I'm dissatisfied with Zameen.com's services for purchasing a flat in Haseeb Heights, Hyderabad. Broken promises, delays, and financial discrepancies marked the experience.

I purchased a flat in Haseeb Heights, Hyderabad, through Zameen.com's representatives, based on several assurances made by them:

1. Timely Completion: I paid in full with the assurance of project completion in 6-8 months. It's been 24 months, and it is still not finished, causing significant inconvenience and financial strain.

2. Quality work: Zameen.com's model apartment exceeded my expectations, but my flat needed to meet the promised standards for finishing and construction quality.

3. Wave of Development Charges: Zameen.com's representative promised the builder would waive development charges as I paid the total amount upfront through a bank loan. However, after finalizing the deal, I discovered that Zameen.com had taken a 10% commission from the builder, leaving me to bear the burden of the development charges. This practice was deceptive and caused me financial distress. As a teacher, Zameen.com's misconduct has caused severe financial pressure. Paying rent and bank installments has led to stress and anxiety. Zameen.com prioritized its financial interests over its clients' well-being and satisfaction, lacking transparency, accountability, and integrity, which is unacceptable.

Beware of Zameen.com. They prioritize their business over clients' satisfaction. My experience serves as a warning for greater scrutiny in real estate.
