I am a long time online shopper with PnP. Each and every order once one has paid the delivery fee, is then ignored and extremely bad service.
Besides online " out of stock" items being rather frequent, I paid R90 to deliver 10 July 2020 between 10 and 11 am. I am sitting here typing at 13:21 and still no delivery.
I called [protected] spoke with Sandisile, call started 13:04 until 13:13. Please listen to the call.
After R90 delivery slots it is R60, yet, my order is sometimes a day late and PNP still takes my money for the slot booked, yet they fail to deliver. Every time they claim, if you ever get through on a call, they're having a driver problem. Amend your website to stop misrepresenting time slots for higher price yet PNP is not equipped to service what they claim. The driver often smells of alcohol and the pickers have no clue of certain items. Eg. Meringues from bakery were replaced with chocolate slab, etc. energy LITE drinks replaced with FULL sugar not knowing diabetics cannot consume certain things.
Hemingway's East London is a shocking PNP and staff put the phone down in customers ear, if they even answer.
Why can Gonubie PNP not deliver in Gonubie - PNP Hemingway's is not managed. Investigate all on my account orders, all my complaints if you keep records? The principle is what matters and I demand resolution amicably.
