirements/demands.
It's the Ethics, to inform your customer of any changes/deviation in the scheduled TV Show or Event thru an appropriate Customer Communication (Letter or Email etc.), and not to be taken granted or less worried about being ignorant with it resulting in severe Customer Pain or damage to Yupp TV in losing faith.
We (I) strongly hope that the Yupp TV Senior Management will work towards in telecasting the Big Boss 2 (Telugu) in the UK by resolving the copyright issues with Star Maa as soon as possible.
As a general customer, it is within best interest the above all suggestions will be taken into consideration by Yupp TV for improving the Customer Satisfaction.

Same problem here in Malaysia dudes. And we are receiving one silly answer from yupptv i.e. We are Apologies for the inconvenience. But their customer care not giving solution for this. If they cannot, they need to inform customers and need to refund. But Yupptv cheating customers with wrong package information and programs. Really fed-up with this yupptv.
